Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Between guzzling down his second bowl and beginning to stir and collect the noodles of the third, Shinji stopped long enough to listen to the shinobi who had yet to reveal his name. Strangely enough, he had either chosen not to answer the simple question, but everything else the young man said only served to reveal his identity further. Listening carefully to the man's explanation of Sand jutsu, Shinji looked on in interest as he explained the fact that only one person could control the sand by will and then demonstrated that very thing.
One would have thought that perhaps Shinji would show some surprise, or even a raised eyebrow to show his intrigue, but instead a wide grin suddenly grew on his face. Shinji's blood rushed a bit at the thought of fighting the one and only person in Sunagakure who could control sand via their will, but he contained his will to engage the young man in combat by assaulting him yet again and simply proceeded to eat the entirety of the noodles of the third bowl in seconds. Half way through the guzzling of the broth, Shinji's ears perked up to the man's comments on overheating himself and to wasting water.
Laughing to himself with a bit of a scoff, Shinji finished the third bowl and place it in the stack of ramen bowls he had already finished, taking a second to wipe the remnants of the meal from his lips with his sleeve. "It's only a waste of water if it's not put to good use. I acknowledge that water is a valuable resource, but no one is more aware of that then someone who has to take more of it then most people. It is simply a quirk of my bloodline that demands that I take in so much more food and water then the average person. I assure you though... it does not go to waste."
Shinji's overbearing confidence was coming through a bit in the statement, but he hardly noticed it as he went on to begin stirring and gathering the noodles of his final bowl. Before he ate them however, he made one final comment in answering the man's most recent comment. "And don't worry too much about me overheating myself... it's more or less impossible for the contents of my stomach to manifest it's heat to the surface of my skin. And beyond that, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone more resistant to weather extremes then myself."[Chakra Reserves: 36 / ∞] [Stamina : 67/85]

Aoshi SarutobiGenin ///Sunagakure ///----- |||Sarutobi's Legacy ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Aoishi after a bit of window shopping, decided he might stop by the ramen shop to 'refill his gas'. After the training he did, though it didn't dent his chakra too much, he didn't want to strain himself. Even has a native of Suna, to push himself too far in this heat can make training a bit lethal. Especially if he was training in Taijutsu, which would naturally raise up his body head in addition to the body heat he was already having pushed up due to the unforgiving sun above. Which he thankfully was getting out of, as he entered into the Ramen shop that had... lost it's previous glory. Years before, when his father was actively fighting as a Jounin, this place was in it's glory day. s**c-and-span! Everyone wished to dine there! But, maybe due to the lowering economy, the chain of economics seemed to hit this place rather hard. Yet even so, Aoishi couldn't help but to think that maybe the Genin of his village were slacking. He was pretty sure there was a mission involving a person being on clean-up duty and if this was their job of cleaning up, then he is appalled to call them his peer. Shaking his head, Aoishi made his way to the end of the bar, opposite to the two shinobi already there.
Taking a half curious look over, he noticed or rather only recognized one shinobi. The impatient 'teacher' from earlier. Or he wasn't really impatient, just he didn't take to people wasting his time or taking too long very well. Which... was understandable. He seemed like a person in a position to rather not need to waste his time on wasteful things. Aoishi hoped that one day, he too can benefit Suna in a manner by holding a position like that or at the very least, holding a position like his father in the ways of tactics. Speaking of which, Aoishi pulled out a scroll, after ordering a slightly big meal of Steak over sticky rice, and green mint tea unsweetened. Too much sugar will cloud a mind... or at least that is what his parents bash into him.
As he waited for his order, Aoishi pulled out a blank scroll and would begin to draw out the country of the Wind, to the best of his ability, and would begin to draw 'X' on what he felt were pivital points of the Wind country based on the geography of the area.

Setting down his now empty bowl, David couldn't help his lips quirking into a slight smile at Shinji's reaction. It was a completely different topic than at the chuunin exams, but the reaction was the same. It was an interesting note on the boy's body though. He had to wonder, did his body compensate for the damage it took more than a normal person's? Or did Shinji just not notice the damage he was taking and thus believe it to be so?
Before he could say anything, or get any further in his thoughts, one of the genin he'd run into earlier entered the shop and ordered himself a meal. His own meal complete, and Shinji's sure to follow in the next few seconds, David decided it was time to move on. His personal interest in Shinji aside, he did have official business to take care of. Standing up, he turned around and exited the stand, quite obviously not paying, nor intending to. Besides the rather fun benefit of being a kage being that he didn't have to pay for meals unless he really wanted to, the place owed far more on their taxes than their meal amounted to, so he may as well pay the village instead.
Once out in the street, David waited only a few moments, long enough for Shinji to catch up with him, before walking down the street towards the tower in the center of the village. He would do the official business in the official location, much as he'd rather use his hole in the ground.

