Keno smirked as his Mineral bled through his entire body and encased him in a protective layer, so as not to be damaged as he ran through the fire, which he did without hesitation. He didn't know Unks was training with shinobu too. This would be enteresting indeed. His body lost no speed in its new metal shell as it ran straight through the barrier Unks had created. If he truly thought fire was gonna keep Keno out he was sorely mistaken on that account. But it was still smart on average. He had better be thankful it wasn't Tali he was fighting.
Once through the barrier Keno shot his right palm out, closing it into a progressive fist. Once his hand was tightly balled up the metal around his body shot forth, a spike extending from his body towards Unks' torso. The size of the spike was small enough not to lead to any fatal piercings, though being impaled was likely to hurt regardless.

Smiling at Caine she nodded, pleased with the answer.
"Heh...I see. Well you must be really proud. One can only imagine what parenthood fortells."
She knew few others who had children other than User. Though she was getting herself a set, they were fairly independant in themselves that they felt less like children alot of the time.
Smirking her mind wandered to the periods of sitting in on beginning magic classes.

::Unks smirked as he saw Keno come in through the fire. His plan was coming together slightly. Kinda shocked to see Keno made of metal but Unks also changed while he was waiting for Keno to come.
His hair was the normal spikes but it was now yellow and his eyes were a bright green color. His power has risen greatly in his transformed state. His right hand moved so fast to his right side he blocked Keno's spike with his sword.
Unks smirked at Keno and began to move closer adding more strength to the sword tryingt o push Keno back. He spoke only for the first time of the battle and raised his left hand close to Keno's face firing off a ki blast::
"Having fun? I know I am."

Caine nodded slowly in response to Epithany, a wave of sudden exaughstion overcoming him. He'd been out training for almost a month straight, barely sleeping and stopping only to eat really. He body was screaming at him to sleep and recover, and he thought he should listen this time to it.
He stood up slowly, nodding towards Pith as he went to excuse himself, walking towards the lounge and the first couch he saw, promptly falling face first upon it and passing out, his arm hanging off the edge.
((And I'm out for the night people...slowly conditioning myself to stay up again. Night.))

At this point firing a ki blast into Keno's face was gonna have to be a lot stronger than that. He personally didn't feel a thing except what anyone would feel when the metal encasing their body is hit. Unks had made a mistake letting Keno's Mineral get to his sword. Without wasting a breath, the metal had wrapped around the blade, almost as if forged to it and began pulling it back towards Keno. If Unks didn't let go, he would be in close range proximity of the worst Keno had to offer.
His second mistake was underestimating the Mineral altogether. Not only could Keno send out into the open air from any body part of his, but he could gently spread it all about his feet onto the surface of the ring. He had already covered the area he and Unks were standing on, and it was spreading about the whole ring. The purpose for this were the spikes. On cue, three of them shot up around Unks, one head on, one behind him on the left, and the last behind him on the right. The three came out at once and aimed for the torso.
Meanwhile Keno was encouraging Unks to release the sword further by emitting a charge of Rai from his body. It was a strong enough jolt to paralyze a body temporarily, so if he didn't submit, he'd find himself at yet another temporary inconvenience.

Watching Caine languidly respond to her statment. Within mere moments he had already collapsed upon a couch. Laughing she turned from the sight wondering if he would be in a similar state when the child was born.
"Well I can be thankful I skipped that step...who knows..."
Draping her staff over shoulder she tracked the Orion once more, finding little activity other than Unk's bout with Keno. Shrugging she decided to make her own piece with the moment. Heading towards the arena she summoned her partially consumed shot of Jack Daniels. Draining the drink she came out in view of the ring. Finding herself a seat she sat to wactch in silence.
"Hmmmph.."
