Please don't duplicate the questions listed below as the answers we have given are as complete as we can make them at this time. Can we opt out of announcements?The long and short answer to this one is: No. Announcements and staff notices are the best way we currently have to get info about events and sales out to you. While we may look at alternative communication methods in the future, right now we have no plans to change this system. The sales of announcements are how we keep this site up and running- so a big thank you to the Gaian's who read those and take advantage of the sales they offer! Why are there so many GCash items and are the prices going up?GCash is how we support this site. When a Gaian is generous enough to make a purchase from us- it helps everyone. Without these purchases we couldn't afford to keep this place free and fun for everyone. So, of course, we put a lot of priority on making sure we have quality items in our GCash stores for these Gaians to buy. It's not just an effort to make money, it's an effort to keep our community going. Just like any other store, we constantly strive to strike a balance with our pricing that is enticing to our customers but profitable to our company. Items in our store range from 99 cents to $80, so there should be something for everyone at every price point! Since the individuals who are members of Club Verge have contributed to Gaia by making purchases over $99, the perk was to be part of an exclusive group which honestly doesn't seem to be that exclusive. Prices are really high and other than being the only ones to purchase the items, I see no other perks. 1: What's the deal with Club Verge? I didn't see any announcement about it being given up on.
2: Regarding RIGs, will there ever be a time when one RIG will be pure human base and the other RIG will be pure Paw base? Like that one RIG you guys had with it containing a light and dark version, those 2 RIGs in one month. I believe this would be a great idea. Club Verge is still being updated monthly or bi-monthly! If you have any plans for it, I'm guessing you will be giving an extra year for everyone whose membership is about expire, correct? It only seems fair.
There really isn't anything exclusive about Club Verge. All your good items goes straight to the Cash Shop for all users. Currently we update Club Verge with a few premium items per month and continue to grant birthday crowns. However, we are happy to take suggestions from our valued club members as to what they'd like to see for Club Verge in the future! Princess Angelishia Your "premium" items are worth far less than cash shop items in resale value.
So there really isn't any point in buying it. I can just go to CS, buy an item, sell it, and buy like 10 of Verge items from MP or the exchange.
Another reason is that if the item is really good, you'll just move it to CS, how is that an exclusive then? Example: Flynn's Booty.
Also, you guys almost only make announcements for Cash Shop items.
I have not seen one Club Verge announcement since last year. Hi again, We generally do a guild announcement every time we release a new item in Club Verge. If you are not part of the guild, you won't see them. They only go out to Club Verge members. As a general rule we do not provide refunds for purchases. This is a pretty common policy amongst any site or game that uses virtual currency. I think it would be better for everyone if there was a warning ahead of time or keeping the tiers last the entire month that way no one is taken by surprise, especially if they had made a GC purchase right before the tier begins. It's unlikely, stores in the US pulled our cards because they were not a big seller. I think you might be able to find Gaia-branded cash cards in stores in Canada. Getting into Club Verge and Loyal's Bazaar is a pretty big deal.
But for some reason we don't get achievements for getting into either loyalty program.
And that is pretty silly.
After all spending 100$ a year to be in Verge and logging in almost every single day to get into the Bazaar, we deserve some kind of achievement to put in out collection for that...
My Question is...
Would you please give us an achievement for getting into either loyalty program and an achievement for getting into both programs at the same time? Good idea! If they are in fact considered donations than many should be able to take a tax claim for any year that they "donated"
Logically we are not getting anything, and we are not paying for a "service" because its already free. No, they are considered purchases!

There is no way I could spend $500 on Gaia by the end of the month. To advance in the tiers you have to buy items with gc. My question, is there anyway we could get credit for just buyin' the gc, and not havin' to spend it this month. Unfortunately, at this moment there is no way give credit for Gaia Cash purchases as the tiered spender program tracks based on spend.
