Hello, my name is Black Death Goddess. I have been infatuated with Greek Mythology since I was 5yrs. old. Wow, that's a long time huh? I love all of the deities equally yet differently. I am 30 yes I freely admit I AM 30! I actually love all mythology, but Greek Mythology was the first one I was introduced to so it's ranked number 1.

hey, i'm Kiwi2345...not a noob, but not ancient either...im a late teen, and have ALWAYS been mesmerized by greek mythology. read alot, loved studying it in highschool, and yea...not much else to say

I'm Bee or Becky, either or is fine by me. I love greek myths, all of them. Though my favorite goddess is Hera. I write a lot of stories about them. I first got really into myths in Middle school when I did a school project all about them, and then in high school I did the same thing. I love Egyptian, Roman, and Norse myths too. Oh and I'm 22

My name is Marie-Josee. I'm a 15 year old, 5 foot, Canadian. (&& I'm not all that happy about my height either XD). I live in a small town where nothing interesting ever happends, really boring. I love to read and write.I write poetry and fanfiction mostly. I love to listen to music and sing. I also play Guitar and Piano. My favorite color is Purple. Umm...I like doing photography aswell as using Photoshop.
I first got into liking Greek Mythology back when I was in Grade 7. Which was 4 years ago. I had stumbled upon my teachers book of "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightening Thief" by Rick Rioden. Ever since then I have loved learning about Greek Mythology and all its Myths. Though I still have a lot to learn!

Mizz Faith  I guess I'll start out by introducing myself. My name is Faith (obviously) and I'm 19 years old. I've been a fan of Greek mythology since studying it in middle school back in 1999. Ever since then, I've did everything possible to broaden my knowledge of it. I currently own a collection of 19 books on the subject, along with a binder I've filled over the years with various bits about it. I'm not expert but I have a vast knowledge of it. I have to admit though, I'm awful with some of the names (those spellings can be tricky!) On a more personal note, I'm currently a stay at home mom. I have an almost one year old son Aiden (Click for pic) and am engaged. Being a young mom is a challenge, but I can't complain smile Thank you to Akherontis for inviting me here. This seems like a wonderful guild and I hope to contribute to it! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT (05/24/10) - Well, I'm still here, although a bit has changed since I posted the info above. I'm now a 22 y/o married (yes, we finally got married lol) working mom to a 3 y/o (Aiden) and a 7 month old (Peyton). My book collection has now stretched to over 40 and still growing. One thing that hasn't changed, though, is I'm still as eager to learn as I was 2 1/2 years ago when I first joined here =D

Hiya, I'm Lindsay. ^^ I'm 21, and I originally created a Gaia account in 2004 but I didn't start using it until now...XD
Greek Mythology is the first thing I searched for when I got started here (which was about two days ago...) because it's my biggest thing right now. It kinda started when I found myself being seriously contacted by Persephone. I started seeing her symbols everywhere--like realizing I had pomegranate lotion and lavender shampoo. I heard mention of her on TV, and even in my art history class. And she came to me twice in dreams, once with Hades.
I still don't know what she is trying to say to me, but I've started a Book of Shadows for her.
Persephone rekindled my interest in mythology as well as started taking me down a new path in my religion. So that is why I am here! biggrin

The name is Hades. Lord of the dead. hey, how are ya? (And no more corny jokes I promise!! :3)
I go by Ashley, or *points to avatar* you get the idea. Greek mythology has been in my life for so long (>.< Thanks you, Disney) But I took a mythology class in high school, and it rekindled a fascination. Most unfortunately, I didn't stick with it until recently. :3 My dear friend. ironqueen_persephone (check it out, we're a theme! :3) introduced me into Greek mythology once again. And since then, I have been dousing myself in lots of stories.
My current (and possibly going to stay that way for a long time) obsession is the myth of Hades and Persephone. I have read many versions of the myth, and I just finished a novel based on the pair called "Dazzling Brightness" (The cover screams 1990"s)[/end rant]
Some basics about me: I am 23, work a dead end job, I am an aspiring seamstress, cosplay, and I write fanfiction! :3 Any more interested, and you'll just have to ask! heart

~Don't really remember when I got addicted, don't really care.
~I'm just as addicted to Harry Potter as I am to Greek Mythology.
~And my absolutely FAVORITE divine form of all is Προμηθεύς.
Not many people know what he rules, or what the thing he rules is, so I'm glad you guys are all mythology-geeks along with me.

Hello, I'm Myles. I'm a Digital Arts major at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. I don't remember when I was first introduced to Greek mythology, but I learned to read pretty young and devoured the printed word. And then later on I got into Discordianism. blaugh

Hi! I'm Moon Fey37, but my friends just call me Fey. I'm currently studying to be an archaeologist, and I've been completely addicted to any and all things having to do with Greek mythology since I was three years old. My babysitter back then was a mythology enthusiast as well, and she used to tell me Greek myths as bedtime stories, and I loved them! biggrin
My favorite Goddess is Artemis (though, honestly, I'm more fond of Hekate) and my favorite God is Anteros (he seems like such an under appreciated god). (:

Hi, my name is Amaise and I'm new to this guild. My favorite greek goddess is actually Persephone(i don't know if she is considered one, but she's my favorite person from the myths) Each one of the gods and goddesses are neat in their own way, and i generally like them individually for something.
