Hey, I'm just wondering how long it takes for people to get accepted into the guild? I've got an rp waiting on one person to start. This person submitted a bio to me but she says she's been waiting a few days to get accepted into the guild itself.
She asked me if I could get someone to help her out or let her know how long it takes.

I could use some advice again, if the SDRP is in a teaching mood...
I made my first attempt at creating an RP, and put a ton of work into making it...
...It never really took off, I rarely had more than one active person at a given time, and it died on page three(at least I think it's dead...even our slow post rate wasn't this slow...)
If people could check it out and give me advice as to why it didn't fly...or on how to fix it, since I want to relaunch it so all that work isn't in vain...that would be awesome...

Almost universally, if you build a decent RP and it fails it just didn't get enough attention. Enlist your friends, advertise in and out of guild, if you can get a few people posting regularly it really helps bring in more players. A lot of the players in Cinders play together regularly, and beyond being excellent players their RPs tend to be successful largely because they play in each other's games. Friends are powerful.

Plagued Dreams Can you guys move threads to different sub-forums? Yes, we can--or, at least, anyone with the title "crew" and above can. Most threads will have their start in the main forum and then later moved to their respective subforums after they've had a some time to settle. You can read all about it here.
