"You idiot," Mera huffed at Leeroi's body. He had to get in the last word, even after a major loss. Kursha just rattling off clues seemed rather merciful to her, compared to what the greenblood could do while Leeroi was out cold. Even before he slipped away, though, there was no doubt he was about to; that last comment fell a little flat considering his pitiful body language. At best Leeroi was going to have to ride his lusus home. At worst...well...probably not death, but definitely something worrying for the time being.
She continued looking him over, ignoring Kursha's victory and subsequent read-off. Someone could put them up on the board.
"Hm?" Her head turned a tick at Azrael's voice. "What? Ah. Hm. Probably. Boneheads like this tend to be impossible to kill by conventional means. I can't say that he'll wake up feeling too well, or if he'll be able to walk on his own for the rest of the night. Major head injuries will do that. Do you have a hankerchief I could borrow? Something needs to be done about the blood..."
Mera looked over to the side Psykgi had appeared on in the meantime. The redblood's mask of choice was...interesting, to say the least. "He got in a fight, he didn't know when to quit, and here we are." Hemera chose not to ask after Psykgi's relations with Leeroi; there was enough evidence that they were at least friends. An odd redblood with an obnoxious blueblood. Interesting, but not surprising. "Can you help me move him? As soon as the Commander is done touting his victory, I would like to get Furore off the floor, stop the bleeding, perhaps see if he'll wake up before morning."

The feeling he'd had laughing in the East Outgrowth was still pretty fresh and he didn't want Eridia to spoil it with one of her antics.

A shriek pierced through the hivestem, followed by the rapid clambering of hooves on tile. Glitch had turned away for one second— and this happened? Leeroi had convinced her that he needed space to concentrate, and he had been behaving so well all night... who was she to disagree with him? Recklessly charging through the masses, Glitch locked her sights on Kursha and sprinted full-force. She didn't know his reasons for hurting Leeroi, but how could she not assume the greenblood was in the wrong? Leeroi had been behaving so well... It couldn't have been his fault.
Her skull connected with Kursha with a thwack, and she bucked her head back just enough to send the greenblood flying away from her charge. Galloping over to Kursha, Glitch stood over him, holding him down with her feet. Giving him a wide-eyed stare, she opened her half-mouth and let out a deafening warning scream, then turned and trotted back to check on Leeroi.
With little patience, she shooed the three children that had gathered around him. She leaned down gently, nuzzling her charge and checking his senses. He let out a low rumble as her beard tickled his face, and she stepped back, relieved. Hooking her horns under his arms, she scooped Leeroi up and trotted softly out toward the ablutionblock to clean him up.
”Oh, I see...” said Psykgi, not surprised... that was how it usually went. She was about to minister to him and get help moving him, when Glitch decided that that she had to step in. Psykgi knew Glitch, and knew better than to interfere.
Duly shooed by Glitch, Psykgi took the liberty of picking up Leeroi's notebook. It was remarkably well-done, but she had seen him with some of the more complicated games: making maps and charts was not foreign to him... in fact, she had helped him with them. And this... well... it wasn't dissimilar.
She flipped through it and added a note of her own:
Quote:
I was investigating Epratt's coat and goodness, look what I found: "War happens and trolls die. Even your hunting pals. You're washed up. There's no way you can prove anything, so good luck coming after me."
A menacing note?! This is obviously important!
Note complete, she tucked it under her arm and shook the ringing from her ears and went over to Hemera and Azrael, giving Azrael a wave. Though she obviously percieved that a greenblood had decided to charge into the commander, the theoretical cause of Leeroi's condition, Psykgi didn't particularly care.”I'll check on him later, when his lusus is a little calmer.” she said to them. ”Gosh, though, what a party, huh?”
Leeroi meandered back into the Central Hivestem, trying to make himself as discreet as possible. Without his notebook, he felt at a loss, but he knew he was smart enough to figure out the last of his clues. It might just... take a while longer with his head being as fuzzy as it was.

Alifax took careful notes as Kursha read, and then exited to the training block.
He returned to update his charts, though - first in his own notebook, and then he'd get to work on the wall. What here wasn't sensitive information?

