I have about 5000 g. I could purchase a subforum for the mods. Would you like me to?
Edit: How do you purchase a subforum?

What would we use a subforum for mods for? We basically do all the talking in here and if we have some secretive, we can just PM each other or find other means.
Though I do have an idea as to maybe use a subforum for roleplaying soecifically. We can have more than one RP going on and it will be out of the way of the main guild.

Sounds good to me. When we expand and get some more (hopefully active) members, we could make subforums for Religion, world events, word games, and so on and so forth. What'cha'll think?

While I do appreciate the "new members" ideas, I still think that the IPG should be made up of a community, which is to say that I do not think that it would be good to "glut" up the IPG with tons of new members, especially since a lot of them do not even post one time after making it in. I really think that as long as we have a reasonable amount of members, we should not be making our guild out to be like the Gaia Main Forums. But that's just my personal opinion.

I want to stay as far away from that as possible, seeing what can happen when a community gets as big as the Gaia main forums. *shudders* I was thinking about waaaay into the future, like 6 months or even a year. Lord knows Gaia has its surplus of nOObs and opinionated jackoffs, we don't need any of those invading the IPG community. We still should be welcoming new members, but we need good, quality members that'll contribute to the community at large, not just a bunch of inactive shmucks taking up space in the members panel. Quality over quantity may not be the motto of a global empire, but that should damn sure be the motto of the IPG.

I don't see a need to start too many subforums, as then we'll just have a bunch of near-empty forums, knowing this guild. That would be a waste of gold.
But, a few subforums would be fine with me.

We're not a very serious guild to begin with. Of course we sound lke hard-asses while we interview and review essays but that's just for weeding. We don't need a billion subforums for every little thing.
Though I still like my sub-RPG forum >.<

I am sure that there are plenty of guilds dedicated to Roleplay, but I fail to see where a Roleplay subforum would do any good other than making it look like anyone could start an RPG and cause there to be multiple RPGs with cybering and stuff, especially since we bill ourselves as "intellectual perverts." Most of the "subforum" stuff that we have seem to be working well in our stickies so far...why do we need five threads when we have one main one?

We could also try to develop other ideas for RPGs and stuff. Like, the forum could be partly for developing those ideas, and approving them and stuff.

That's a good idea, I got too lost trying to figure out where and who was talking to me in the whole thread and now it's too late to go back and catch up. I'd participate more if it wasn't so confusing.

Then its settled. as soon as we purchase the subforum for it. *which is apparently on Vyce's shoulders, since a Vice cap'n hasn't been picked yet* (there can also be more than one, if your wondering) We'll start off fresh with a new day and wher everyone gets their fare shake.

Well, I've been busy this week. Lots of activity with the SSBM tournament today. I'd like the mods to actually vote on the Vice Cap'n(s). I don't want to accidentally choose someone who isn't willing, then offend by having a "second choice". No one likes to be second fiddle.
