@Panthers: Well, try and define the intensity more 'kay? That way, it's a bit more understandable to be able to tell how intense the flames are.
@Zetsubou: sweatdrop don't mind me haha, I had a feeling it was correct anyway but I was too lazy to just go check the chart for chakra cost hahahaha. And they don't have a SPECIFIC charg persay, but the descriptions basically give you an idea of how strong the lightning is. If some of them seem too vague, let me know. no, for their main purpose they aren't vauge, but at for being channeled through something and basically being an ultimate electric fence, thy don't say anything about how powerful they are when channeled. ;p

Name of weapon: Amaterasu or 'Shining Heaven' Who owns the weapon: Zin Naga Users class: Taijutsu/Battojutsu Where it was found/Who made it: It was given to Zin during the training with the mysterious man. He gave this blade to Zin in replacement for the rusty chinese straight sword that the young boy broke during training. It was later found that the mysterious man was Zin's grandfather Zukia Tojiro. He noticed that Zin's fight,though with an upgraded blade that can blind enemies wasn't enough. Seeing as anything can rather blind enemies but the blade needed more bite. In which,he added white flames to the power of Amaterasu. This,when Zin get's strong enough,he'll be able to wield the weapon at a new level. This is not like the Uchiha's Amaterasu. The flames DO NOT last forever. The technique simply is flames that scorch the flesh with intense heat and produce deeper cuts.The Range of the weapon: Close range. Weakness: It takes alot of chakra to use this weapon's powers in addition to using Battojutsu. But it only truly takes chakra away when he activates it's blinding technique and 'vanishing' blade. The blade also cannot flash an opponent if there is not enough,or is no light within the area.
*Also,for the lower methods of blinding the opponent,the opponent will have to be looking in the general direction of the user.
-Another thing is,if the blade is wettened,Amaterasu's flames cannot ignite. Though,as the battle progresses and it dries up,it will be able to ignite once more. (10 posts of down period.)Description: Amaterasu means "shining heaven, or shining over heaven". The blade was made with a particular metal that reflect light overly well. It makes the blade look practically white when hit against the light.When chakra is pushed into it,this blade with magnify the reflection of light ability and with a small tilt of the blade and blind the open for a brief second. Pushing a constant stream of chakra into the blade will awaken the true power of Amaterasu. This blade will make a flash in the area,blinding the opponent only if they are looking directly at Zin. This will give Zin 5 seconds to attack his opponent. Now that Zukia activated Zin's blade to the fullest. The child can ignite the flames that haunt his heart and make other's feel his pain. The addition is ranked by this(He can only unlock it by chakra level and by the rank identified.):
*Genin:Orange Flames. (Regular Fire power)
*Chuunin:Red Flames
*Jounin:Blue Flames
*Sanin:White Flames- Amaterasu's True power.
Note:The flames are not long lasting. They are not like a flamethrower of torch. The flames are like a momentary ignition. Meaning,Zin would only release the power of the blade upon contact. It is not,in any way or fashion,a continuously flaming sword. It's only upon contact that it ignites. As said before,the blade does not continuously burn. It burns once upon contact;in which the flames will cook the flesh for a couple of moments but it is in no way the same as the Uchiha's Black Flamed Amaterasu.
*Lastly,is anyone other than Naga Clan cannot hold the hilt nor the sheath of the blade. Meaning no one other than Zin,and any other clan member can wield Amataresu without having their hand being severly burned by white flames. This sword is dedicated to the pride of the Naga Clan.

