Coming on more isn't much of an option for me at the moment. Maybe for the summer, as long as I'm not swamped with the work I'm planning on getting, the the programs I want to do.
Unks: Wedding, eh? Heh. Too bad I don't RP anymore. n__n;;
Deity: Yeah, I'm going. We leave Friday, so I'm getting pretty excited. Hasn't quite sunk in yet, though. I'm sure while I'm on the plane, it will. Or maybe during the trip. Hell, it'll be a few days after and I'll be all like.. 'Whoamahgawd!! I went to Greece!' XD
One problem: Stupid heartbreaker boy is going. That's good, and bad. D: >>

Caine snickered softly to himself as Deity approached the bar where he was. But he didn't say anything, for the moment, taking another pull from his recently aquired bottle of Jack. His blue and gold eyes watched as Jade started coming over as well, deciding to walk down to the other side of the bar slgihtly. He jumped up, one hand on the bar, and over it, sitting down on top of it with his legs handing over the front of it, looking around the room.
The man he didn't know, he recognized his style of clothing slighlty, along with his ki. Jedi. He had pissed off one Jedi a while ago, enought that the fool wanted to die trying to kill the Saiya-jin.
Can't even remember why he wanted to kill me either....to bring balance or something...

Valin went to the lounge to see and relax on one the coachs. He had very little time to do that. Even here in this galaxy... the Force was in pain.
It wasn't like in The Galaxy though... the pain... the pain there was overwhelming at times. So many Jedi had died in horror and in incredibly pain. Other Jedi cut themselves off from the Force.
All this had created a wound in the Force. An echo that seemed to grow larger and larger until the Force itself was weakened by it. Or maybe he had unknowingly cut himself off from the Force for time because of the pain.
Then there was the death of Anakin Skywalker... and the birth of Darth Vader. The two Sith Lords created a veil of darkness that spread across the galaxy. It was impossibly horrible.
Valin sighed slightly. This galaxy was better... yet there was still a large darkness lingered. It was nothing like Darth Sidious's and Darth Vader's power of the Dark Side, though...
Why was he thinking these things now? Today was a happy occasion, not some place where he should be thinking about the horros of the Galactic Empire and Sith.

...And I'll probably come back with plenty of stories. My friends going are rather interesting. Heh. It'll definatly be fun. Especially since the others plan on biying alcohol for a night or two worth of getting drunk. I might be getting drunk for the first time in Greece.

"Your ki is so strange. It's like when I don't actively try to sense your ki, it is foggy and hard to see through. And when I do, it becames too bright, too distinct that it is overwhelming."
User thought for a moment, thinking about what to talk ask about, "What is this 'Force' you have referred to."

Caine raised an eyebrow as he watched User head over to the lounge where the Jedi had gone. He was almost surprised that the Princeling hadn't said anything to him. Not even a snide comment.
Then again, I'd be the one to say one to him....heh.
He smirked again, drinking again from his bottle as he looked around, clenching and unclenching his free hand, the leather-like cloth aorund it creaking slightly as he did.

::Unks rose from the seat he was sitting in and pushed it back in before he made his way to the bar. Surprisingly he sat next to Caine. He looked at him slightly before looking at the bartop. Unks let out a deep sigh and spoke::
"So are you and Merena going to be getting married anytime soon? I know you have twins so that must make you happy."

Valin sat back as the young man took a seat from across him, informing him that his 'ki' wasn't right. He had heard of ki before. This was just another name of the Force. Throughout the centuries many races and cultures had different names for it.
Ki was thought to be an inner strength, one's life force to an extent. One could train their ki and become stronger. In reality, at least to him, ki was just Force manifested to increase bodily strength but lacked the ability to use the Force to effect their surroundings.
Valin looked at the man known as User, "I have reasoned that in this galaxy, the Force is mostly known as ki. And through the process of evolution, the beings of this galaxy's 'inner' Force is far more trainable than their 'outer' Force. While you excel at making yourselves physically stronger over time and training, you lacked the ability to effect your surroundings except through inner manifestations of your ki. Basically, instead of the Force flowing through you, the Force flows from simply from the process of evolutionary differences. Perhaps in time, this galaxy's residents can be taught otherwise. The Force should be an ally, not a tool."
Wrench hooted an indigintary that Valin replied to, "No, I don't think it's that hard to comprehend."
