Keno retreated at he felt her knee against his forehead. She was likely aiming a full kick towards his face, but he was glad he was closer than that. Taking a shot to the head wasn't that bad considering what she received from his end. Still he rubbed it a bit. So she was quick and strong, but her reaction time was a little down, although that could be explained away easily all things considered. He decided to make his next move slowly, intentionally giving her time to see what was coming this time.
He fell back into his initial position, except his right hand was now open. A swirling mass of his ki gathered and condensed into a the size baseball stained with dark blood. This wasn't a specific technique, so all 100,000 units of ki it possessed was his, small by comparison overall, but clearly not a mere warning shot. Especially if something like that got near that fresh wound. He lept into the air, corkscrewed, and landed on the still rotating ball of his left foot, throwing the ball of ki curveball style, ultimately intending to curve from a high position low inot her abdomen. This was merely to see what she would do next. He was actually running out of time so was just observing her reaction.

(Oh what do you know lol! You only know her on Gaia. . blaugh rofl While I have been there since almost the begining and that hair doesn't fit, but Unks is rushing right now and needs to be off! Fair tee well! ::poofs::

Jade didn't even bother wasting time trying to heal her wound. She jumped up, her eyes flashing as Keno threw the blood red ball of ki her way. She pulled her right arm in close to her, quickly gathering a large amount of ki around her fist. She didn't condense it like Keno had however.
She held her right hand out in front of her, bracing her arm with her left hand. She lurched back slightly as the ki ball hit her hand, stopping barely an inch from her skin from the ki she had built up. Her whole right arm was shaking from holding it back, but then she sent a surge of ki forward, launching the ball right back at Keno. Her right arm twitched slightly, but she ignored it.

Keno eyed Jade suspiciously. He didn't think that 100,000 would be even that strenuous. He must have hit her harder than he thought. He extended his left hand and caught ball as casually as...well a catcher. He immediately disembled it back to it's base form as he had no further reason, or time, to continue, though he wished he could take more from this fight than the base information. "That's enough for now. I don't have any more time, but fortunately I accomplished what I set out to do. If I had to pick on thing I liked most about your fighting, it was your miniscule use of your ki. At this point, few of us are likely to be hit by anything unless we're held in place. So it's wise to learn other ways to utilize our power. When is better than how after all."
He approached her slowly, his hands folded behind his back. "I've randomly decided to train you, and by association myself, for speed first and foremost. But I'm not gonna limit your training in any way to mere speed. Take care of that wound and continue training on your own time as well as mine. Don't push yourself too hard though. I'm sure I'll do enough of that on my own in the future." His right arm came around and lightly touched her side, hardly enough for her to feel it, applying no pressure at all to the wound. He eyed the blood carefully, and then enigmatically vanished from before her. He wasn't much for showmanship, but he did like that attack he had just used. Maybe he could make it a bit more practical.