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Shinji had expected some kind of follow-up question to his statements regarding his physiology, but instead received nothing but a watchful eye and a bit of a smirk. The smirk kept making Shinji think that perhaps this man knew more then he did or was holding something back from him, which would match the sneaking suspicion Shinji had that he knew the man, but he brushed it aside. The man's identity would be revealed at some point and until then, Shinji had to continue with the at times 'silent' interview process.
For a second, as he remembered he was being interviewed, the fact that he had punched the man to no effect without provocation suddenly worried him. But the feeling quickly left his mind as he realized that if the man had wanted to deny him entrance then, he'd already be outside the village walls. Still, Shinji would have to hold off on his hunger for battle for the time being and act more appropriately... but he still allowed a small piece of his mind to hold out for the hope of a 'combat trial'. With the foreign shinobi saying nothing else, Shinji finished his last ramen bowl just about the time another customer came to the shack. Then, almost on cue, his escort left the stand without dropping even a tip on the counter top and began to walk towards what Shinji assumed was their next destination in their 'interview'.
Not knowing whether or not he should pay for himself or not, Shinji looked to the waitress who was collecting the bowls with a questioning and confused glance, wondering if perhaps she would say something. When she noticed this however, she waved him away which earned her a smile from Shinji before he rushed off to catch up with his escort, following him quietly through the windy streets, not bothering to shield himself from the wind as it whipped up, delivering a blast of heat and sand particles into his face. {{Exit to Kazekage Tower}} [Chakra Reserves: 36 / ∞] [Stamina : 84/85]

Raphael stood in the ramen shop looking around and sighing. Since that David child had taken over, things had fallen into disrepair. The village was much stronger and prouder of themselves now that the weak woman was out of office, but that Jade woman between the two was an amazing Kazekage. Weird how they had gone through three kazekages in so short a time. " I'd like a bowl of ramen please, pork flavored. " Raphael said, sitting at the grungy counter.
Once Raphael was served he quickly ate it, surprised about the taste and the lack of sediment in the broth. ' Well, at least they clean their bowls and utensils well. ' He sighed. He had just received his genin rank, along with his military pins as was requested and commissioned by his father. Why his family was so militant, Raphael never quite knew. He knew that it had something to do with how Sunagakure was originally, but he wasn't sure just quite if it was that militant. ' I guess that every village has people who are militant nuts like my family. Maybe if I play along, I'll get to know more truth of this world. I hate not knowing things. ' He said smiling and crossing his fingers and laying his head on the edge of them. ' I wonder how long it'll take me to become an ANBU, or a high enough ranking member to learn more of the inner workings of Suna... Then I can work on learning all of our secrets, then move on to the next village. I hope I don't die in the process, that would make things a tad bit difficult. I might need to help a medical shinobi along with creating a revival technique. Preferably a kunoichi, I'd much rather have one of them care enough to revive me, rather than a male. ' He thought, laughing lightly. Raphael knew that in this world someone like him had a large chance to die. After all, he was now a ninja, and they had to put themselves in harms way. Hopefully he'd be able to learn a trick or two to keep himself from obtaining bodily harm.

Raphael stood and sighed, placing some money on the counter. " I'll be back should this establishment ever return to it's former glory. " He said smiling his smirk. His family was known to be filled with militant nuts, but Raphael had a different air about him. He seemed extremely militant just by looking at him, wearing a military officer's clothing, complete even with the military saber. His clothes seemed insanely hot, aside from the fact they were specifically made to be cooler than even ninja garb. His head was completely unprotected which was odd for someone living in a desert. His face was red from sand hitting it, although it had faded drastically since he had started sitting in the building. He had grown used to the slight sting of the sand hitting his face during harsh breezes. He couldn't stand in a sandstorm and be unhurt, but he could take the light gusts to the face. His eyelashes were longer than most, but that was simply due to hereditary, and that he never cut them, or crimped them so that they could easily block sand from getting to his eyes. His jacket was blue with a white outline. His saber held up by twin belts that had several pouches on them, none of which were currently used for anything more than ink vials, gold, and his brush. He'd need to buy some of these markers before too long, they seemed like they could be much more useful than a brush for quick drawing, however for more detailed depictions he'd have to revert back to the brush or use a different marker. ' Are there different sizes of marker? ' Raphael thought to himself smiling and laughing as he ran his hand through his white hair. His hair had always been white, even though it wasn't hereditary in his family. Raphael liked it more than if he had gotten the raven hair of his family, He loved being the odd one out. Being the odd one out allowed him to see his surroundings better, allowed him an objective view of nearly everything.
Raphael sighed and shook his head. Now wasn't the time to become philosophical, now was the time to do some missions, and maybe learn some seals. He already had most of the theory behind seals of his level, and he was excited to test seals of higher levels. He had heard of seals capable of so many things. He couldn't wait to test some of them out. Raphael turned quickly and began to walk toward the library. ( exit )

