The show is called Tiger & Bunny. It's free to watch on Hulu, but they have announced the English translation and voice actors.
The show follows along the classic super hero idea. Some odd years ago humans with super human abilities, Next, started to appear. Since then companies have turned the adventures of certain next into a TV show where the heroes can win points and become 'the king of heroes'. The show mostly evolves around two, Kotetsu and Barnaby, who end up as partners.
It has comedy, drama, and a whole lot of action.
Here is the cast:
Kotetsu/Wild Tiger: Inspired by a former hero he too follows the path of a hero. He is the senior member in his late 30's (35 I think). Kotetsu is able to increase natural human abilities (healing, strength, speed, etc) by 100 for 5 min. He often put his his heart before his head. He forms a duo with Barnaby. In his every day live his the single father of his daughter Kaede who he has to keep his hero a secret from.
Barnaby Brooks Jr.: Barnaby is revenge driven because of the murder of his robot engineer parents. He is the newest hero to Hero TV and has the same abilities as Kotetsu. Unlike the other heroes, Barnaby reveals his identity to the world from the very beginning, this comes to conflict with Kotetsu beliefs that a hero doesn't need glory. Unlike Kotetsu he is mind over heart.
Keith Goodman/Sky High: The current king of heroes. He is happy-go-lucky and has the powers to control wind. In real life he is the owner of a dog and single, romantic man looking for a date
Nathan Seymour/Fire Emblem: A flamboyant hero who can control fire. In real live he owns his own company and often considers himself one of the girls.
Ivan Karelin/Origami Cyclone: Ivan has the ability to change his appearance and because he doesn't have any real attacking power he mostly photo bombs every picture he can. In real life he is an Otaku who is often mislead by Kotetsu.
Antonio Lopez/Rock Bison: The worst hero out of all the heroes with the least amount of points. He has is super strong. In real live he loves to go out for a drink with his best friend, Kotetsu.
Karine Lyle/Blue Rose: The sexy hero who loves to sing. She has ice abilities. In real life she is a high school girl who is unsure if she wants to stay a hero or quit in order to start her singing career. He continues only because her parents encourage her to be a hero.
Pao-Lin Huang/Dragon Kid: The youngest hero. Though she is still young she packs a kick with her electric abilities and knows Kung Fu. In real life she was sent by her parents in China to become a hero, because of this she doesn't like her parents.
Agnes: The producer of Hero TV.
Maverick: The owner of hero TV and adopted father of Barnaby. He was friends with his parents.
