February 5th, 2019: Lanzer Moonracer Features (I think) It's about the Star Reward event...feature whatever. I wasn't getting my stars but finally did. I had a number of stars 612 I believe it was. I bought 1 item for 70 and suddenly I'm down to 12 Stars. Can someone look into this is it a glitch is it right, please help? Lanzer Deus de Charity Items / Re-releases / Gold shopsmore specifically: re-releasing old cash shop items, into the gold shop. i have a few things backing up my suggestion, so hear me out! there is such a long line of item re-releases that you guys had to make a new thread for suggestions, and even with how much you guys are releasing NEW things, its hard to fit in all the items that are unlisted on the MP you guys really bank on exclusivity, but it is a false demand. i think people will buy things they really want from the cash shop, and you always say 'just buy from the MP otherwise' but as we have seen through the years, while that does work - so many items are unlisted, so many items are boosted so high even if they were a common item. and inflation of course has taken a big rise along with everything. most items have a re-release timer of at least 6 months before they are eligible? lets make it 1 year total between when its launched in the cash shop, and when its released in the gold shop it will: 1. put items back into release 2. make gold shops viable again 3. eat up gold from the system so its actually removed from the ecosystem, and not just given to another user with a tax removed. 4. the items are not in a forgotten realm of waiting to be re-released or not everyone can still buy their gcash items, have their exclusivity because they bought it and were able to have it and sell it and trade and do all these things but then later on, 12 months later, everyone else if they choose to can also buy it! the exclusivity marker being 'I HAD IT FIRST' everyone always wants that new thing so it isnt like people are gonna be like 'ahh ill just wait' because theyll want to get it NOW thanks to the current marketplace having an option to buy with gcash, that sets a definite cash:gold ratio. just follow your own ratios for pricing in the gold shop based off of what it was in the cash shop. make the cheaper items cheaper than the obviously more complicated items, but dont make it super impossible. i wouldnt mind spending 500m-500b on an item if i really wanted it ! hell that is what people already do for their quests already, except the prices are always changing or not even there if its unlisted. and for RIGs, you can just sell the RIG as-is!! instead of the individual items. maybe make them slightly cheaper so people can mass-buy them and try their luck rather than just listing all the items that were inside it. [but perhaps, have an item listing of each rig in its description, or something, so people know whats in it ?? but thats a nitpick for another post]and if not back into one of the already existing gold shops like barton's boutique or the like perhaps remodel one of the BARELY-USED extra gcash shops, like loyal's or mechaneko or one of those. [or have one of them be like, for chance items, one be for paw items, one be for normal outfits, etcetc] loyal's would be great for RIGs, and paw items in mechaneko!? i mean the name says it all <3 then the rest can go to rococo p.s. you could have things exclusively bought for a certain time in the gcash shop, as normal then move them to the cloud9 shop, so people who are angel subscribers can buy more throughout the time period before it becomes a gold-shop item [like they kinda have that power for the marketplace if it was expensive they can keep buying them then selling] that way it gives people who are an angel subber more time to buy things and they can continue to throw money at you because thats what happens when things arent exclusive, or limited-quantity, we can continue to buy <3 SO it would be: cash shop for the normal release, when its out of there it goes to cloud9 for angel subbers, then after the full year its into the gold shops! p.s.s. one thing you guys might not consider is that you have SO MANY ITEMS on this website. which is a good thing considering what you guys are doing and how you make money. however it leaves people with broken inventories when they get too big. this would be a way where, they can safely sell off their items and know they can buy them back without them suddenly being 10x more expensive because someone jacked up the price on MP, or it simply never being there again because its unlisted - inventory management. - helps inflation - helps marketplace price jacking - no more unlisted items Thank you for all the in-depth suggestions. I'll go through them after ATS.

