Scared shitless to be exact. But she had promised Hei something, and she wasnt about to give up on her promise that easily. The gynoid's words burned and stung in every possible way, but she refused to allow them to effect her right now. She would not show weakness in front of this girl, no matter what the latter said to try and hurt her. Tsukiko was simply confused and angry, and looking for someone to blame. Mochi just happened to be the easiest person to blame at the moment. Taking what she hoped was a deep, calming breath, the woman stood straighter and took the onslaught of words from the other captain. She's a childish one isnt she? Odo's whisper helped Mochi slightly, though not in the way she thought it would. He was right. No matter how many times Tsukiko changed her appearance, she was still a young woman. And if she wanted to act as such by throwing tantrums, then Mochi was going to treat her like one.
The corner of her lip pulled up, revealing her disgust in Tsukiko's behavior and words. Elisa's voice came through to her, but it took a moment for her to correct her face. "I'm sorry Elisa-taicho, but I cant do that. I came here fully aware of what could happen to me, and I dont plan on backing out because she's having a temper tantrum." Though she had tried to keep her tone polite, a bit of venom dripped into her words. It angered her that Elisa thought it was up to her to be a mediator in this situation, but she quickly caught herself. She was doing exactly what Tsukiko was doing by blaming someone who was innocent. Taking another calming breath, she marched to the door, only slightly after Elisa had entered. She was glad there was a door and another captain between herself and Tsukiko.
"Look here Tsukiko," Mochi called to the door, her tone now completely different than a few minutes before. It was now cruel and sharp, giving away her whirling emotions, even if her body didnt at the moment. "I'm sick and tired of your s**t. I refuse to be disrespected in this manner." Though it was different from how she normally acted and talked to others, it was true. She really was sick of taking s**t from this girl. It was pointless to get blamed for every damn thing that went wrong in the girl's life, though she could somewhat understand where her reasoning was coming in at.
"Stop being a baby and be a woman! Do you really think Hei would enjoy seeing you act like this? Would he really? I dont care if you say he didnt love me anymore, and that he was back with Yuki. That doesnt matter right now. What matters is the fact that you're acting like a goddamn five year old! I know you were taught better." The last part of her speech was hissed out in anger, and held nothing but fire. She hoped like hell that these words would go through to the gynoid, and not act like more triggers for her. It was a fifty fifty at this point, but Mochi was still willing to risk it.
Giving the door another glare, Mochi turned on her heel and began walking away, but stopped a few feet away from it. "Decide what the ******** you're going to do, Tsukiko, because I sure as hell dont care anymore. You cant hold a grudge against an innocent person forever." Though the words had felt like acid when they came out, she now felt glad she had said them. Now she could get on with her life and not have the nagging feeling that she hadnt done her best to change the outcome of at least one thing. She only hoped that Yuki would be easier to talk to that Tsukiko had.
Only pausing long enough to thank Elisa for not forcing her out or anything, Mochi exited the Labs, using Shunpo to get out of the area as quickly as she could. Her reiatsu had flared in a burst of anger when she had stepped outside, but it quickly disappeared as she capped it off and got farther away from the Division 12 area.

555 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 Jūnibantai Taichō As she slammed the door behind her, Tsukiko found herself in a seat across the room. It must have been an unconscious movement on her part because she certainly didn't remember walking across the room. Mochi's words filtered through the air of the labs and they certainly entered the back room, especially now that the window was missing. By all rights, everything she had said should have been heard by the girl, unfortunately for Mochi, Tsukiko had apparently quite literally turned off her hearing just after entering the room. It was obvious by now she didn't want to be disturbed, or at least that was how she felt in the forefront of her mind.
There Elisia would find her, leaning back in a solid black chair, right next to the tabletop that ran along the wall that was adjacently right of the wall that Elisia was leaning on. She had her fingers pressed to the right side of her head, propping it up with her elbow. Her eyes were trained on a holographic screen right in front of her where binary was rapidly flying across it. Her lips were moving rapidly to match it, which suggested that she was reciting whatever it was that she was reading, yet no sound came from her at all. Tsukiko was an incredibly quirky girl and to best describe her main personality type, one might use the term "science otaku." When upset, one could often find her doing something scientific to soothe calm herself down. At this point she just seemed to be learning about dark matter, or at least that was what the binary suggested to anyone that could read it.
Just as she hadn't heard Mochi screaming at her, she hadn't heard Elisia enter and would not notice her presence for several minutes. When she was finally done, and seemingly calm down, her hearing was turned back on and the hologram in front of her collapsed on itself and vanished. Standing up, Tsukiko let out a low yawn and wiped a residual tear from her eye. Catching Elisia in her peripheral, she turned to her and smiled meekly. She staggered once then swiftly crossed the room, stopping just in front of her friend. Putting her left on the wall next to Elisia, she put the tips of her fingers under Elisia's chin. "Please..." She whispered softly, almost desperately. Nearly falling forward, her lips met Elisia's, an act she wouldn't consciously do to her without her permission. At this point, however, she was pretty out of it and conscious thought just wasn't going to happen. At least not in full effect; if she was lucky, maybe for a moment or two. For a brief second, her tongue found it's way inside Elisia's mouth, and then Tsukiko slipped to her knees, clutching Elisia's hakama and pressing her face into her stomach. "Please help me, I'm tired of hating her." And there it was. The emotionally detached and distant Tsukiko was, of her own free will, prostrating herself in front of her own friend, and begging for her help. It was easy to tell she was upset, there were many signs that she was visibly shaken. As if the tears staining Elisia's Shihakusho weren't enough, there was the fact that her hands were trembling as they tightened on her hakama.

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxCAPTAIN】 As Mochi walked towards her, Elisia was slightly surprised and winced a little. Even if Mochi had said that she needed to do something, Elisia had still been hoping that Mochi would be sensible enough to leave. This would be bad. However, she was torn between forcing Mochi to leave or letting Mochi stay, since it was Mochi’s decision after all. After glancing at Mochi worriedly for a few seconds, she gave up, merely staying motionless and watching everything as it unfolded. As Mochi started yelling and hissing in anger, Elisia flinched every few seconds at the choice of words and phrases that Mochi was using, but as Elisia glanced at Tsukiko, Tsukiko seemed to be barely even listening or even affected Mochi. Was it show or something else? This entire matter was confusing her and there had been surprises along the whole way, especially, the fact that Tsukiko’s mother had been Yuki. She slumped against the wall, unable to do anything at the moment. While she felt like telling Mochi to calm down a little bit, she had a feeling that the only way to get Mochi to reassume a composed state, would be to let Mochi continue. However, this was still not helping her own worries at all, since she just had another one added to her list – Tsukiko.
Elisia, when Mochi had thanked her for not forcing her out, blinked surprisedly, but managed to say quickly, “Oh, um, don’t worry about it,”. Whirling around a couple of seconds later, she was just late as Mochi had just left. Damn. She had been about to tell Mochi not to worry about anything and to calm down, but unfortunately, Mochi had left already. Sighing deeply, she looked at Tsukiko as Tsukiko smiled meekly. What? Had Tsukiko not heard what Mochi had been saying? Alright, this was going from slightly confusing to downright puzzling. She’d have to ask Tsukiko about that later. As Tsukiko’s fingers touched her chin, Elisia jolted slightly, completely and utterly out of it. Tsukiko seemed to be desperate for something, for anything. However, as Tsukiko’s lips touched hers, Elisia felt a tingle go up her entire body and she found herself suddenly unable to move as her body had frozen up. Alright, she had to admit, that was something that she had definitely not been expecting at all. Was Tsukiko alright? Tsukiko seemed to be not thinking very consciously and as Tsukiko slipped to her knees, Elisia was unable to do anything but stare and stare.
Tsukiko was tired of hating her? That was a new development – maybe Tsukiko’s emotions were overruling her mind. Allowing Tsukiko to stain her clothes with her tears, Elisia didn’t know exactly what to do, instead stroking Tsukiko’s hair like she had seen Yuki doing and whispering in a reassuring voice, “Shh, shh, it’ll be alright, Tsukiko, shh, shh.” Intently looking at Tsukiko, she put her two hands on Tsukiko’s trembling ones, attempting to stop her hands from trembling. “Tsu, I can’t help you not hate her, it’s up to you to do that. But maybe, just maybe, you should stop letting your emotions take control of you – it’s not entirely Mochi’s fault that your father died. If your father is looking over you now, he wouldn’t want you to be this way. He saved you, so that you could continue to live and prosper. Tsu, you can’t keep on living your life like this, he wouldn’t want that.” Well, she didn’t exactly how what Hei would have wanted but from his actions, she was simply putting her ideas together. Cracking a half-smile to cheer Tsukiko up a little, she whispered, “Anyway, you’d better go to sleep for a bit, Tsu, you seem a little tired.” However, Elisia didn’t move, instead waiting for Tsukiko to move first before moving.

824 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 Jūnibantai Taichō It appeared that once more her AI was evolving, due in part to the fact that she was experiencing emotions of love on a different level than those she held for Hei and Yuki. Those were strictly familial, standard love towards ones own parents, though she was still more attached to them than a normal child might be. That was to be expected in her case, however, due to the fact that just like her mother and father, she was jaded towards most of the outside world, but unlike Hei she was able to pursue relationships on any given level. Still, she had become to feel more attached to Elisia in some way, it was close to romantic, but far from lust, and her subconscious had acted upon this and made her kiss her friend. Of course, she was just a jumbled mess of emotions right now, and despite her ability to think logically in any given situation, sometimes the soul overrode the CPU and things like this happened. Then again, it may not just be her soul, but also her CPU thinking in this way as well. Elisia had turned out to be more than a friend in Tsukiko's eyes, and it was part of the reason she had been distant with this girl for a while. Tsukiko didn't fully understand romantic love with a man and certainly not with another woman as she had always assumed through watching Hei and Yuki that romance only existed between men and women. Being the childish six-year-old she was at heart, Tsukiko' moods changed very quickly. It was quite hindering, actually, since on all other levels she was more mature than most people, but once emotions got involved, she might switch in a fraction of a second and allow her temper to take over, as evident by her threat to kill Mochi.
Elisia's touch sent electricity through her body, and in the figurative sense, not the literal fact that electricity was prevalent throughout her body as a way to keep her functioning. Elisia stroking her hair had an instant calming effect, one that she had not been expecting, and her hands on Tsukiko's own only furthered that calm. An artificial breath seized in her chest cavity and she pulled her face from Elisia's stomach and held onto her hands, silently hoping the girl would come down to her knees as well. "I'm sorry..." She spoke with a dejected tone as she glanced to the right, possibly trying to avoid her friend's worried gaze as she began to apologize for the way she had acted. "All of this... must be very confusing to you and I'm sorry for involving you. Don't think bad of me, please, but I can't help but feel that that girl is somehow responsible for Hei's death, at least by extension. It's very frustrating for me in the end, because all my life I've only ever known my mother and father to be with one another and no one else. I know that's not saying much because I'm a little six-year-old brat who is trying to grow up too fast." Stopping, she let out a weak laugh as she referred to her new body that gave her an older appearance. Gently she squeezed Elisia's hands, a subconscious action derived from the desire to not be parted from this girl that she had a newfound attraction towards.
Of course, she couldn't possibly tell her how she felt, so she plowed on through her apology and justification of herself. "But still, this girl shows up, and whisks daddy away from mommy and the next thing you know, daddy's trying to prove himself by defeating the boy who reduced my mother to a sick little girl because she wasn't fully right in the head. And then it inevitably leads to daddy's death, and was it all because of something stupid like proving worth? I know daddy is reckless, but all I can do is blame her; it's out of my control, isn't it? I mean... what could I possibly do about daddy's love life? I couldn't intrude on it. I'm just his daughter, I'm not... I don't have that right, you know? I could only watch from afar and hope something changed, and it did and I felt relieved, but I still resent her so much for the initially toying with the foundation of my parent's relationship. Elisia... I know they aren't married, and I know they are siblings, but it's still very strong love and she ended up trying to break that apart. It hurts so much and it will not go away, not even when I think about Hei, who might be watching." Falling silent, she cast her gaze onto the ground, though though her eyes were transfixed on Elisia's legs for the moment. For now, the girl just prepared for a tongue-lashing, or some sort of speech about how stupid she was being.

Jūbantai-Taicho l Entrance from the office of the Gobantai-Taicho l
Eriko had been struggling with her nerve during the whole walk over to the Junibantai Laboratory. Was she doing the right thing? Did this even make sense? What would Tsukiko even be able to do for her at a time like this? The Taicho stopped dead in her tracks, causing a few passers-by to glance at her momentarily and she steeled herself again. She wanted to get better somehow before she took on the task of learning Cho's Bankai. The spirit had come out ever so often during the stroll to voice her own opinions about her Mistress' present course of action as well as the reasons behind it. They agreed to disagree and so, Eriko pushed herself forward to wear the official entrance was and found it ajar. Maybe Tsukiko was working on something or some other odd reason that the usually locked door would be open to the prying public.
"Tsukiko-Taicho," called Eriko into the spacious room that was covered in scientific paraphenalia as she stepped through it cautiously. There was horribly disfigured table to the side and this struck a new thought in the young girl's head. What if this was a bad time as in Tsukiko was in a vile mood? She explored some more, careful not to touch anything as the shattered window and the heap of glass pieces were not helping her clarity of mind at the moment? What had happened here? She kept going and heard mumblings coming through the window space, an almost desperate sound. "Tsukiko, are you in there?" Keeping true to her desire not to come into contact with any object unnecessarily, Eriko had shouted this question through the window and stepped a few feet back in case that the door banged open too suddenly. "I was wondering if you could help me with something, please."

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxCAPTAIN】 Elisia stared at the silent girl before her, whose gaze was now focused on the ground. She couldn’t understand the welling up of feelings inside herself – the desire to protect Tsukiko, who had somehow become much more fragile in the short while she had spent with her. For some reason, there was a feeling of wanting to shield this girl from harm and anything else. Shaking her head slightly, she pinned it down for the meantime as either a motherly or sisterly complex that had somehow not shown itself before now. However, she couldn’t shake off the feeling that it might be something more. No, she was simply going mad at this moment in this, feeling slightly confused and unsure of herself around a girl that she had, a short while ago, treated more like a friend than anything else. It was becoming less of a friendship by the second and more of something else. The something else, she had not managed to figure out for herself yet and it was slipping through her grasp as she tried so hard to work it out. Butterflies had sprung up inside her stomach and she found herself suddenly unable to articulate the words properly.
Slowly pulling herself down to her knees, she put her fingers under Tsukiko’s chin, attempting to meet Tsukiko’s eyes with a level gaze. She didn’t know exactly how she would be able to help, but she had to help in some sort of way. Arranging herself in a sitting position, she pulled Tsukiko onto her lap and towards herself into an embrace, despite the fact that Tsukiko was rather big to be carried like a child did. Moisture formed on the edges of Elisia’s eyes as she saw things through Tsukiko’s eyes, everything that had happened. Wiping away several tears, she could feel the hurt that Tsukiko had felt and the pain of losing a loved one, something that she knew well herself. “I can see where you’re coming from and I can understand, but, Tsu, you still can’t keep on doing this. Your mother and father have always been together, I understand, but…a while ago, I found myself engaging in conversation with Mochi, and she sincerely, sincerely loved your father. I don’t think she even knew about your mother and father, since it was rather secret, so…you can’t blame her for tearing their relationship apart. That was something she didn’t even know she was doing,” Elisia told Tsukiko in the gentlest voice she could muster at this moment in time. Unable to bear seeing Tsukiko in such a position, she cursed Hei for leaving this world with a heartbroken daughter and love still left there.
