Rhiannon watched the final moments with a heavy heart. She had managed to help Percival against Morgan, even if her contribution was very small, but no one could save the Great Knight from the Sidhe Queen. Her eyes glittered with the threat of tears, but she would not let them fall. Even though the blue knight was now gone, her promise to his cause remained, and she would still continue doing all that she could to help defend the kingdom from the horsemen and the darkness. No matter how silly it sounded, now that the kingdom was falling down around them.

"I'm sorry we weren't strong enough...," she told the scythe, placing her palm against it in farewell. "Goodbye."

"Ah...That's good." Noemi looked at the fallen weapon, saddened and terrified of how the kingdom would be without the three knights. Mainly her knight leader.

But she took Milo's hands in hers and kissed the fingers. Reminders that they were memories of being together.

"We should go...They won't...he wouldn't want us to linger..." And there was still a kingdom to defend. Eventually they...

Instead she pulled him a little more.

"We should get Shu....we should go. I'm sorry Milo..."

Shu didn't say anything, she turned to look at those people stuck with Gawain's staff, a voice in mind told her they are too dangerous. She walked over to pull Jack's hand away from it, next was Thomas and finally Haze.

Then she went back to where the scythe was, and raised her Chakram. "They only respond to the owners, who are gone. It's too risky to leave them here. So - we'd better destroy it."

She slashed down her weapon onto the Scythe, aiming to destroy it.

[Rei enters! Not really since he's already down there from the start...]

The sound of murmurs, screams and anguished yells awoken him.
Wait.
Where's the mirror?
He hastily pushed himself from the ground. Did he lost consciousness? Why?
The mirror---

---was no more. And so was the gate.
"What happened?" He drowsily looked at his surroundings, before feeling there's something wrong with his head. Blood.
His head was hit by something? But all that he remembers is that he peeked into the fused mirror with his Tainted eye, and---

Suddenly he realized. The shards on the ground, the bloodied pieces in blue armor that scattered like a red flower, the two chained weapons...

Wait.
Damn wait.

That scythe-there's no mistaking it. Even if it was chained, that was Percival's!

A knight's weapon will immediately chained itself back when the owner perishes in battle. That would mean...the red splatter on the ground was Percival---or what's left from him.

Because of him. He's one of the first that moved the Gate towards the Mirror. Because he wanted to save everyone.

His arrogance has caused this to happen. Why? Why did he did that?
Another knight has warned him that what he did will put all of them in danger-but he lashed out and rejected.

Now, it has been done. Never will another chance to redo it came to him.

There was other knights touching his Knight's chained scythe. Even Shu-who proclaimed that now the weapon has no master, will became dangerous factor
He yelled "MOVE AWAY!" To them, and embraced the weapon while shedding tears. He didn't care that the scythe cuts into him-he just grabbed it tightly.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so, so sorry. Sir Percival---All I did is just causing you problems. And now..."

He cannot control his emotion, and broke down in tears. For he has again lost a person important to him.

It felt nice to feel a chuckle escape his lips as she pressed her's to his fingers. Milo pulled one of his hands free and rested it gently on her cheek, "Hey now, that's one of my jobs." It was also nice to remember something personal.

He then nodded, there really was no use to stay in the treasure room. The weapons would not move, it would simply remain as a monument to the two they had lost - three per say, but there seemed to be nothing left of Morgan. There was indeed work to be done though, their battle was most likely not over. And the other great knights would probably want to know what would happen (even if he couldn't provide the best of information).

Milo didn't object when she pulled him, urging them to go. But, he was unsure of the other person she mentioned, "Shu?" Sadly, that name hadn't drifted back to him thanks to the pool.

Wait, was someone.. attacking the weapons?

The mirror shatters, and so does reality for a few brief moments. Alexei stares as crevices become cracks and cracks become gaping holes, as the mirror shatters and shadowy wisps of half formed claws and thin ribbon arms grab the body of the Great Knight from below him, gently. As if caressing.

He was right.

