Dominic stood his ground intil he heard the howl go though the air, his mind almost shut down on him of total fear... he was going to die... this raging creature launched his self at him and things seemed to slow down in his head... Why?... Why was this happening.. he never wanted this curse, he never wanted the power... he just wanted to live a nomral life before all this... He slowly shakes his head as the creature is with in two feet away from him. He falls back as the best grabs his left arm, he couldn't move as he fell back. His mind racing as he just wanted to run.... GODAMMIT

((It happens. At least you didn't lose your post 3nodding )) The Reaper watched in silence as the Fallen rose and removed her improvised garb to dress. He turned his eyes away, not out of shyness but a sense of respect Seraphiel might find surprising. When she was done, he turned his eyes back up to her. He 'spoke' after she finished, sensing her impatience and uncertainty. "I know not the time that has passed since you've slept... but this place is The Devil's Eye Desert. This is the city of Triwinds. You know Pital. This is where Myrancodas was born; do you know this name?" If she didn't, it would be a true sign of her age. The Snake Goddess lived for many ages beside her prosperous mistress, and surely if the Fallen knew Pital she would know her as well, if only by name. "Listen carefully. This land belongs to Valdiir Tal'Deraz. This land is at war. A Fallen much like you turned from the Creators and fell to Grix's corruption." The Reaper paused for a moment, choosing his words carefully, as his own knowledge was limited. "She set plagues on the world in the name of her master, and one of her sisters came here, to this place. The battle was only yesterday... and in it Valdiir's wife was killed. He found the Fallen who served Grix and brought her back. She is dead, now.. and there is much vengeance and grief in the Desert. There is as much fear and suspicion of strangers, too. Whatever your--""VAMPIRE!!!"The howling voice was so loud that it easily drowned Kerrark's attempts to speak. It shook the walls and floor of the tavern, and he could feel it in the fiber of the wooden table. In that moment, the Reaper rose from his seat with force enough to knock his chair to the floor. In the next, the tavern's windows shattered from the second scream. "VAMPIRE!!!"Kerrark had not the time to cover his ears, but the voice was unmistakable to him. As was the monstrous hate that burned within it. Kerrark whipped back around to stare at the Fallen, but found himself unable to direct her. She should know enough to act on her own, and her wings were clean. Without another word and a look that could only mean her choices were hers to make, the Reaper threw open the Tavern door and sprinted into the starless night.

~Cordelia~ -Seraphiel; Angel of Silence-
Before she could even respond with her knowledge of knowing of that women..of that abomination, glass exploded inward..turning fast enough to block the brunt of it..she felt the little pieces grazing off of her, falling to the floor. Angry roaring could be heard outside, the roar of a wereanimal... The man she came here with jumped up, and ran out before she had a chance to do the same. First thing she noticed was he ran out without second guessing it, maybe a friend? She knew.. that wereanimals could not often tell the difference between friend nor foe when enraged..and from the sound of things, this beast was enraged. Screaming vampie...there mortal enemy was not a good sign either..others could be hurt in its wake. Without thinking, she grabbed the closest chair and slammed it against the wall..breaking it..grabbing a full wooden chair leg in one arm..brandishing it like a weapon. Within seconds, she was off...running to meet the commotion.

The were-jackal snarled with satisfaction as its razor fangs ripped through the Vampire's arm's muscle, sinew and bone. It tasted the creature's rank, pulseless blood. Borrowed blood. With a crunch the bone was bitten in two, and the limb was ripped from Dominic's body. The wretch's sword clattered to the cobblestones behind Gerdane and out of reach. The wilder was truly wild now. The hatred and oppression of a lifetime under such undead could not be reasoned with, and as the long claws of its forepaws stretched and sharpened to knife-like points, the mutant Jackal's fur suddenly stiffened. Like a bristling quiver of arrows, each strand of fur became a glinting spine, and staring down at his disarmed prey the were-beast roared, bearing down on the vampire with its head lowered to ram him with its mane of needles; its arms spread low and wide like a sportsman's tackle with claws curved in to rip at the monster's vulnerable sides. xXLord OokamiXx (We all know he dies.... just kill him... I will remake another...) ((You have to RP through it Wulf. There are other characters here. Even an obvious outcome has to be RPed, andcharacter death is as important as character life. I'll post for Kerrark first, and if you'd like you can wait for Cordelia's next response before posting back.))

The Reaper ran without pause or turn to check Cordelia's whereabouts. If she came, she would be close. If she left, then it was one less danger to handle... but the howls were so close the hair on the nape of his neck stood on end. The sound was chilling and pressed his eardrums. He rounded the corner in time to hear the snap of bone and rip of flesh. A strange looking blade skidded over the ground in the murky twilight. Gerdane was there, and had dismembered a figure that was little more than a boy. "GERDANE!!!" Windows were cracked all around them, and many pairs of eyes watched fearfully from the shadows. Kerrark's words fell on deaf ears. His mind raced at the consequences of this encounter. Life, its loss... the balance he always strived to uphold, even when with the Legion... the sight of the loose mangled limb and a man he counted as friend twisted into beast force his hand. As the were-beast roared at his helpless quarry and barreled forward to rip further into him, Kerrark blitzed to meet them. "STOP!!!"

(How is this important? No one knows him no one will care when he dies...) Dom cries in pain as his arm is ripped from his flesh, the pain was almost unspeakable as the creature attacked his sides... he looked at the beast as he tryst to get his body moving once again... Dammit.. he had failed his Rachel so quickly... why did God curse him with this... why did God hate him.... Dom closes his eyes as he tries not to scream in pain... his frisking eyes go to the reaper...he managed to only speak..."help..."