For myself, it has not popped up at all, and I have not been able to play Spinami for about 2 months. We will fix Spinami shortly, there seems to be some caching issues. Lanzer animoni Feature Are you planning to remove Spinami in the future? I'm getting less and less item from them. A large area are blank. There is a bug where items doesn't show up for some Gaians. I have discovered something where when you buy a Pledge for $2.50 it shows up on the Gcash purchases log....but along with it is a credit of 250 gaia cash in the log (but not for real, you dont get that gcash) It really confused me as I was checking my logs as my balance was wrong. Maybe fix so it doesnt say those purchases grant Gcash? It seems like quite a few items suffer "leaving lag" in these shops, making it difficult to realize when something is no longer available. Particularly since they no longer update on such a consistent schedule to help remember when 4 weeks have passed since an item entered the shop. Yeah I can add a timer to the next batches when they come a long! If they do happen to suffer leaving lag still, their timer will disappear beneath. We have a maximum of 5 announcements kept if we're away, which is fine, but I want to see NEW ITEMS and not things I've seen a hundred times already. It's frustrating, especially when I don't always check the previous day's csu to see what I've missed, and it's not something everyone else may do either. Please consider somehow doing this, not everyone is in your time zone and not everyone will be awake when new updates happen, so you miss out on possible item sales because of it. April 16th, 2019: Lanzer Deus de Charity Name Flairs -- Star Rewardswhy are name flairs 50 stars ?? that is like a 10x markup compared to the pledge flairs. thats like, what, buying 25$ in gcash to get 50 stars? sure a hell lot more than 2.50 for sure yes you can technically get stars by spending 400gcash = 1 star but that meeans its an INCREDIBLE amount that they would have to buy off of the MP in order to spend, like wow what the heck the fact these reward flairs have no glow, make them easier to make than the pledge flairs. they should be 10 stars at most. why are they so expensive!? Star points are meant to be bonuses, as in freebies outside of receiving the items that you purchase. That's why the prices might sound high if you omit the actual items or GC you receive from spending. Update the GCash sale price of items listed in the Marketplace.I am specifically referring to the option of purchasing Marketplace (vend) listings with GCash that was introduced in the past year or two, though it's not discounting that the GCash value of Gold Shop items also need updating. I initially wrote this up on 26 March 2019, so the items/values are true to that date and are just for example purposes. This option is still available but with the current item values, it's a mostly useless feature for items. Some people avoid including a GCash value on some anti-money principle, and others (myself included) currently avoid using the feature because the high GCash value currently attached to listings make an item appear overpriced and deter potential buyers. Take this item currently listed in the Cash Shop: This is the marketplace link for that item: https://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/10594032And a screenshot of the cheapest item listings at the time of writing this out: This is showing a price of "$90" for an item that is currently going for "$4.10" in the Cash Shop. I get that the GCash price in the vend isn't intended to compete with the GCash price in the shops, it's there for convenience for people who don't have/don't want to spend gold for listed items, but the GCash per gold/plat amount value for the vend still needs to be reevaluated because I can't imagine anyone would want to spend $90 for that item even at a point in the future where the item may be less available. There is another end to it, too, where it makes things a bit tricky, because you consider items like Nyamond that are currently listed for 10b/1k plat, where the current GCash rate for that is 200/$2.00. Marketplace listing: https://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/10474777Currently we're looking at 1gc per 50m/5plat. One option to consider, and what I believe would be more worthwhile, is having the conversion rate based on the marketplace value of the 200GC Giftcard (https://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/admin/?item_id=10345633&day_id=1295240195) even if it meant the rate needed to be manually adjusted on a weekly or so basis: https://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/10345633Average Buy Price of the 200 GCash Giftcard at the time of writing this, values 200GC at 28kplat/280b, though I forgot to include that data in the screenshot. So, with the going rate on 26 March 2019: 28000plat divided by 200GC is 140plat (1.4bil gold). This values 140plat as 1GC. While it's not currently good for items like Nyamond, which would value the item at 7.14GC for the 10b gold (1000 plat) listing price, it believe it would ultimately increase its gold/plat value to even out a bit more with a more reasonable GCash amount. Going back to the Bubby Cozy For Mew item, a 50k plat (500b gold) listing would go for 357gc, which, while less than the 410gc it is currently listed at in the Cash shop, is still closer to the GCash price in the store. For the sake of items whose GCash values in the vend would challenge their current Cash Shop values, I believe that either the gold prices would adjust until they even out or exceed that, OR, people would start stocking up on GCash cards and incorporating GCash into their vending habits, giving even those who don't actually spend money on the site a fund and competitive way to use up some the GCash in the system. Having more consistent GCash values across the board could also open the door to making it easier to implement/offer an additional option to directly purchase an item with money that would bypass the need to buy GCash to make purchases. If Gaia can ask users to make direct purchases to get the monthly Gaia Pledges, why not have that option available for the rest of the site? Maybe, when clicking, "buy with GCash" there could be an option to either spend GCash that currently on the account or buy the item directly through Paypal or another approved payment option. This would be good for some people whose decision to spend money on the site that day might come down to that they don't want to buy 500gc to buy a 220gc item. One option for maintaining the conversion rate outside of having someone manually adjust it would be having something in place that runs automatically once a day. Using my suggestion above, it would update the conversion rate based on the 200GC Giftcard's current going rate, where 1GC = 0.5% of that item's ABP (if I am doing my math correctly). We as users already determine the value of Gaia Cash by how much we buy/sell it for in the vend and exchange, so adjusting the GCash price of these listings is a part of keeping that system consistent across the board. Disclaimer: I am your targeted audience here, but I think it would be beneficial across the board. I don't have a lot of interest in items, but I have enjoyed collecting things like flairs and I still find items on the vend that catch my interest. Being able to more easily spend GCash on items in the Marketplace is another option for people who don't have a lot of interest in current releases in the the Cash Shops to earn stars to exchange for rewards. I will talk to the sales team about the issues you presented. We definitely should update that portion of we are to keep it here. Lanzer Daryn Woods Features: Wishlist Can we be notified when a wishlisted item is for sale in one of the Cash Shops?We currently have the option to turn on a notice to let us know when an item we have wishlisted is on sale in the Marketplace, but it doesn't tell me if there's a way to obtain the item elsewhere. If I know that the item that I've had my eye on is available in one of these shops, I can either buy it directly from the shop, find someone to sell me the item, or pay closer attention to the Marketplace for a reasonable listing. I'll look into it. should be easy for us to do.