Description of Power: At this level of fire,the flames will only scourch the epidermis,or the outer layer of skin. This may,will not deepen the cut but it will make blisters upon the skin making skin sensitive. It may also cause some sort of swelling that would weaken muscles from being of us.
*Chuunin:Red Flames
Description of Power: At this level of heat,there will be burns to the dermis,or the outer and underlying skin.(This is if the blade gets near the skin but not making a true cut.) At this level the flames will involve a increase in cutting. Upon direct cut of his blade,it will add an extra half inch into the cut itself. The cut,will also make the pain increase tremendously. Since the cut has punctured the skin,the burns will follow suit. This will bloat the skin or swell it,which will make the muscles harder to constrict as well as open the wound for infection.
*Jounin:Blue Flames
Description:This flame is the most dangerous underneath Amaterasu's blade power. The flames make the skin charred,black,and severly damage tissue's. Like before,if the heat gets close enough to the skin but not truely cut it,the flames will severly charr the skin. But,since the flames are of such a high degree,it will cut much deeper.This cut will make a full inch of cutting depth into the corpse or muscle. With the addition the flames digging into the flesh,the flames will eat up the flesh and a portion of the muscle. If a direct his is made,it could rupture the tendons and stop the muscle from working until medical treatment is made.
*Sanin:White Flames- Amaterasu's True power.
Description:This is the highest flame. The blade will be like lava or like lazer. Unlike the other,this flame can cut through non-custom weapons as well slice through most objects if they are not chakra oriented. As one would think,getting hit with this blade will cut limbs off with light ease. Two full,direct,hits will cut a limb off. As well as if the blade gets closer to the skin,it would invoke extreme burns. It will nearly be a fabled fourth degree burn if it comes in contact with the skin but doesn't cut.

Merged Sword Form
Name of weapon: RaiBlade & SuiBlade, merged form is called RaiSui.
Who owns the weapon: Ray Hakate
Where it was found/Who made it: Ray's parents created them. His father created the lightning based blade while his mother created the water based one.
The Range of the weapon: 5 Feet each sword including merged form.
Weakness: Takes D-Rank chakra amount to Enable abilities per sword. Other then that they both are basic swords that merge into one. When combined it costs C-rank chakra amount to Enable abilities. If Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training) is not learned before hand, the merged blade and RaiBlade will knock out the holder.
Description:
Weapon: RaiBlade
Abilities: The RaiBlade is able to conduct lightning based jutsus through it, this gives the blade more of a kick when fighting and also allows the able to aim his lightning jutsus better.
The user must know Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training) to conduct the electricity through the blade.
The RaiBlade combines with SuiBlade too create RaiSui. This costs E-Rank Chakra to do.

Name of Jutsu: Raiton: Raikou Jishaku Blade no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet Blade)

Description: This jutsu is a recreation of Raiton: Raikou Jishaku no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet). The user creates electrical force around the blade that attracts metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the electrical force. This can be dangerous for both parties.

Range of Jutsu: N/A
Jutsu's Element: Suiton
Description: This is a enhanced and focused version of Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation), which means Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) is required in order to learn this.
This involves Re-learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. By learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the user wraps a layer of water around the blade and can use water techniques from the water on the sword without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
The Water dose nothing for the sword while on it unless a jutsu states otherwise.

Due to how this blade was designed and the use of both lightning and water jutsus, when in this form the user is able to use 2 jutsus at a time.

If the user is not of a ninja type that allows the use of 2 jutsus per post, the user must pay a additional 1 chakra point per combination per rank of jutsus.
Combination's from this ability must be of same rank.
E-Rank Combination's: User must pay a additional 1 charka point(s) per combination.
D-Rank Combination's: User must pay a additional 2 charka point(s) per combination.
C-Rank Combination's: User must pay a additional 3 charka point(s) per combination.
B-Rank Combination's: User must pay a additional 4 charka point(s) per combination.
A-Rank Combination's: User must pay a additional 5 charka point(s) per combination.
S-Rank Combination's: User must pay a additional 6 charka point(s) per combination.
Both jutsus still cost the same and both must be pay'd to use.
Example: The user uses a E-Rank Suiton and a E-Rank Raiton jutsu. After paying the costs for each jutsu, the use must pay a additional 1 chakra point cause of the jutsus being E-Rank.

Well generally teh descriptions of each jutsu list the affect each raiton gives. Some paralyze, some burn, etc. Just read the descriptions for them, but if something seems unclear about any of them, just PM me about it and I'll help you tailor it to fit your wired senbon 3nodding

