Napoleon bores me. But that's probably because I'm sick of Eurocentrism. This is basically what the Mongolian Empire eventually looked like thanks to Genghis Khan. Pretty damn impressive. He united nomadic quarreling tribes into an unstoppable force.

Ah, but what about Shaka? Although tending to be remembered for his brutal reign, Shaka did many things to start the Zulu kingdom. For example, I believe he murdered a shaman that had killed his mother by locking the shaman in a house that had jackals inside until the shaman was devoured. Or was it Hyenas?

Doesn't it, though? XD I was looking for a map to illustrate my point on Genghis Khan, and I happened across it. The gradual expansion animation really does it justice! It's freaking cool.