[i.e. golden week] youre just furthering my concern ive voiced before of this just being a secondary premium currency. if they were just cute little freebies to give back to those who support you, things shouldnt be priced so high [like 50 stars for a flair!? which their normal price is 2.50$, which is now at 25$?!] then you wouldnt have limited edition sales to try to get people to buy excess gcash just to have enough stars. youd have them at very affordable prices, and not have limited edition sales to force people buying more. this does not help you already having in inflation of gcash and trying to bring the prices in the gcash shop down...................... because then people have excess just because of the stars, and then they dont have anything they wanna spend the gcash on, then theyre just sitting on it and promoting the problem you were supposed to be trying to solve. I think the idea behind Star Points is similar to air line miles where you get a free flight after about 10 flights. The flight purchased by miles would feel expensive if you say that the flight cost $5000 (10 regular tickets) to purchase. I will pass your feedback to the sales team and we will keep an eye on pricing items in the star point shop. yeah but they dont have flash sales of 'hey you have to have x amount of flights to get this deal that is very limited time only' leading users to go 'OMG TIME TO BUY ALL THE FLIGHTS I CAN SO I CAN GET THIS VERY LIMITED EDITION THING WITHIN THE 1 WEEK' if it were similar to getting a free flight after x amount of flights why didnt you do it where you can just get free gcash after buying or spending gcash? that way it keeps it within your premium currency without creating a secondary currency. buy 10$ worth of gcash? great here is 100 gcash for free. that will also eliminate having % sales that inflate gcash even more. which you said you would stop doing because gcash was being inflated. [its not like 200% sales anymore but its still getting kinda high!] kind of defeats the purpose dont you think? if you do like buy 1000 gcash get 200 gcash for free then for those who specifically cant buy gcash, have it also be spend 1000 gcash and get 100 free. then it can scale from there. you dont need stars. its just an extra barrier people have to pay extra for and it leaves a really shitty taste in my mouth about it. especially because theyre SO EXPENSIVE. Stars are just a way to reward people for purchasing GCash/pledges. A simple way to think of it is the Tier System reinvented (it's including purchasing and spending at the same time). Purchase > Earn Points > Redeem Points for free rewards. Tiers over the years have acted the same way, a limited time offer for free things when you make X amount of purchases. With this new program, we can have items be in there longer so you don't constantly have a 1-4 day pressure to obtain the item. Some will have shorter durations, but for the most part, the things within the store have been a longer duration than your usual tier. Airlines definitely have flash sales where you can redeem your points for; I have definitely jumped the gun with a couple flights sweatdrop it amy Purrstel Star rewards/Features- I was wondering, is there anyway to combine stars within your own accounts? For example this account and my other account I buy GC on depending on which one I renewed the Angel sub on at the time and now they both have stars just floating around that combined could help me get items but individually just go to waste. It's a real pain :c I can bring the idea up to the team, but we currently have no plans for combining stars, it amy Princess Kunzite ItemsCould we maybe see a recolor of Her Hymn sometime in the future? This is an older Umami, but it hasn't really seen much love since its debut. It's a rather beautiful item, and I'd love to see some recolors of it! It'd also be nice if it could maybe also get the "Umami Plus" treatment at some point; the rare version of it is EXTREMELY rare, and it'd be awesome if there was a chance of getting a few more out there in circulation. I would love to see more past Umami's get the Plus treatment for Angel Supporters! I can pass it along to the team.

May 21st, 2019: Lanzer Haji Demon Features: SpinamiQuestion- Spinami often has a lot of empty slots, many times its more empty than full, can we get those empty slots replaced with something like inks or charms? I would very much prefer it to be white ink. It feels like its mocking me when I land on an empty slot and it says- Fantastic catch Whoops the empty slots is due to a bug. It has happened to all threads that were promo'd as well. Not sure if this is a glitch or not but would like to know! Thanks.