The thought struck him, and he smiled ever so briefly, before the harsher reality snapped back into place. Morgan had asked for this challenged, practically begged for it when he threw the sword down. This was his ploy all along, wasn't it? Get them all down here, kill off the Knight who knew what was going on -

Then unleash the mirror on them all. Gawain was right; they should have destroyed it. The army had amassed behind the mirror. And ********. A figure stepped through, and it was what Morgan had been all along.

He had done this. Alexei had made this happen, by delivering the final blow to the illusion. If he'd not answered the Knight's challenge, if he'd just kept to the damned code -

A butterfly landed on him, and he felt a strange foreboding. He watched in abject terror as Percival was torn to nothing, and shook as She left.

He had failed in every aspect of being a knight. He hadn't helped, hadn't healed or saved. He destroyed, ruined. Alexei was no knight.

And he was no man. He began to sob, the changes happening to his body unnoticed until they took full effect - his face was lighter, the beard having receded into his face and disappearing completely, as though the follicles had simply closed. His armor felt tight against his chest, which now protruded a fair bit from his sternum.

Alexei began to wail; not because he was a woman, but because of the stress of all things combined.

When Yuki began to stir, he had no idea what was going on. It took him a few moments, even, to remember where he was and what had occurred before he'd lost consciousness.

"Wh-what..." He murmured, to himself and likely unheard unless anyone was right there near him. He tried to sit up and grimaced, gritting his teeth and clutching at his left upper arm.

The adrenaline was gone, and the pain there was excruciating. He ached all over, and he curled in on himself when he did manage to sit up, just trying to breathe and quell the feeling of nausea that his injuries brought about.

He wasn't actually taking in anything around him. Yet.

The knight barged in between she and the scythe made her jolted, the slashing movement forced to a halt. "You should be the one move away. You see what, Sir Morgan, nope, the Sidhe queen in her disguise was able to get her hands onto the sacred weapon. Don't you see what it imply? Weapons are good or evil depend on which hands they're in, even sacred weapons. Can you tell they won't seek another owner? Can you guarantee they're not someone like Sir Morgan, I mean the queen?" She asked the man holding the scythe, frowning, found it difficult to change the respect for the Great Knight.

"What's more, do you think the weapon of a knight apprentice would break it? I'm just testing it." If she didn't make any damage, she will find someone worth trusting about them. "Save your tears, they do nothing now. You should think of what you can do? How you're gonna remedy your mistake? Now please move."

Morgan fell and Na'ima took a step back. s**t..

Wait..what? She took a step toward Wrath as the mirror began to break, less out of fear and more out of the common sense that a man larger than her would be better protection should the mirror shatter and explode into pieces. Though that didn't end up being quite what happened. She watched, fascinated, as a shadow took hold of Mogan's body and coddled it, and then something unexpected happened.

Percival was shred to pieces and Na'ima found herself not even batting an eye to it, instead she simply watched Morgana from behind Wrath. It had not been her intention to be loyal to the Queen of all Sidhe, but looking down at her shoulder she eyed the butterfly mark on her skin..it apparently held its rewards. Hm. She looked up at Wrath with mild concern to see how he was taking the events, putting a hand on his arm to make him aware of his presence in case he had forgotten. He had been so determined to be honorable and aid his leader, she imagined it must have been a shock to see this happen.

She then looked out to the other knights as they began making fools of themselves, grabbing weapons and crying. She shook her head. Really now.

Sherry gave things a few moments to sink in.
All of it. Morgan's fall, the mirror breaking, the Queen of the Sidhe appearing, and Percival.. Sherry shook her head. He'd been right. If only people had listened. Heck, even if they'd listened to Gawain they would be better off. But hindsight was almost always perfect, and it was too late to worry about what should have been. There was only now. And three Great Knights had fallen. Sherry wasn't even sure she fully understood the implications of all that had transpired.

Still, she stood silent for a moment, paying her respects. And then in a moment of brashness while others talked and cried, she stepped forward to gently touch Percival's scythe just once, a final goodbye. And an apology.

There would be more to do. And Sherry would do all she could to uphold the ideals of the Knights, especially Blue. They hadn't lost everything yet. They still had a chance.

