Core looked to side for a moment , her eyes distant . " When you live through death , that kind of bond tends to form , " she answered , not looking back at Kara .

Kara thought about that. Maybe Core was right. Kara used to kill people all the time before she quit the gang. Kara's head shot up. The gang. She'd forgotten. She groaned. Not good. They are probably looking for her and Shade. But she still needed to get more cloths. And food. After all, something had happened to her clothes. And people keep showing up and eating her food. "Well. If you wanna go eat. Then you can. But i need to get a few more outfits. Plus i need to get groceries." She said looking around. Luckily, Kara knew two people who owned clothing shops. She could call them up. They'd come and open the shops and let her get some clothes. After all, the two she was thinking of owed her. "So if you want to stay and help me shop. You can. We can even get cloths for you to keep at my place." She told Core.

Kara sighed. She watched Core disappear. She shrugged and pulled out her phone. After a few moments she hung up. And went over to a major clothing store. She waited. After about twenty minutes her friend showed up. "Thanks or opening the shop for me. Somehow all of my clothes disappeared." Kara told her friend. After a ten minute long conversation, Kara went into the store and started to look around.
After awhile Kara came out with ten different outfits. Including two pairs of shoes. Her other friend opened up her store and in the end Kara had twenty different outfits all together. Ten from each store. Plus five extra outfits for Shade. Amazingly she remembered his size. And two outfits that would hopefully fit Core. And hopefully will be suitable for her. Kara sighed. She had to leave in a bit. But first she went to the store and bought a lot of different foods. Finally she was done. She walked out of the mall.((Exits to Apartments))

It was a rainy Monday night in New York city. Outside the shopping mall, wind and rain tore into the parked cars and knocked on the windows waiting to be let in. But no one answered their call, as the humans on the streets wandered into the relative safety of the mall to get a nice meal and ride out the weather with friends and family.
It was here, sitting at a table in a fine French restaurant with a glass of water in one hand and a leather bound menu in the other, that one could find a pale, ginger girl. Her delicate fingers danced over the rim of her glass, forcing shrill notes from the crystal as her warm, amber eyes wandered down the menu in front of her, carefully reading the ornate letters and the choice of dishes.
She was sitting all alone, not shocking really, single women wandered into the "Maidens eye" every now and then to socialize, but this one woman seemed different from the others - if not for the lost look in those good natured eyes, then for the round shape of her stomach hidden under a grey evening dress which spoke of at least a few months pregnancy. The other guests had greeted her when she came, had smiled and raised their wine glasses to greet the mother-to-be and her unborn child. It was not until one of the waiters asked her if she were expecting someone and she answered the question with a soft "No" that smiles turned to silence and pitying looks directed at her back as the other guests whispered amongst themselves. Rena ignored them. Rena ignored it all.
"Miss? Have you decided?" A quiet male voice suffering under a heavy French accent asked her, and the young girl stared up at the dark haired man with a tiny smile that curved her lips only slightly, but made her eyes glow pleasantly "Yes, I´ll start with a Foie Gras and then some sort of meat, any meat as long as it is rare..Oh, and a Crème brûlée for dessert, please"
The waiter nodded and took the menu with him as he left for the kitchen. The rich scent of fine food and wine drafted trough the restaurant as he walked and Rena took a second to enjoy it before she turned her attention back to her table. The tablecloth was red, as was the rug on the floor and the curtains hanging from the ceiling which hid the bordeau walls from view. At the center of the round table, a single candle burned amongst a tiny decoration of flowers and pearls, it was quite beautiful. "Miss?"
Rena turned her gaze from the candle to the waiter and the waiting plate of Foie Gras which was placed on the table with a muttered "Bon Appétit" before the man disappeared once more. Dinner alone... Who would have thought.. Rena sighed softly as she picked up her fork and began to eat her meal.