Zeero SarutobiGenin ///Sunagakure ///----- |||Sarutobi's Legacy - Demios ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As the coolness of the night swept through the village of Suna, Zeero took his time getting to the ramen shop. Taking his sweet time to relax for a moment, before restoring the nutrients he lost, and then preparing for a mission. He felt he was ready, and in fact believed he was ready, but that didn't stop him from recounting everything he has done up to this point to ensure that he is indeed ready. His first mission... He assumed he'd be alone since he hasn't been assigned a squad or a sensei. But that is fine with him. After all, Assassin's work best alone or with other Assassins.
Flipping the tarp over that blocks the majority of the sand over, Zeero approached the bar and ordered seafood ramen with extra fish. He wanted to eat big tonight, so that in the morning, he can get straight to business.

Zeero SarutobiGenin ///Sunagakure ///----- |||Sarutobi's Legacy - Demios ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When the large bowl was presented with some herbal tea, Zeero began to drink and eat slowly. Mind constantly going on ideas, methods, and ways he was going to make the competition of the mission. He evaluated his techniques to see if they were indeed enough for him to accomplish. They seemed that way but he wouldn't become too cocky with himself just yet. His power, until he makes a full name for himself, is not nearly where it should and needs to be. After completing his food, he paid the sum and departed back into the night sands. To rest himself, then head off to tackle on a mission. [ Exit ]

Jishaku's next stop was the ramen shop. Although it was indeed still open with a few customers, he came through the back. His sight was vast enough that he didn't need to go in front of the ramen shop to actually see what was under it. Dipping through adjacent alleyways behind the shop to case the whole street, Jishaku took thorough notes on the catacombs below. He noticed like the last place there were quite a few tunnels that seemed to just end. "Is it a diversion tactic, or did they just not finish the catacombs?" He wasn't sure he could be positive that this was a consistent attribute of the tunnels, after all he'd only been through a tiny portion of the village. Keeping that in mind, Jishaku ducked into an alley as he felt the footsteps of perhaps the ramen shop workers throwing the trash out behind the building in order to case the next area.
EXIT.

Ah, the old ramen shop. Once a popular place to go to eat, serving hot wet noodles in the hot dry desert. Too many hot things though, and the excessive cost of making a soup drove the shop's prices up, and their customers away, until they had none at all. And now, having suffered from disrepair already, the shop simply blew away in the wind from the blast that took out the tower, leaving bits and pieces all over the place. It's certainly not being rebuilt, they just don't have the money or support to afford it, but it does need to be cleaned up.
Rubble Cleanup Mission Rank: E Information: The ramen shop and surrounding areas have been absolutely destroyed. It's not being rebuilt, but someone needs to clear the mess out of there. How-To-Do: Four posts clearing up the ramen shop area. Note: Don't bother rebuilding.

Kakinomoto ReikoSpeed Shinobi/Combo User | Sunagakure | Genin The wind gusted up suddenly as Reiko walked up to the former plot of land that was owned by the ramen shop, and as luck would have it she happened to breathing in. Sand invaded her lungs and sent her into a coughing fit until she could recover to survey the amount of work it would require to clean up the stall. Despite how miserable it was to eat hot food in a naturally hot climate, sometimes she enjoyed treating herself to the food her when she had the money for it. It was kind of sad to seen the place reduced to scattered debris, not necessarily destroy, but blown away by the shock wave from the tower. The only things that seemed to be missing among what she could see were the cookware that were used to prepare the noodles. Made sense, since those could still fetch a fair price, or be used at home.
With a sigh the kunoichi took a quick drink from her water bottle before getting to work. To make things look less messy and complicated, she focused on walking around and collecting the small items first, tossing them into a wheelbarrow. Reiko made a special effort to avoid most of the larger items, either because of surface area or weight, because she was sure that someone else would come along and do that for her. In the worst case scenario though, she was sure that she was capable of cleaning all of this stuff up on her own.

