Jade lifted her hand up again and pulled the hat off of her head, running her fingers through her short hair. She missed her long hair a little, but the short was much more manageable, and less likely to inhibit her in a fight.
A soft growl rolled out of her throat in frustration. With the tournament so close, she was getting anxious to find out who she was going to fight, and just to fight in general.
You could always spar with me if you wish...though, I'd try and kill you just to make it interesting....
Shut it. Go back to sleep why don't you? I was enjoying not having you around...
The voice didn't respond, but Jade obviously knew what it was. THough why now of all times she chose to wake up, she wasn't sure....

Jade stood up slowly, leaving her jacket next to her stool as she hopped up onto the bar top, turning around on it and landing behind the counter, bending down and opening up the fridge. She pulled out a soda and popped it open, sighing a little.
It seemed like it was going ot be another boring day....

Jade leaned on the counter, taking a slow sip from her soda can. Her tail swung slowly behind her, going from one side to the other, lightly thumping against the back of the counter as she stood there. She spaced out a little, just thinking about nothing in particular.