Name of weapon: Kamikiri (Paper cutter)
Who owns the weapon: Kamiko Oichi
Where it was found/Who made it: When Kamiko was only a child her mother gave her a legendary blade called "Kamikiri" which was passed down from generation to generation. Not much is known about this paper sword except for the fact it has been in the Oichi family for over 100 years.
Weapon class: Katana/Whip
The Range of the weapon: Close - Mid
Weakness: Katon and Raiton attacks seem to be able to inflict damage upon the sword causing burns, which worsen if prolonged. If the sword sustains too many burns it becomes useless, but can be revived through pouring high amounts of chakra into it and using its ability to create paper. The sword requires constant chakra once it is used in combat.
Description: Kamikiri is an odd blade. Created from a special carbon fiber paper this sword has high resistance to Doton and Suiton element attacks. The sword takes the appearance of a hilt, once the owner will's chakra into Kamikiri and activate its paper making ability the sword will form it's blade, or take the form of a whip. The user can easily will its change at any time. By applying chakra the sword can alter its sharpness and density, at higher levels it can reach the density of steel, however the sword at base level is still stronger then the standard ninja weapons. However as a defensive mechanism, if anyone but the owner were to pick up the sword, it would deactivate into its hilt form and paper spike would emerge from the hilt to stab the foreign body.
(Paper Creation)
Kamikiri is known for one ability, and one ability alone. The power to create paper by pouring their chakra into the sword. When the owner empowers Kamikiri with their chakra the sword can transform into its true form, a beautiful white katana made of paper. Or alter it slightly into the form of a paper whip with dangerous paper spikes covering it. When Kamikiri is given chakra it can create paper for the user to manipulate, depending on the amount of chakra and the users current stage of the bloodline, the owner can create normal paper, bomb tags and even paper me shay at advance levels. The paper generated from this sword does not vanish after the use of the sword has stopped, there for even if the user stops using the blade they can still control the paper it created.
Chakra Costs: Listed below is the chakra required for the swords ability's.
Normal Paper: 5 Chakra point = 25 Pieces
Bomb Tags: 5 Chakra point = 5 Pieces
Sword Activation: 2 Chakra Point
Sword Transformation: 2 Chakra Point (Used every time sword switches between its modes)
Jutsu: The legendary blade known as Kamikiri has distinct Jutsu it allows the user of the sword to wield in combat. They are listed below.
Kami Bunshin no Jutsu (Paper Clone Technique)
Rank: Academy
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a solid clone made from a piece of paper. The clone can take small damage but a solid hit would destroy it. The clone also has access to basic ninjutsu from the owners kekki genkai.
Kibaku Kami Bunshin no Jutsu (Exploding Paper Clone Technique)
Rank: Genin
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a solid clone made from a piece of paper, however unlike the other jutsu this clone is made from a bomb tag. The clone can take small damage but a solid hit would destroy it. The clone also has access to basic ninjutsu from the owners kekki genkai. When the clone is defeated or at the user's pleasure, he or she can detonate the clone to cause a large explosion.
Rp Sample: As Kamiko watched the foreign ninja drew his katana, she equipped the small hilt of Kamikiri from her belt. "I will show you the true power of art, and her beauty," she said plainly. Kamiko charged chakra into Kamikiri and watched as the hilt began to grow, as paper sprouted from it and folded, and bent into the correct shape and form as to replicate a katana made of paper. "Behold in all of its glory, the legendary cursed blade. Kamikiri, the paper cutter." The foreign ninja eyed the blade before laughing, "Do you think me a fool as to be afraid of a little paper sword? Get real," he said as he lunged from the tree above and pounced on her. His sword swinging down high, she blocked his attack with her sword before the two engaged in a flurry of movement and quick strikes as they took turns attacking and blocking. Seeing a gap in his defense Kamiko blocked the man's attack before launching her own, as he blocked with his sword she rammed his chest with her elbow and knocked him back slightly. Taking this opportunity, she quickly jumped back and charged more chakra into the blade.
"You see, by infusing chakra into my blade depending on my level I can increase the sharpness and density of my blade. Not only that, but I can also change its appearance." As Kamiko continued to feed chakra into Kamikiri the sword started to grow and gain length but it seemed to shrink on it's depth until the sword was no longer. Once the paper stopped forming and bending it's shape. Kamikiri now took on the form of a long whip, with spikes sticking out of it. "Here I come," she said as she flexed the whip and lashed out at him, a loud snapping sound as the whip lashed through the air licking it. The whip made contact with the man's sword as he used it to shield himself, however Kamikiri sliced right through the blade and wrapped around him, constricting him. "Perish," she whispered as she tugged on the whip. The whip tightened before it was yanked back, slicing the poor man to pieces.

