Well, I've cried on a lot of animes, but ones that really got to me were...
Kuroshitsuji - Many episodes actually got to me, I'll admit that my eyes teared up a little.
Rozen Maiden - Gawd! The whole last season made me cry! crying It was just beautiful.
Pretear - *sigh* Why don't they make animes as wonderful as this anymore? I don't know, but this was one of my favorite animes.
Ai Yori Aoshi - Love this anime! That's all I've got to say.
Chobits - It was a wonderful anime, but too graphic for kids under the age of probably 18. I watched this when I was like 6, but I had no idea how graphic it'd be.
Tokyo Mew Mew - This anime made me cry the...second most.
Fruits Basket - Poor Kyo...dang...this anime made me cry so dang much. And despite how many times I've watched this anime, I've always cried. A pure classic for sure.
Shugo Chara - I cried only a little on a few parts that got to my heart like...BAM! *sigh* So good...

Wolf's Rain (The anime ending was sad, the manga was better.)

Fruits Basket.. The episode about Hatori and Kana was so sad =( Also in the manga about her parents and her mom...

Cried: Anime Last episode of InuYasha: It was probably the most touching thing I've ever seen! Last episode of Fruits Basket: Two reasons. 1) It was touching. 2) I am a MAJOR Furuba fan, and they stuffed up the anime. They left out ******** (Spoiler) and ******** and they forgot to mention ******** and ****** didn't make one appearance. Shugo Chara!: Laughter tears. And tears from pain. One episode, I was laughing so hard, I had a crazy stomach ache. Manga Shugo Chara!: Same reason as anime. Almost Cried: Anime Asobi no Ikuyo, episode 12: Again, touching. Manga Shugo Chara Encore, Final chapter: DAT WAS TEH SWEETEST TING I EVA SAW!!!!!

I wrote the many things that I wished for on the corner of a note
As the door was closed, and could not be opened at all A lot make me tear up. I get so attatched to characters. neutral
Chrono Crusade and YuYu Hakusho are a couple big ones. Stupid Chrono and Rosette. Stupid Genkai. Eventually I was left alone, unable to understand the ways of adults
As I thought, the world is still unchanged today

I cried the most watching Grave of the Fireflies.
Than Clannad, FMA, One Piece, 07 ghost, and Tokyo Magnitude 8.0.

I'll be honest, I am so easily moved that it's ridiculous. If you have one touching/sad thing in an anime or manga, chances are I'll be crying up a river.
Let's see...
Absolute Boyfriend: The last chapter. It was so beautiful, but it made me cry so bad. Then, I made my friend read it and we cried together. xD
Fullmetal Alchemist: Maes Hughes. 'Nuff said.
Count Cain: Godchild: Last chapter.
07-GHOST: OH GOD! *drops to knees/orz* Mikage.

Peace Maker Kurogune - the first few and last few eppisodes.
Samuria Champloo - End eppisodes
Negima! - when the MC died.....
.//Hack Sign.....
Get Backers.......yeah.....I cried in this.
Eureka seveN - several points in the anime and the Movie
And that eppisode of Naruto quite near the beginning with the guy with the mega sword and the little boy with the needles.
The Wallflower (only because I was laughing so hard in alot of these eppisodes.)