Axel arrived on to the lot where the ramen should used to be a few minutes after the other girl, Reiko, got there. In one day Axel had seen a few genin which he had never even met, all working on the same thing, without saying a word to one another. It was sad to say the least, but he wasn't making much of an effort to change the way the things were working around, even though it was work that would be done much easier if they worked as a team, he knew he wouldn't have much to offer to the team in the first place so he would save himself the possible shame of being useless and just let things work as functional as possible without being practical, though if someone offered to work in groups, he would find himself in the uncomfortable position to have to say yes, just out of courtesy. The genin shook his head slowly, scattering his thoughts, using his eyes to scan the area, ever so often setting his eyes on the other genin on the area, specially that other girl, to which he just smiled lightly but let his mind trail off somewhere else, the actual destruction of the ramen shop.
He couldn't lie to himself. Even though the village had been partially destroyed and he was pretty down about it, this was the only area that he didn't care much if it was destroyed or not. He was never fond of the Ramen Shop. Axel thought it was overrated and that the food was subpar to the other joints in Sunagakure; subpar at best that is. With a quick flick of the head, Axel's pony tail landed over his shoulder as he began to walk, slowly, toward some rubble, mainly tile and such other materials that where scattered around the edge of the area. " Maybe we should put this in a corner so that well the actual clean up crew can just come and pick it up from there." He said out loud, as a proposal to the others that may have been around, though regardless of that the others would chose to do, that would be his course of action, grabbing stray tiles, any glass, small to medium sized rocks, things that in the end wouldn't strain him too much thanks to the weights and stack them up neatly in a rubble mount, placing the larger items down bellow, followed by the not so large ones such as the tiles and metal rods, destroyed circuitry, ect.

 Tenrousei Enro || Genin || Field- Medic|| Yohei||
His arrival would be startling in the sense that a man of such size normally didn't make so little noise. In his own unintentional but no less menacing way, Enro made his way towards the first person he saw, a red-haired youth moving modest sized debri around. It was clear the task would be completed quickly but not quickly enough for his liking. He approached the red-haired boy at a rapid pace and his shadow completely enveloped the young man.
"This task will be completed soon but there is a more pressing task that needs to be attended to. I need one or two volunteers,"
His voice was incredibly deep and resonant yet not loud or imposing. It felt strong but there was nothing openly threatening in it. Though there was no question it was clear Enro expected a response from the boy and anyone around who would have heard. Consider the relatively small size of the area that would be most of the people around.

Kakinomoto ReikoSpeed Shinobi/Combo User | Sunagakure | Genin Most of the small-time work was easily eaten up by other helpers as they began to arrive. This left her to the task with helping out lifting the larger objects and situating them into neat piles, or that seemed to be what everyone else was doing. She hadn't been thinking about the task and had instead just been throwing everything in the wheelbarrow she was using, but that seemed to be gone now. Looking around, she spotted someone else moving toward the pile and dumping all of the collected scrap. While tossing a chair that she'd find near one of the standing buildings, she noticed the tall man from earlier approach the red haired boy with weights on him.
Reiko's ears perked as he spoke, compensating for the distance between them. "Well, tall, dark, and scary, it'd be completed even faster if you helped out too. Once we're done here, though, I'd be happy to volunteer for your 'pressing task.'"

Axel set his eyes on the man from earlier in the library, he never had a chance to thank him for trying to help him, though it wasn't a surprise that the kazekage scared the tall man off. Odd, for a man of such height to be scared by such a small person like the current Kazekage. He would let his mind stray back on to the building for a moment and he would bend over to grab more metal beams that where set around, scattered around Axel and Enro, setting them on to the pile where he had been setting his payload. " Well, since I'm done with my area as you can see so lead the way sir " Axel spoke, gesturing with his arms, showing the area around him clear of rubble. " And thank you for at least taking note of what was going on at the library site earlier, even though you couldn't do anything in the end, it's the thought that counts." The slim shinobi said to the much taller, and darker man, thanking him for what could have been a gesture of kindness, giving him the benefit of the doubt.
