Mitexi finally made her way into the village. The night had been long and cold, and her body was chilled by fear. Something had rode by in the night, something dreadfull and black with evil. She could feel its black heart beat as it made its way past her hidden teepee deep near the woods away from the village. Every step it took the deep blackness sunk further into the ground, and the ground screamed as it was consumed. Even the stench of the creature was awful, the smell of flesh rotting in the tips of its mouth.
Was this creature the cause of the distrubance in the village? Everyone was in an uproar, but just arriving there she had no idea what was going on. All she knew was the man in the dark fur skin gave chills on her body as the stench of something dead rose from him.

Lunathiel saw the old man spit at the cheif and she snorted galloping over. She reared back and stomped into the ground angrily before circling him to block Tala from view. "Worthless old man..." She growled stomping her hoof into the ground. She nibbled at her young bonds shouldar before nudging her to get her on.
"Luna...?" Although the girl was confused she was also disgusted by the strangers behavior. She clambered onto the horse then held on expecting the amre to bolt.
She turned once the girl was on and snorted again. "Why do you smell like blood?" She asked not caring that he wouldn't understand.

"SGINA!" shouted Kimi after her sister. Why was her sister so evil?
Kimi rolled her eyes and got closer to her sister.

This was not right. The same smell from the man was covered throughout the village. Though right now, he didn't seem like he would do any harm. But he was watching... Watching carefully. He would not allow this man to hurt any others. He just needed for the Chief to understand.

Oathkeeper snorted and Oblivion just stared, blinking. THIS wasn't right. Something in him knew it wasn't and his intuition was always a strong warning to him. Rearing he shouted like a fool, "Don't trust him! Don't trust him!" Hoping somebody would believe his words, "He reaks of evil and darkness! I know it!"
Paris rolled her eyes, unmoved by all of this. She began to stroll casually towards the troublesome newcomer, glaring at him as she did so. "Yeah...so maybe Oath's right...but I don't care...why should anyone else? One more evil in our lands isn't so bad" she declaired non-chalantly.

AnimeChickie Tifa didn't see Cloud since there were so many soquili around. She stuck near Yei, but she felt a little bit better with a familiar soquili close to her. It was late and she was getting tired, but no way was she returning to the teepee in the middle of the forest. It was just too dangerous.
"Tifa!" It was the first time he had ever raised his voice but he soon gave a rear and a loud whinny before slipping through the crowds towards her, his ears pinning backwards every now and then as he struggled through - he really hated crowds!

Soquili Chief Tawadi couldn't believe his ears. This hero was now cursing and disrespecting him. "What on.. earth?" he wondered. Didn't this warrior want to be rewarded for ridding the village of evil?
There was a few people who tried to get his attention. "I'm all ears. tell me what you want to say." he said.

Miakoda had had it. Nodding to Krouw, she quickly made her way toward the old man. "Old one, why are you so unthankful? Our chief gave you hospitality!" She cringed, however, at the look in Oyohusa's face. What was wrong with him? Was he crazy? She looked over to the Chief, knowing he was the only one calm in this situation. "Chief Tawadi, are you so sure that this man is the hero to have slain the beast?" she asked, concerned.
Hania sniffed at the old human, and walked closer. He seemed unharmful enough. He ignored the antics of Lightning, and eyed his daughter(s) carefully. Then he walked closer to Oyohuso. His curiosity was getting the better of him. He ignored the feeling that something bad was about to happen.
Aruna's eyes widened as she listened to the old man's tone. Why was he speaking in such a harsh tone? "Astia, this way!" Fear gripped her heart tightly. She needed to her all her loved ones away; something bad was about to happen!

Soaring above the village, Axel was watching the preceedings in front of him. This was quite interesting. He couldn't say that he wasn't amused but everybody seemed to be in panic. He was lucky that he didn't have a lover, it would be too much of a hassle to find them in this crowd. Plus, he had no heart to give away, it was rock solid now... He descended into the village and looked around.

Myoa knew they had the chief's attention now. "Sir, is it wise to invite him into the village in this state? I mean, we can't really trust anyone...." Myoa only said half of what she wanted to say. She wanted to scream at the beggar and drive him out. She felt, no, she knew he was the great evil. She sighed, hopeing the Kawai leader understood her. Of all the two-leggers, excluding Saika, he was the one with the most chance of understanding her and the Soquili language.

Nagual-An nodded in agreement. The two mares probably looked strange, standing apart from the crowd. But, if they had to get away Nagual didn't want to get caught up. Besides, she could hear everything fine from where she was, "Very dangerous... I never knew two-leggers would be so dense. Surely a soquili would not be trapped in such a way!"
Hearing the chief two-legger, Nagual twitched an ear though her full attention was still on the interloper, "I think the leader is trying to get him to tell a story... his story...." She hope he would, she wanted to know if he had companions... but he said he liked being alone. "I hope..." the mare started, mostly to herself, "...that all those scents truly aren't his..." She shuddered.

There had been a moment of peace, for the clamoring to stop and for life to start moving again, for them to get over this...and then the senile old man destroyed it all. "He's not in his right mind." Verbena protested weakly, but he had shouted at the chief, and they already had their suspicions in the first place.
"He doesn't know what he's SAYING!" she nonetheless snapped back in response to Oathkeeper's shouting. "He's old, he's not in his right mind, he was the one who killed the culprit! Don't be STUPID!"

Spotting a familiar soquili, Inali moved up to Aurorealis. He looked as puzzled as she was. "Do you smell it? That man... he smells close to what sprayed the village... but different. What do you think?" Her nostrils dialiated, while her eyes rolled slightly.

Meeki Rot nodded curtly to the mare that spoke to him. "If we Kalona had done this, we'd be the first to admit to it. The truth is, our own land was.. desecrated. Whoever had done such at thing will pay with their life and nothing less. That is the Kalona way." Though the truce was in place, it was easy to see the malice behind the Kalona's words. He hoped he could kill the culprit himself.  The word, "Kalona," did not register to her, but now was not the time to ask what that was as she felt her two-legger try to push her backwards and away from him. She turned from him, flicking her tail a bit from nerves, but turned her head enough to speak one last thing over her shoulder. "Then I hope then that whatever it was is found out and destroyed so this world will go back to how it once was. I wish you strength, sir." She gently nuzzled the shaking Evening beside her, feeling the girl entwine her fingers in her short pale mane.  Evening was shaking. All the smells were very familiar to her, the stench of urine, blood, fear... Even the sight that greeted her in the village was the same. She knew not what to say, who to turn to, until her eyes locked onto Oyohusa. She screamed in fright and stopped dead in her tracks. He had been at her village the day after the distruction of it. And things had only gotten worse.
Her emerald eyes looked around frightened and she wanted to pull back on Ever and have them flee for the time being. There must be a chief near by that she could speak to. There had to be someone that this half-Lakota could explain the destruction of her own tribe. She took a bold step toward Chief Tawadi and knealt down at his feet, her eyes looking to the ground. "Sir, I am a stranger in your lands but the sight that has greeted me is all to familiar to one I have faced before. If I might explain, Chief."

Sgina grinned ear to ear and jumped infront of Nayuli.
"What an evil thing to have black eyes!! Oh Kimi calm down Im fine. Wow can you speak soquilli cause I think we could rule the world if you are as evil as I think you are!!!!"