Micheal was pissed. Pissed. During the fight, he had gotten so freaken confused he didn't even know what was going on. when people started acting too weird he just back out. He didn't even try to stop the tides attacking Morgan simply because he couldn't figure out who was actually friend and who was enemy anymore.

And then Morgan turned into something else. A shot crept though his heart. Betrayal. Not from within but one of those shadow things.

They had taken his place.. no the one he pledged his loyalty to may never had been Morgan. It was only THAT THING. Micheal slammed a wall with his ax in his fury. There was nothing more to be done. He only knew that from now on, he could trust no one.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY CHARACTER
Tall and well build it is clear that Micheal once worked hard for a living. His hands contain calluses from handling a plow. His face is tanned along with ever bit of exposed skin, a testament to how long he was out in it. On his right arm is a series of scars as well as a tattoo of a tiger. Under the jacket on his shoulder is another tattoo of a star.

Micheal has a nice red cloak that was torn at some point. He still wears it. he also has a tool belt full of little items designed to be helpful in a bad situation. Over his shoulder he has a heavy ax slung which he carries with ease. He has a smile full of adventure, and a touch of mischief.

The moment he touched the staff, he felt his energy, what little he had left, sapping away. As much as he knew he should probably stop touching the staff at that point, he couldn't, and somewhere deep in the recesses of his mind, he knew that he should have been alarmed by this, but he wasn't.

It seemed that the others were in the same predicament as he, as they all continued to touch the staff as well, looking more and more drained, as they did so, until one's hold was broken.

And then, moments later, somebody pulled his hand away as well.

Thomas blinked, slowly, groggily, before turning towards his rescuer.

"Th--thank you." He mumbled, while absent mindedly rubbing the fingers he had touched the staff with against his pant leg, giving his head a rough shake as if that might lift the clouds that had fogged his mind.

No sooner had the words left his mouth and another had approached, had all manners of what the ******** occurred that left Wrath more confused than ever. Morgan, swept away into the mirror, only to have another take his place, who was...Him but not him. A her. A her that was vaguely recognizable by the way she looked like him and....

Oh, Wrath's head was starting to hurt again.

He stared on, however, completely entranced by what he was seeing. How could this possibly be? She killed Percival, then. In a bloody, terrible fashion, and for some reason, Wrath's heartbeat quickened at the sight of it, his pulse racing in a burst of excitement. He licked his lips, slowly, and forced his gaze to drop, then, as he attempted to stifle those feelings, alarm bells ringing in his head.

He had no memories. No idea of what kind of man he used to be. He thought he had known. He thought....

He forced his train of thought to shift to more immediate concerns.

Had he been wrong this whole time? For some reason, as she left, and the butterflies flew towards some few in the crowd, it didn't feel as wrong as it should have. How could he be wrong for doing exactly as he'd been told, by the great knight, Morgan, the one who he had sworn himself to (or was it Morgana that he was sworn to now? It certainly felt that way). Again, thoughts that were too deep for him to follow. He needed time to process this, to figure it out, to figure himself out.

Wrath shifted, and slowly rose to his feet. He didn't notice when Na'ima approached, not until her hand rested against his arm. Mentally, he flinched, until he lifted his gaze and turned to see her, at which time he let out a sharp breath.

"Na'ima..." He started, and stopped, glad to see her but at the same time, ashamed for not being ashamed at what he had done, at the decisions he had made. He had meant to apologize, but for some reason, stopped himself.

Likely because he didn't feel sorry. Again he wondered just what kind of man he was. He had thought he was a hero...was it possible to still be one even while acting, however unwittingly, as a traitor? And why didn't he feel sorry??

"You too?" He asked, instead, again, changing the subject from his initial course. He gave her a slightly forced smile, his gaze wary. "I suppose that means we have two matching marks, now."

"How do you feel?" She asked quietly, waiting for some kind of answer until he commented on their marks. Na'ima chuckled quietly, giving a nod. "I suppose we do, only this time we aren't the only two with it, and we know what it means this time."

A glance was sent out to the other apprentices before she looked up to him again. "We should find a way out of here and recover. It would appear no one can lift those weapons, and what was left of the gate is gone, there's nothing left here."
