"Maybe he'll surprise us?" Jocasta mused. Her thoughts drifted into creating blueprints as well as how life would be with more than one child running around in their little family.

"Maybe, Jo" Ai smiled and spotted the tall android ahead of them, looking a little confused, "There's Take now"

Jocasta smiled and headed over to their son. "Take~" She chimed and waved him over. The red head smiled at the android like any caring mother would. "Did you leave your head in the clouds?"
Kai watched as the family caught up with each other. His still gray eyes scanned the rest of the area of anything that looked off. So far, nothing looked out of the ordinary.

Renee smiled, "Come on, let's go before we lose any more sun."

"Right" He smiled and let her go so they could get to his bike.

"Hmm? Oh, mom" He smiled politely, "It seems that I did. . . I met a strange -loid today. . . he seemed interested in my data. . . X-3N Xen. . . I do believe that was his name." He looked and noticed Kai. He smiled, glad to see him, "Hello Kai. Good to see you too."

Renee looked back at Rave and followed him outside to his bike. Once outside, she looked up and watched the slow white fluffy clouds float lazily in the blue sky. Part of the scene made her remember what it felt like to fly. Well, yeah none of the flying business was real, but it was close enough to make her miss it.

Kai didn't respond to the greeting, instead he went after the information first, "You spoke to an X series?" Without an actual tone of voice, it was difficult to tell if it was concern or anger or even both? Without much emotion, there was little to give way to a correct interpretation.
"Something wrong Kai?" Jocasta asked.
"The X series are dangerous. Please avoid them in the future," the E series stated with a flat tone.

Rave smiled and got on the bike, holding out the other helmet for his girlfriend, "You ready to go?"

"Dangerous?" Take blinked. Now when he spoke to the X-series something felt off...but he never thought that Kai would take the defensive on the situation. He didn't want to concern anyone anymore however and gave a quick nod, "Understood. I will try to encounter them to the minimal extent."

Renee snapped out of her day dream and looked to Rave. She smiled and nodded as she took the helmet and put it on her head. The girl got onto the bike and hung close to her boyfriend behind him. "I'm not in the way, am I?"

Kai just simply nodded and continued his surveillance of the area.It didn't seem like he was the sort of person to talk much.

"Nope" He smiled as he pushed the visor of his helmet down, "Hold on though, the last thing I need is you hurting yourself"

Take smiled nervously and looked at his parents, "Where would you like to go from here? I've scoped out this half of town, but have yet to go anywhere else."
"Hmmm" Aittus scratched his head, "Any suggestions?" he looked over at the E-series.

Renee held onto her boyfriend. She was excited, yet terrified at the same time.

"That would depend on what you would like to see," Kai responded with a still flat tone.
"Hm," Jocasta gave some thought into it. She looked over to Aittus and Take, "Think we should start with a mech shop to see how they run it?"

Renee made a mini squeal of excitement as they moved across town. She looked around as she clung onto to Rave's waist, taking in the views of the town.

"A mechanic's shop?" Kai asked. He started to process the information, though it was much slower than he was used to. Ah, the limits of a substitute core. He didn't say much of it, considering that he knew it would be changed out eventually. The E series gave a small nod, "I will guide you to the closest one. This way," Kai started to head towards the end of the block.

They eventually arrived at one of the mechanic shops that had just opened. The one who was running it was an All-loid who greeted the foreign family with curiosity. "Welcome, welcome, how may I help you today?" He glanced over at the E Series, "He doesn't look so good. . ."
"My repairs has already been scheduled with someone else. I'm only here as their escort," Kai responded automatically.
"No need to be so rude," Jocasta frowned.

"Must be a touchy subject for him" Aittus assured.
"Perhaps it has something to do with the core he currently has installed?" Take suggested. "I over heard the brothers talking about it the other evening..."