Name of weapon: Switch Axe; Deamon Bind
Who owns the weapon: Akura Bashirou
Where it was found/Who made it: In the hidden sand market place, was made by a wandering salesman
The Range of the weapon: short( blade mode)/med range( axe mode)
Weakness: Does not work on blade to blade combat while in axe mode, and is incredible susbebtive to wind jutsu while in blade mode.
Description: This weapon is basicly a fusion between a blade and an axe, it is and axe with a special chakra activated function to switch between one mode to the other. The weapon has two trade marks, while in axe mode it is called the swing frenzy; wich consists of varius inaccurate close/med range and can only be used every 4 posts by the user, while in sword mode it is an attack called the elemental discharge wich consists of eleven simultanious hits wich ends in a explotion of said elemetal phial wich will be explained bellow.
To change from Blade to Axe it takes 1 post to remove the phial and one post to change it to the other post, if it's from Axe to Blade you must do one post to switch between the modes, then another to add the phial ( when you are switching between them you can continue the post as normal but you cannot risk the weapon breaking if it's hit and if it's broke you have to post 10 times a 8 lined post of you fixing it once and if you return to the village alive.)
Paralysis Phial: Paralizes the afflicted area of the foe for 1 post, and has no cutting value, takes 3 posts to switch between this phial to any other phial
Element Phial: Is like an extention of any of the users chakra and the user can NOT switch it for a period of 5 posts
Poison Phial: Gives the enemy a small dose of poison whit each hit, the poison is not fatal but it attacks the lungs ( makes the enemy less capable of running away ) and the sence of sight for a period of 5 posts.
Rp Sample: ( Battle between Kay and Akura )
Akura entered the battle field whit his Switch Axe wrapped up behind him " So, Kay, looks like we'll both get our wish, we get the chance to whipe the floor with each other" Akura said as he reached for the wrapped up weapon, he grabbed it and gave it a gentle flick and all the bandages that were on the weapon got ripped to shreeds as Akura held his Axe looking weapon up toward Kay " That doen't scare me." The other boy said as he spread his hands as multiple bugs came out " Usual of you Aburame, always hiding behind you're crappy little bugs." He said as he Switched his Axe to a Blade ( this takes up 1 post ) and then took out a small yellow phial and put a little on the tip and he then put the phial away " Now then, aren't you going to attack" Akura said as he taunted him to move toward him so he could get within striking distance of his paralizing terror, " Yea right, like I'm going to fall for the same trick twice" Kay said as he jumped back while doing some seals "Parasetic Insects, Exploding Insects" He said as the insects that were around him turned into explosive bug clones and ran toward Akura, " Parasetic Insects; Insect Pillar" he then said as both the insect clone turned into a pillar that rushed toward Akura " Damn it." He said as he jumped to the side and escaped both the pillars which after they passed him exploded which gave him a burst of speed " Got'cha" Akura said as he slashed Kay nearly missing him due to Kay's quick thinking, but due to the small scrape Akura gave him, he got paralized. Akura then got out a brown phial and applied it to the tip as it got over the yellow liquid on the weapon, suddenly the weapon got rock solid. He then walked toward Kay " Elemental Discharge" he said as the weapon reacted to his chakra and started to do bursts of his elemental chakra which sent Kay flying out to the opposite direction, he then took out another phial and put it on the tip of his weapon " Whit this I'll end it" he said as he ran toward Kay " So, yellow means paralizis, brown means earth element, interesting, so that means poison, In that case, I give up" he said as he put his hands up and a man came down and picked him up...

 Name of weapon: Tsurugi Who owns the weapon: Kazua utsuchi Where it was found/Who made it: found at a stumbled upon shrine The Range of the weapon: close range Weakness: long range Description: as you can see from the picture this sword is four swords in one the user is able to use 6 different forms with the parts of the swords that are combined and taken out of the fully formed tsurugi when the user has charged the blade with thier elemental chakra they are able to use omnislash by using thier chakra to levitate the blade then by using either Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique) or shunshin (Body Flicker) and slashing their opponent with each of the blades six forms. genin 2 slashes = 6 chakra points 3 slashes = 7chakra points chunin 4 slashes = 7 chakra points 5 slashes = 8 chakra points jonin 6 slashes = 9 chakra points 7 slashes = 10 chakra points kage 8 to 15 slashes Rp Sample: as kazuma whatched his opponent draw his sword from the seal on his back " Let me show you true power " he said. Kazuma charged his blade with his fuuton chakra it began to glow dark blue. Then tsurugi split into four blades he then used Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique) with eachblade and attaced with each then combined the two longest blades and continued afterwards he combined each and striked then repeated this and finished at 15 slashes. kazuma was out of breath due to the amount of chakra used at one time.