~Cordelia~ -Seraphiel; Angel of Silence-
Running around the bend of the building, Cordelia saw the mayhem that had reached her ears moments ago. Eyes narrowing on the gruesome sight, the wereanimal, she guessed hyena, towered over its young prey. ~No..don't be fooled by the young appearance.~ she told herself firmly. Knowing full well that vampires, when turned could retain there age of when first bitten..for all she knew, he was older then most here. But..somthing, somthing told her different..reading the words that fell off his lips, to be tossed into a hopeless abandonment.."Help" He was not fighting back...nor shed the anger a vampire naturally had for a werebeast. ~Could only be but a game..~ she waged again, her hand tighting around the wooden chair leg..eyes narrowing down at the blade behind the two...~No..~ she finally resolved..this creature..this leech that lay under the animals jaws was nothing but a monster itself..one of the dark, to desecrate those who hold life...they by nature, feed to sustain. His fate was decided on this day, by the beast atop of him... she would not intervene.

((For Refference. Kerrark's stats = 8 Strength/ 8 Speed, and Gerdane's stats Transformed = 9 Strength / 10 Speed))
Kerrark was at an impasse. He had sworn himself from violence so that he might teach wisdom to others, and at this very moment his friend Gerdane was slaughtering someone he did not even know... Even a Vampire's blood could be innocent. The Reaper could only do one thing, but he feared he was too late. As Gerdane ripped into Dominic for the killing blow, Kerrark took a deep breath. He shut his eyes, and prayed that when they opened again the boy would still be alive.
Energy rushed into him like a tidal wave, surging and preparing to crest as the Reaper's desperate attempt at rescue. Rescue that would come too late.
Skills Used: Peacekeeper A Rank The reaper closes his eyes and slowly builds up it energy. After a post of charging the reaper unleashes a massive wave of energy that deflects C ranked attacks and blocks B ranked attacks. It fires in a crescent like form burning everything in it's path.

The Were-Jackal was in full frenzy now. Red it tooth and claw, bristling from the thrill and ecstasy of the Vampire's blood, Gerdane roared in triumph as the creature whimpered and shut its eyes.
Good.
The Jackal's dagger claws ripped towards the soft center of Dominic's diaphragm as its open maw lunged unrestrained towards the Vampire's face. His mighty jaws would chomp through his quarry's skull, and he would die.
Skills Used:
Chomp B If your opponent becomes incapacitated, you are able to use this skill to make your teeth even more deadly. Thus if you manage to bite the opponent, you can take off their entire limb.

~Cordelia~ -Seraphiel; Angel of Silence- Standing tall, she watched the events unfold..the vampire getting ready to take its final moments on this world. The move by the reaper coming all to late, or so she assumed.

Dominic had enough, his fear was gone and his will was back, he brings one good arm up, launching straight at the bottom of the jaw of the were-beast, the force would raise him enough up to be hit by that reapers attack and hopefully push him off. Dominic only thought of his late wife now... He had to live..To help the punch get him into the air, he sends his foot straight at the lower part of his between the legs, may be a bit dirty but hell he didn't care. His body was in so much damn pain and his adrenalin was keeping him moving numbing the pain slightly only giving him enough to move

((I understand that you'd like to save Dominic, but at this point I need to address three things. First, Gerdane is on top of Dominic and is faster than he is, making an attempt to interrupt his attack with an attack fail. Gerdane is just as strong as Dominic, and has two arms instead of one. Second, both of these arms made a clearly stated attack towards Dominic's insides which you completely ignored, both Rank D from Enhanced Claw. At this point you're well over his threshold and should be dead... However, I'm willing to work this with you, but in order to do so you're going to have to accept the consequences of that last post. As of this post, Dominic loses both arms, and is both dying and unconscious. He would be dead on all counts, but this will be your first and last warning.))
The Vampire would only be able to watch in numbed disbelief as the werewolf's maw caught his attempted punch instead; his arm descending up to the elbow into Gerdane's mouth. It snapped shut immediately, and thrashed it's neck. More bone snapping. Cracking. Crunching. As Dominic watched his only arm stretched and ripped off at the joint, those claws he could not dodge founds him, piercing his clothes and burrowing up to the knuckles in the soft flesh of his belly and organs. The damage was done, and no amount of adrenaline could keep him up. He saw the darkness approaching, and it painted over his eyes. He would lapse into unconsciousness; unable to cope with the pain or the injury.
As Gerdane hacked out the spittle soaked limb, he howled in triumph and ripped its claws from Dominic's belly and drove them towards the vampire's neck, slashing with the intent to severe his head.

The Reaper did what was right, knowing full well the consequences, Life had to move on. Be it Dominic's soul to the Dead Lands or to a bed where he might be saved. His friend's rabid fury had to cease.
What came form him was a crescent of shining silver energy, booming out of his chest and gauntlets with the crack of thunder as it blasted over Cordelia, Dominic and Gerdane alike. The Werewolf's attempt to slice at the Vampire again was thwarted; his arms swatted away by the Reaper's power, and his legs staggered from the blow. The two dozen wilders that had amassed around Gerdane stumbled backwards from its palpable force; many lost their spears and clutched each others' arms to keep from being knocked back. In the commotion, only one voice could be heard over the din.Surprisingly, it was Kerrark's. The Reaper's voice strained to the point of breaking, but like grinding metal he shouted,
"PEACE, GERDANE! PEACE! HE HAS NO MEANS TO HARM YOU NOW!"
