most trumpets have only 3 keys but their are some known to have up to 9
i have one, and its still in good condition, i need a new mouthpeice...

I own two trumpets of my own but I have access to at least four others including a C, E flat, D, and a flugel horn or contralto.

I'm going on my third year of playing trumpet, and I love it.
I've had two trumpets, the first one was a brand that all of a sudden I can't think of, and my current one is a merona and it's silver <3
but i love them

I think if someone had to ask how many valves there are on a trumpet in a trumpet forum, they should be shunned for a short time... But that's just me...
Moving on... I own one trumpet, and it's ugly and old. I love my Curtis, though... That's his name! <3 <3 <3
The mouthpiece I use is a 3c. I moved to that from a 7c, which was fun. My face was numb the first week...
I am a second trumpet in my High School band, but I play first on the march this year.
It is my senior year, and I feel REALLY OLD! sweatdrop

well i own 2 trumpets
i have a begginers yamaha that i havnt touched in 2 years but randomly grabbed and decided to play and was amazed at the sound quality that came out and that thing is indestructable and thats really good cause its hit the ground afew times but what i use for marching is my king silver flair
i love that trumpet and its my baby
i have 3 mouth peices one is a normal 3C that i dont use but just let people borrow. I have a king 3C which has a much cleaner sound quality that i use durring marching season. I also have my concert season 11B4 its really good once you get use to it for about a day or 2
this will be my 6th year of playing the trumet
wow i cant beleive its really been that long
i can double and triple tounge but thats not all that amazing and im trying to learn how to cirulatory breath
can anyone help me out on that? I kinda have it but not good yet

This coming year will be my 4th year on trumpet. My first year, I actually started band on the Flute but... I couldn't remember the fingerings or manage to move my fingers that way. Once I started on trumpet though, I knew I'd gotten it right. XD My BD still calls me Thunder Touch lol
I've only ever had 2 trumpets, the first I rented and my friends little brother dropped it from a second story landing. Dented the bell really badly and one of my valves was completely stuck from another big dent in the side. After that my uncle got me my trumpet, it's a silver Bach and I love it. His name is Dante razz
I'm only a Sophmore but already I'm the best trumpet in my highschool. I get all first parts and just about every solo too.

Hey! I'm new to the Guild... I have one trumpet (crappy Borg beginner's trumpet cause we can't afford the nice Yamaha or heart Cannonball heart ones) at the moment that has a huge dent on the side and multiple smaller dents around the bell. sad I also have only one mouthpiece (7C) but I'd like to buy a 5C soon... I've been playing for about 5 years.
Hopefully I'll be getting a much better trumpet from my cousin that he has never really played... again, I'm poor and can't afford to actually BUY a new one...
ENOUGH SELF PITTY! I'll be going to band camp in august (Joy!) I'm a freshman.
My trumpet's name is Penelope (my friend named it and it stuck)

I have one trumpet, a bach with a 7c mouth peice
Been playing for 6 years, and this will be my second year being section leader. I'm also the band secretary this year as well, oh and I'm a senior smile