Modified my previous request for use with my new RPC.
Name of weapon: Chakra Glaive
Who owns the weapon: David Greyson
Where it was found/Who made it: Buried in the sand of the dunes near a wrecked wagon. It was crafted by a typical blacksmith intended as a wagon axle, but somehow his metals got mixed up and he used chakra conducting material instead of steel.
The Range of the weapon: Melee range, about seven foot. Sometimes eight.
Weakness: Electric attacks could be channeled into the metal and affect the wielder if they aren’t careful. The pole is very heavy due to it’s material, and would give someone unable to compensate a very difficult time lifting it. If the pole becomes super heated one way or another, it would become very difficult, even impossible, to hold that portion of the pole.
Description: A six foot metal pole that looks suspiciously like a wagon axle. When chakra is put into it a blade forms at the end. The blade is about a foot long, making the total length seven feet. Another blade can be made at the other end, jumping the length to eight feet, but the range remains at seven. The ability to form this blade is not actually built into the pole, but is actually caused by a slot on the tip of the pole. Chakra flowing through the pole shoots out through the crack, forming the blade. The chakra used to form the blade is held in stasis, meaning it does not disperse, and when the blade is released, the chakra returns to the user.
Chakra used: Six points of chakra per blade. If the weapon is forcibly removed from the users hands while the blades are active, the chakra will hold it’s form for ten seconds, then dissipate harmlessly.

Name of weapon: Tenma Souzoubetsu Who owns the weapon: Jinsoku Fuzen Where it was found/Who made it: It was a family heirloom and he was given it as present on his ninth birthday. The Range of the weapon: Mid(retracted) Long Range(extended) Weakness: Once it expands it can only be swung five times before it has to retract. It takes about five seconds for it to retract as well. If the tip of the weapon is forcibly hit hard enough then it will auto-retract. Also if one of the metal rods that connects the blade is hit hard enough then the blade will snap and I have to use a lot of my chakra to fix it. It consists of several sharp metal rods, which are joined end-to-end by rings to form a flexible chain. The sword has a handle at one end and a steel tip, used for slashing or piercing an opponent. I can control the movement of the blade when it extends with my chakra. Tenma Souzoubetsu also packs an electric punch when I swing and jerk it very hard like a whip. If I don't swing it with enough force then it won't activate any electric powers. In addition, Tenma Souzoubetsu is a great conductor for electricity and can amplify some of my lightning attacks if I shoot from it like a cannon or beam. My sword can also pierce the ground and come up from another location if the ground is soft enough. I can use this weapon like a sword or like a whip depending on the battle situation. When fully extended Tenma Souzoubetsu extends fifty feet but it takes ten seconds for it to retract when fully extended. Rp Sample: The sun beam brightly down on lush grassland that was just outside the Cloud Village. Jinsoku was training with his favorite weapon, Tenma Souzoubetsu and he was hoping that maybe today he would master it. He swung the sword lightly, making it extend about ten feet and slash a nearby tree, cutting deep enough into it to nearly cut it in half. As the blades of Tenma Souzoubetsu swept through the tree, Jinsoku swung a bit harder and more upward, slicing a branch in half with the force of the blades. He had three more times to swing his sword before it retracted so he had to work on making it count. He poured some chakra into his weapon so that he could better control the direction of the blade and hit exactly where he wanted to. He aimed for an apple that was hanging off one of the tree branches. He focused intently and swung, cleanly cutting the apple in half horizontally. That was his third swing. Jinsoku decided to move the the sword with his chakra again and cut off exactly ten leaves from the top of the tree with almost perfect precision. Now was the time for his finisher, his last and final swing. Jinsoku jumped up and spun around fiercely, his sword swinging in the shape of a tornado around him. He let his chakra build up and swung as hard as he could as the base of the tree. Tenma Souzoubetsu's electric power activated as he nearly ripped the tree from its roots. Chunks of wood flew in many directions as he unleashed the devastating blow. Tenma Souzoubetsu retracted, a little bit slower then usual and as Jinsoku nodded at the dismantled tree he concluded his training.
