Suggested Ninja Type Class Thingy Ma-bob that I seen in another guild and did an epic switch around of so now it is somewhat but nothing like it.
Focused
This ninja is focused on one jutsu and is constantly learning and inventing new techniques derived from it. They can perform the technique better and faster than anyone else. Using this technique drains less chakra then when others use it.
( -4 on learning new jutsu derived from the focused jutsu, performing the focused jutsu has one rank less chakra drain except for kage level techniques)
Examples of this in the naruto world!!! :
Naruto- Shadow Clones and Rasengan
Sasake- Chidori

It is assumed that all Jutsu require hand seals unless specified otherwise. Well when it comes to bloodlines things are a bit different like the Iron Dust Clan which in the show was used by a puppet with did no hand signs and still performed the majority of the jutsu this guild has that is a puppet. If it was the real ninja he would have to at least move his hands, like how gaara did when he used sand coffin. Thats all well in good but things should be more carefully spelled out or someone people will assume they can do something because of the history of a clan says the users are like one tail host the jutsu dont say you need hand signs but the crew or VC say you do.... it just seems wrong. Well, It's like this, If you don't want to have to do all that, Take stealth and Support. Stealth makes you not have to recite your jutsu, and Support makes you not have to use hand signs. Otherwise, I would be ultimate as soon as I get my Rising bamboo blades, Because All I'd have to do is blink and there is 120 Spears of bamboo heading straight at you from aevery direction... Also, I kinda dislike the fact that I am telling a Mod common knowledge to a mod, and I'm only a member. Actaully, just beacuse you dont need hand seals does not mean that you can do jutsu with just your thoughts. It's generally considered that you must make some sort of motion, like the sweeping of arms, snapping of fingers, or something else to actually activate the jutsu. And playing on an honor system, you still need handseals for jutsu above your rank or even at your rank. The only jutsus you could do with just a thought would be academy and lower genin, and thats at a high level. All of this is based on an honor system.

I don't know if anything like this already exists, since im not a crew member, so i'll just throw an idea i just had out there.
I got it reading through the questions and answers thread (catching up for the past few days, i like to watch it for useful info)
So the idea... right then. Mods have to keep clarifying rules a lot, and often refer to decisions made in the past and such. I think, it would be a good idea to have a thread in the crew section to list such rules, so that you can easily update the rules, whenever you get a chance. That way you wont have to answer the same questions a thousand times.
The rules do seem to be updated for rules that are asked about frequently, but a lot of the smaller things you need to have read the whole of the questions thread to know about. (that would take forever. I've tried.)

well a lot of rules dont seem to make it there, i was thinking it was probably because they get forgotten or are difficult to word or something...
(i cant think of any of the rules off the top of my head...)

ok i take that back. just looked and it seems the rules are updated a little more than i though. though i think something is missing, just cant put my finger on it. anyways, im shutting up now ^^

Onto a epic suggestion for Iwagakure!
Iwagakure needs a new Chuunin who is active, Jounin(s) and needs to make Kaze a Sannin, because this is ridiculous! Iwa has none of thee above! Just...Thought the crew could open up Auto ranks for Iwa, it would do wonders....

....So does that mean Konaga and Ushio can't auto rank either?
EDIT:
Konaga have far more Chakra than Jinchuriki
While
Ushio have liek....Infinite knowledge.
I think saying Jinchuriki are far too powerful is just hilarious...=/

I would like to make a suggestion about the Suiton Jutsu listed.
Seriously Mizu Ryuu no jutsu and Suiryuudan no jutsu are one in the same technique. Suiryuudan has no reason to be an s-rank considering it's only b-rank in the anime/manga. just the same Suikodan no jutsu could be moved down to b-rank and you could create Goshokuzame and make it an A-rank. Yeah, it's a b-rank in the books but It's essentially Suikodan no jutsu x5. I think it would be better like that considering that unlike almost if not the rest of the other elemental jutsu, Suiton has 1 b-rank and a ridiculous amount of higher rank techniques. This would even it out a little bit. On that note, If you would Like I could look through Naruto wiki and pick out Elemental jutsu to fill the blank b-rank listings we have for some of the elements.
