Regulust Zephyrkitty TtheHero Regulust Magikarp can learn tackle in platinum!? =O
@Ota: Who cares if Hash called some pokemon? You can use them as well. It's always been able to learn Tackle. Even back in first gen. I was raising one to get a Gyarados last time I played Red. It learned Tackle around level 15.

Attack electric) Elekid-Electabuzz-Electavire (Do not like) .... I think I missed some. What's wrong with the chu's? Reg: Flail is like the fishy upgrade to Tackle.

The less there is, the more damage it'll deal.
