got appt for teeth tomorrow yay pretty early! keepin ibuprophen rolling i'll make it. cat poo'd a couple tiny poos. seemed a struggle tho and still straining. managed to move her follow up appt from wed to this afternoon so we wont need to pay emergency fee. hopefully they can clean her out if she still stopped up by then. frustrating. donno what else to do. so self care for a couple hours till we can head up. touch up nails. listen to some tunes. bro went hunting. not sure mom can drive the manual car and i dunno how. my mini van had converter smoking the other day so he either is getting home or moms gonna try to drive or imma dirve the van who knows.

but im here today and so are the rest of the ppl i care about. and the kitty will get thru it if she is able. its pretty outside. hope everyone has a good monday! so glad at least kitty started the straining issues when the vet was back opened up. easier to get help if she needs.

I could so game a game all day today. I think knock on wood i'll be home thursday thru sunday... i'll be cooking all day thursday but that means at least friday sat and sun i might be home chillin? hard to imagine with the hectic appts and travel and house and yard work lately lol just gotta get seen by dentist today. they said its just a consultation. i just want some antibiotics for now i'll be good for a lil bit. and get by the other house to check mail and tomorrow get mom to her cardio rehab. then its just thanksgivin cookin and staying home.

lil trixie seems comfy. lot of sleepin next to heater but she's eating and all and purring. that dropper to give laxative 2x a day is getting harder tho lol.. the better she feels the more she turns to jello when i hold her to give her meds. she just drips thru my arms and tries to wiggle away lol but we hangin in there! im seeing new ppl here and in catwalk! fabulous!

i'm needing some snow games. gta v will have snow soon i figure i'll soak that up even tho bf cant play anymore cuz they blocked linux users with their security junk that only half works lol. lookin at hogwarts legacy its sat on a shelf but i know it has a snow season i could get to and save a seperate file on and wander around... animal crossing will get snow..

anyone got any other cozy snow scenes in games to recommend?

I tend to play the How the Saints Saved Christmas dlc in SR4, very festive, very snowy, very guns whee
Animal Crossing is always a fun series to play in winter too cause they have a bunch of events then.

Ik it makes it more difficult but honestly Trixie being a lil s**t while doing meds is a sure sign she's on the mend surely. xp

I love crystal nail polishes because they are way more forgiving texture wise, I don't wanna do a 4 hour war with normal nail polish to try and avoid bubbles or streaks.
I have the exact thing with red! If I put on just a red colour I think it comes across like a receptionist or a bit too Pulp Fictiony whee
I got a red and silver glitter I use around xmas time because it breaks up the colour nd gives it a little more oomph

Hope you can get some relief from the dental stuff, I decided today similar I don't think I can make it to the new year before getting it sorted.
Gonna just request an extraction next week and pay for it, if it means ppl get less for xmas so be it lmao.

I LOOVEE saints row, Sr1 is very crunchy and idk any way to emulate it, same with sr2 and the PC port of that is absolute dogshit.
If you have an xbox it is the best way to play the original 2 games, although they aren't totally essential to play 3 and 4.
If you got a good 360 emulator tho deffo try them (I have never been able to get xenia to work properly on my pc lol)
I am one of the few people who defend Saints Row 4 lol, ppl complained the series was a GTA clone then got upset when the series evolved over time and became it's own unique IP.

I adore it over GTA because it's not just shallow gunplay and heisty stuff, like yeah it's gangster focused but the characters will literally quote classic litature, reference Agincourt and talk about their love of Jane Austin.
I think a lot of people just see the sillyness and write it off but it's the only RPG I have played where your antagonists will literally quote Shakespere at you while raining down on you with a rifle xp

I really liked the MySims remasters, I got them on the lil deal they had when it was just coming out, ppl mad about the Ai upscaling but idk upscaling is something a machine probably should do lmao.
It's all patched up and runs great now, I sank hours and hours into the first one cause it filled me with nostalgia, still haven't cracked Kingdoms open because my dad wouldn't buy it for us at the time.

aaron i freaking love that! i've never used holographic nail powder imma have to grab some next time i'm out. there's some at walgreens that sells the polish with a powder. looks fabulous! nothing wrong with ur cuticles! i feel the same. i moisturize then scoot them down and let them live.

I hope you get your teeth issue resolved. blood infections are no joke and hard to get rid of. that's what mom was carrying a couple yrs b4 she got hers done. so i aint waiting either. if the pain and pressure arent relieving next week imma find a dentist. but mines front canine. if they have to stand on my head and drill i'll get a root canal to save it lol

and happy thanksgiving to ya'll too! and omg mag i miss ham. my family has to avoid alot of the yummy hams and red meats but holy cow i remember glazed honey hams with that mustard honey pineapple clover glaze ooooooooo i hope it was amazing!

we got like 4 younger turkeys that were smaller this year. we dont have a bunch of leftovers but enough turkey to get thru today. and we'll probably make another tomorrow. we have a big roasting pot it fits in with a lid even with them being this size. we pop it in the sink the night b4 and fix it at noon next day. biiiig ones take a few hours at 350. lil smaller maybe 2 1/2 hours. these only take 2 hours to cook. so we'll do another tomorrow. we're gonna have a bunch of bone broth stock!

we've always went thru the broth fast in gravys, soups and dipping bread in but this year we put the bones and things i didnt get picked for leftovers back in oven with water covering most of it and let it cook at 350 for like a few more hours. we weren't sure it'd work since they say good bone broths take like 12 to 16 hours of cooking but this wasnt just bones. i'm picky and if its tough or any bones near the meat or grissle i dont save it. i dont wanna hurt our teeth or choke us saving every last scrap it aint worth it. but this way we used it anyway. it gelled up the way you need it to and we were able to skip fat off top of the jars of broth we saved. probably not as salty but gonna make a good stock to use! we'll cut it and freeze it into cubes in freezer! domestic af!

i have a good xbox 360 emulator running rdr1 so i'll look into w/e saints rows i can find on xbox and get em dl. the ones on steam i saw sr4 with 2 diff titles. any or all steam saints row i should skip on steam? thanks for the info it sounds cool! i do like good characters and a story.

glad to hear about mysims. i checked to load it up and make sure it works on my 3ds and it loaded but then i bout dropped the thing on my face falling asleep so thats far as i got was character creation lmao

I tend to use toppers that have the glitter in, the powders scare me lol.
I'll get it sorted with my tooth at some point but working from before places open until after they close makes arranging anything I right pain, just had black friday now run up to christmas so I'm just constantly working.

If you got a decent emulator I would play SR2, 3 and 4 tbh
1 has really annoying bsy parts that are basically coded to make you die and have to redo missions, still a good story but has some rly frustrating points.
