I, Amirynth, give co-ownership of Lyrica to iJimmytheKitty. She has sig-rights and RP privileges. If, during RP, Lyrica finds someone she is interested in mating with then I will honor that decision however, I ask to be included in any breedings she does. In the case of three baskets, if the owner of the father is amiable, Jimmy has rights to the third basket.
I have the discretion to give up rights to one of my breedings in which at that point Jimmy may enter in breedings as if Lyrica had open rights. I do not need Jimmy approval for this (though I doubt she'd object *grins*)

I have the discretion to give up rights to one of my breedings in which at that point CatNip may enter in breedings as if Suiseiseki had open rights. I do not need CatNips approval for this (though I doubt she'd object *grins*) I Accept to all the terms that you come up with <3

 I, malhith, am co-owning Meowth with FitzRoyal. Sig and teepee rights: Both mal and Fitz may have Meowth in sig and teepee. RP rights: Both may RP Meowth IC and OOC. Breeding rights: FitzRoyal shall have rights to all three breedings, provided mal is kept up to date. *totally sucks at making co-ownership agreement things.* I think this covered everything?

I, CAPSLOCK HERO, formerly A Rocket to the Maine, relinquish all rights to Pallo, the soquili shown below, to Rueka. She has full rights to do whatever she wishes with him. I have no rights, nor claim to any future baskets that may come from a breeding and my name will not be on the cert. All rights belong solely to Rueka.

 I, Sillyangelkitty, am co-owning Nohokai with Ashia Dangereuse. Ashia Dangereuse's rights are she can have him as sig candy and will be allowed to have a basket from one of his breedings. Otherwise all other rights belong to me. If she comes up missing for 3 months I have all rights to break this co ownership.

I, Pollack, am co-owning Anya with Juliette06.
The rules for the agreement follow below:
General/RP rights
-We both have rights to put her in our signatures and teepee.
-We both have full IC roleplay rights, and doesn't need permission to start a roleplay.
-We both will have full OOC roleplay rights.
-We both have the right to input our ideas for breeding mate(s) even if it is not our breeding.
-The rights to any familiars attached to Anya.
Notes on Contests:
Both Juliette06 and Pollack can enter Anya in a contest whenever they wish. In less it is something that will be life changing like a skinwalking, Then it must be discussed between the two before entering.
Life changing decisions.
Such as life mating/ Becoming a skinwalker ect. It will have to be discussed between the two of us before deciding on anything.
Breeding
1st breeding:
In the first breeding, I get to keep one of the baskets. If more than two basket occurs, we shall discuss with all parties what happens to it.
2nd breeding:
The second breeding, Juliette06 gets a basket. Again, more than two baskets shall be discussed on.
3rd breeding:
Will co own one basket together. If more then two baskets occur we will discuss it with the other party.
-If Pollack or Juliette06 wishes to leave gaia or the soquili shop then full rights will go over to the other. Any life mates or future breedings will not be affected by this change in ownership and will be honored.
-(Even if I'm sure it's not needed.) Pollack has full rights to break the co-ownership at anytime. As well as Juliette06 as the right to give up all rights to Pollack at anytime. She may not pass on her co-ownership to anyone.

I agree, of course <3 Thank you~!I am breaking this co-ownership so that all rights in full of Anya will come back to me. This is due simply to lack of time issues. I'm still deeply sorry it had to come to this, Juju. Both parties have already agreed to this over AIM:
