After passing through the length of the Forest Road, Kye finally came to the entrance of the vast, thick forests which surrounded Konoha. this was unfortunately not traversable without using ninja speed and techniques in any timely manner, which meant Kye had to, for a brief period anyway, drop her facade. Without showing nearly any effort, Kye jumped nearly fifteen feat into the air in a nearly supernatural leap, landing in the branches of a tree on the edge of the forest before disappearing in not much more then a blur through the trees, sprinting at full speed, which for her was insanely quick. The border of the forest would be reached in under an hour at this pace, a feat which was more then impressive in itself and something that not many individuals in the ninja world could duplicate on foot without the use of shunshin. Kye however never traveled using shunshin where there was even the slightest chance she would be seen. With the trees of the forest passing by her in a blur however, she would be at Konoha soon enough all without having to worry about who saw her and how she got there.

"I would exchange my life to assure that my country never sees war again."

Sev ran up behind silently, the mission was far too underway to not be paying attention. "Sensei..." He untied LT's katana from his waist and handed it to him. "Looks like a real bandit group, no shortcuts or half-@sses down there. Potential rogue shinobi too?" Sev pointed to the left where three ninja-like figures were sitting around what looked like a strategy table.

((It's about time I got this party started.))

Sev nodded, he didn't need his hand held going into this fight. "I'll go left, swing around to our 8 o'clock before summoning my swords." Without another word Sev took off, he remained hidden by the trees for as far as he could. The backs of the enemies were facing him, perfect. He smiled as he slid his summoning scroll out into his hands. The scroll opened and lightly rolled across some of the grass. The sound from his sword being drawn was faint, impossible to hear in the wind. Sev cut his thumb using his blade, just a shallow wound was all he needed.

One blade shot from the sky, skewering a bandit through his shoulder to his thigh. He cried out in pain, clutching the wound before collapsing into his buddy's arms... dead. Multiple swords began to rain down, wounding many more of the bandits. Another died, he had been stabbed through the leg before tripping and being impaled by another two blades. Mass panic and confusion began to consume the group.

Sev, already in combat with another bandit, tilted his head at the words. Enemy rogue ninjas? An old image of his former teammate flashed before Sev's eyes, causing anger to well up within him rapidly. He reached out with his left foot, grabbed a sword and swung it around to slice through his opponent's shoulder. The mas screamed only a moment before Sev pushed forward and crushed his jugular with his pommel. His rage poured forth, feeding his every move as he moved from target to target, slicing through each lethally. One lost both legs before he could blink, another was missing a third of his face before the first bandit hit the ground.

Sev's eyes began to look more like slits, the color also was turning a shade of red. His "whiskers were also growing more feral-like, expanding rapidly. The normally short and pure white hair was growing more ragged as the fighting continued. His anger was growing insensibly it seemed.

As LT finished up the bandits on the other side of the field a few moved in on his position, the last three. They moved differently, almost disciplined with their positions. Sev didn't bother to take a mental note during his current state, ripping off their heads is all he dared think about. He lunged forward, stepping up onto one of the many swords stuck in the ground. Sev ran atop the swords towards the enemies, kicking up swords into the air as he did. The bandits took several steps back, obviously wary of Sev's unorthodox attack style. Without failing their suspicion, Sev jumped into the air and grabbed two of the sword by the hilt. He promptly threw both and two of the three, who surprisingly didn't evade. They moved forward and grabbed the swords out of the air before weaving hand seals.

Sev grabbed the only other two swords in the air next to him, he tossed them directly below him. They ended right on top of each other, just like he had done in training. On the perch of his blades Sev let his world turn upside down. The two shinobi unleashed fireballs, Sev unleashed a bit of his demon. Faint red chakra could be seen boiling around him, the presence of evil was thick in the air that filled the battlefield.

The chakra accumulated around Sev's presense, the three shinobi took several steps back. They were afraid it seemed, not soon enough. Sev lunged downward, kicking out the blade beneath him. As he did, the blade spun rapidly into the gut of the man on his left... spilling his intestines in several directions. The ninja to his right jumped at him, swing his own blade at him. Sev, trusting of his own blade beyond the bandit's comprehension, grabbed the blade itself before headbutting the bandit. He took hold of three more nearby swords, lifted them all and impaled first the bandit's thigh. He screamed only a moment before Sev stabbed through his gut, then his right lung, and finally in one ear and out the other.

With a roar, the third shinobi ran at Sev, he swung wildly. He had lost a focus in the fight, he wasn't the only one. Sev lunged forward quickly, grabbing the enemy's sword and throat in one motion. He lifted him off the ground, spun the blade round and down. Sev quickly stabbed through both ankles before turning to face the blade upward. He set down the ninja, screaming in agony, before jumping on his shoulders... Blood poured everywhere, out every orifice in every direction. The blade and gone up through the groin, scrambled the intestines, punctured the stomach, severed the esophagus, breaking his spine, and finally exited through the back of his neck... paralyzing him entirely.

Sev took a deep breath to help himself calm down, they were all dead. His eyes dropped to the blood beneath his feet, he killed them. When LT's hand was on his should he felt a shock of reality hit him. "Huh? Oh... I kind of let myself go I think, wasn't really paying attention. Guess I was just really angry." His voice trailed off at the end. Sev unsummoned his swords before removing the head of the ninja leader. "Rest in peace." Was all he said before rolling it up in cloth and running after LT.
