"Just for the record, I was dragged into this by her," Athena said, pointing to Alis, then opened the book. "An Autobiography of Hypnos, quality literature guaranteed to make you fall asleep." She rolled her eyes. "Just escape while you can..."

Artemis nodded. " See you later Athena let's go Apollo. Your daughter is not coming hunting with us. She can go play with one of those English classes she's always complaining about."

"Athena!" Alis groaned, then smiled and went off to teach an English class the deeper meaning of Lewis Carroll.

Artemis smirked when Alis vanished. There would be time for Alis to pester Apollo later but he was going hunting with her first.

Athena went to go watch Alis with her English class, and she couldn't help but notice the sudden change--no, reversal-- in her personality. Silly and annoying with Apollo and Artemis, yet at least somewhat serious and rule-enforcing with her class. Alis teaching reminded Athena of herself when she was young and lectured everyone. She grinned at the thought. Then, of course, came a burst of laughter from the class when Alis was trying to explain how "grew" can be used as both an action verb and a linking verb, and how to tell the difference. (If you can replace "grew" in "Miss Olympia grew tomatoes" with "is"...)
[This happened with my English teacher once! Ha ha!]

Artemis smiled as she watched her brother for a moment before shifting her attention to her own target. It felt good to be out hunting with just her twin for company again. It had been to long.

Athena got slightly bored watching Alis and went back to Olympus. After reading through one of her books and doing a few math puzzles, she resolved upon going to visit Heracles, mainly because there was no one else to talk to besides him.
