KipsterHipster StarlightSchism When I catch the celebi summoned from the summon item I got from the Unown achievement, do I need to battle it? And it's okay to swap the party around for the post to get the average level up, right? (lol) You have the option of battling the pokemon or just adding it to your team, the choice is yours! And yes, you can swap the party around. Cool, thanks!

Hello,
I updated my character's inventory, etc (it's quite a list)
do I need to quote a mod with the list for verifying?
just so I don't get questioned down the line when I restart his travel.

 Does adding moss to an already shiny Pokemon require a crystal shard or would moss fall under the category of "clothing" type additions?

Spec. Sense Yawnty is getting the Unown as an NPC, Could Fremy also hand over her collection of contest items or will I need to use a mail item?

The moss looks fine since it's a partial cover. We're fine with things like moss and rust etc as long as it’s not used as an excuse to basically change the color of the entire pokemon. KillerOfTheCounselOfRicks Spec. Sense Yawnty is getting the Unown as an NPC, Could Fremy also hand over her collection of contest items or will I need to use a mail item? Pokemon trading is a bit more lax since there's the GTS and that works for trading pokemon before the character is officially created, but unless fremy was being dissolved you'll need a mail item to trade any items. The only other way would be to have Yawnty and Fremy both as actual characters and crossing paths to physically trade with one another.

here you go~ I added a ton of things (claiming undistributed) + 5 Lum Berry ( March Horoscope 2016 ) + 5 Momoo Milk ( March Horoscope 2016) + 6 Luxury Ball ( Jan 2016 Horoscope+ 1 Inspiration Ball ( Easter 2016) ( November 2017 Horoscope) +1 Fairytale Book +1 Yellow Flute +1 ducklett +1 Venusaurite ( Dec 2015 Holiday day 25th) Added in his berry tree harvest that I hadn't before. +7 ( [3] [6] [- 2]) Oran Berry He got a ducklett from this month's horoscope (and used inspiration ball so she has mirror move) & lost his jigglypuff (I still need to remove its file from William's profile) His beldum evolved as I added in the pokerus exp (there's achievement for first evolution . . . i think? ) I changed the rest of his pokemon's pokeball to Luxury Ball. (5 of them) I updated William's profile (personality), his history will follow, but it will more or less has the same content, just updated quality. I need to remove/edit Sonoko's entry from his profile. the info there is wrong now. . . . I think that is all?

Will I need to actually enter the Lab thread for the region he's headed to and will I need to quest a crew member to do the interaction for collect said starter?

What do I do if the encounter only costs three, to begin with?
Is the encounter free?
