Can a rpc auto learn a custom taijutsu if it was developed by her/him?

If you read it, it clearly states that it's jounin or higher
And depends on the rank, if you are kage rank than yes you just auto learn it, but if you were lets say a genin, or chuunin, or even jounin, you need to learn it

Interest In Your Insides I still dont see where it tells me how many points of chakra it costs to turn it on and use each ability like Copying and breaking Genjutsu

We're not ignoring you Interest...we JUST found out your answer which is why he didn't reply.
One chakra point for every post you have sharingan activated, three for mangekyo. this also applies for Byakugan

gregar828 Yes. Why? Youton is an extra element. You can keep your current, and take Youton as well Once you learn them, yes Okay, cool. Well, I was thinking: 1.I learn the Youton element with the Yonbi helping me = 2 Chakra Elements [Which I did not want to happen.] 2.Have the Yonbi's chakra mix with mine = 1 Chakra Element So, I just wana clarify, I don't want to have Youton take up my slot as a second chakra element. So, if I learned it, and got up to Sannin rank or whatever~ I'd have 4 Chakra Elements Doton, Youton, Fuuton, Katon. Which I'm not 100% sure I can have.

If you want a character to be part of a clan, do you make the character first and then apply or apply for the clan and then make the character?

Evergreen Goblin If you want a character to be part of a clan, do you make the character first and then apply or apply for the clan and then make the character? I would get your bloodline/clan approved first. it makes thins so much easier. Interest: NO. there is no ninja type that allows you to use jutsu or chakra or anythin like that for nothing. By that logic, all tactical ninja could auto learn all the academy level ninjutsu. You can have the 4 elements since technically, Youton is the Yonbi's element, your just taking it from him. And you could also start our with fire and earth, but you wouldnt be as proficient with one (As in you cant learn all the genin level jutsu for that element at genin, while with the other one you can), and your third element would be at jounin.