Well, now Lorata had a name to go with that very annoying presence. Leeroi Furore, huh? She'd remember that. Propping her chin on a hand, the seadweller frowned at the commotion. Hemera had left her to go over, along with some other kids she didn't really know, though there was something familiar about that redblood that had come in. She couldn't really wrap her head around how concerned they all seemed to be for the blueblood, since it was pretty obvious he'd been asking for it and even Mera hadn't seemed terribly impressed before she'd gone.
The only thing really interesting about the situation at all, in the end, was that the Captain had taken up Leeroi's notebook to read off the clues he'd gathered. If they were lucky, maybe some of them would be useful, but considering who had written them down there was no real telling. She committed the information to memory anyway, then hopped up to see what she could find somewhere else.
Preferably somewhere where bluebloods weren't hogging all of the attention.

Eridia reflected on her clues with a smile. She not only hope for this drama to end but for Elidae. Did she listened to her? Did the child's words strangle her little bloodpusher? She only hoped so. Lovedad stood behind her, wondering what she had done. And more... what was she up to?

South: Questioned Erilyn: What made you give up your military service?
Azrael had undone the straps on his cape and taken it off, "I don't have a handkercheif but I do have my cape, it would probably work about the same," Az handed her the cape, he was fine going on without it. At that point Glitch had entered the room and sent the greenblood flying. Azrael hoped he'd be alright after that. But Kursha seemed strong enough and might have had the same bonehead problem Leeroi had, but whatever the case may be. Azrael had dropped his cape next to the unconscious blueblood as he stepped aside to let Glitch leave with Leeroi. After glitch had left, Azrael picked up his cape off of the ground and just held it on his arm.
When he noticed Psykgi he felt his stomach flutter. It had been a while since he saw her and boy he was happy to see her! So he waved back, maybe a little bit more excitedly than he would have normally. "Hey psy! Yeah, I think he'll be fine, I mean it's Leeroi, I wonder if anything can really crack that thick skull enough to do any damage," Azrael stated jokingly at Psy then looked at Hemera, "So, do you know Leeroi or are you just a bystander who knew what to do?" Azrael asked the tealblood curiously, he'd probably get his sketchpad out later and add her to the list of trolls he'd met that night.

[+] Kursha Vidari
Once he had finished reading aloud Leeroi's notes, Kursha grabbed the blueblood's pen. He popped the end. Resting the notebook against his knee, he proceeded to scratch out a quick note, spanning across two pages. “Good Work. Keep I[+] Up. —Kursha Vidari” He had scarcely finished when a shriek made him look up.
He recognised the distinctive shape of a lusus, before a pair of horns caught him in the chest and he was sent flying.
A moment later he felt a painful weight on his chest. The lusus, an freakish abomination of a beat, stared down at him. Kursha winced but otherwise remained impassive. The lusus released an angry scream into his face. His nose wrinkled. Keeping his reaction muted, Kursha wiped some of the spit away. The air had returned to his lungs. “You should keep a better eye on your charge,” he told her, voice constricted under her weight. As she trotted away, he got to his feet. Who knew whether the creature understood him or not.
Without further comment, Kursha exited the hivestem, limping ever-so-slightly. His work was done.

Elidae quietly slipped into the room, refusing to look at anyone and displaying a faux smile. While she did reflect on her findings, it was difficult for her to focus and keep up the facade.
( Just claiming some clues, will post a better one soon :V )
Psykgi laughed. ”Oh, of course he'll be fine. He gets into these things all the time. But it's always good to check, of course!” She was happy to see Azrael, despite the, ah, terms they had parted with before. Speaking of terms, she glanced at Eridia and noticed, briefly, that she had something colorful and sweet looking in her hands. Psykgi smirked – oh she hoped that was from the dining room, or at least the same supply as what Mr. Comedi had drunk. Maybe she would have her purpleblood-stomach-bug wish after all... She turned back to her friends...”So, I know you from the banquet... you know, before all the running and the caves and whatnot...” she said casually to Hemera, ”But gosh, you know, I don't think I got your name! So sorry!” she held out her hand. ”Psykgi Mentha!” she introduced herself, ”You're a busthinder too, am I right?”
With Leeroi
Psykgi needed to ruminate on what she had found and take some notes... now that, of course, she had a notebook to work with. She was just about to sit down somewhere to hash things out when she saw... ”Leeroi!” she called, waving at him energetically with his notebook, ”Leeroi, over here!”