Stroking Tsukiko’s hair again, she rocked Tsukiko in her lap, whispering, “Tsu, I know that your father is gone, but you can’t blame others for it. Maybe Mochi did actually play a part in it, but it wasn’t intentional and you can’t hold that against her or else you’re going to find yourself alone in this world. Also, what about your mother? She needs somebody to be able to lean on, and as far as I know, ever since your father went, you are the sole reason that she is still around and living well. It’s not going to help her at all, if she knows that you’ve been beating yourself up for this, you need to stay strong. Tsu, for her, for your father and for all of us. You’ll see your father again one day, I’m sure of it.” Falling silent again, she merely continued to whisper reassuring words to Tsukiko, hoping that she would be of some comfort to the girl whose world had shattered on the day her father had died. Images of the denying and grieving Tsukiko resurfaced into her mind and she pushed them away, knowing that they would only hurt herself more. All she could do for the moment would be to help Tsukiko get through this and come away stronger than before, instead of collapsing and falling apart.
However, hearing Eriko’s voice shocked her out of her thoughts and back to reality. She didn’t move for the meantime, instead leaning down and asking Tsukiko, “Are you feeling alright? Do you want to answer Eriko?” While she would have gotten up and opened the door for Eriko, she wasn’t sure whether Tsukiko was ready to actually face another person, as she seemed rather emotionally fragile at the moment. It would be Tsukiko’s decision in the end, no matter what else happened. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

618 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 Jūnibantai Taichō Gazing into Elisia's eyes granted her far more strange discomfort than she had imagined and she averted her gaze just as quick as it had happened. Frankly it was too much to bear at the moment, that being the fact that she was battling the urge to hate Mochi and at the same time desiring a closer relationship with Elisia. Her cheeks flushed as she was pulled into her lap and she might have thought several dirty things had it been any other time. Doing her best to contain herself, she listened as Elisia did her best to talk Tsukiko out of her current mind-set. She was silent for several minutes after she had stopped talking. She was wrong about one thing; Mochi was very aware of how Yuki felt for Hei, yet she couldn't bring herself to argue this point. "Stay strong..." She repeated quietly, looking down in her best attempt to keep her blushing face hidden. "Haha, I'm pretty stupid... Of course mommy needs me. How I have fallen, letting her affect me so much..."
Brushing her cardigan's sleeve on her eyes, Tsukiko wiped the remaining tears from her eyes and did her best to scrub the blushing tinge away from her cheeks, though of course this had no affect. Tsukiko's left arm was pinned between her side and Elisia's chest and stomach, but she gently pulled it out and wrapped it around Elisia's waist, tightening her grip to hug her with only this arm. Falling silent for a minute, she listened to the soft hum of machines afar and contemplated her next move. Eventually her gaze moved up to Elisia, though she was somewhat looking at her sideways. "Thank you..." She said slowly, expressing her thanks to Elisia to talking to her about it. Her right hand moved unconsciously to Elisia's neck and she stopped, silently staring into her eyes. The desire to kiss her once more was currently at war with her desire to not destroy their friendship; though the former was winning with the logic that, we're best friends... she'll understand. She leaned closer, taking it at a very reserved pace, mostly because she wanted to give Elisia that chance to stop her if she felt the need to. Her expression softened and the logic to do so triumphed within her mind, however her attempt at expressing how she felt was soon thwarted by the sudden appearance of Eriko
Tsukiko jolted at her words, so much so that she lost her train of thought and slammed the back of her head into a filing cabinet right next to where they sat. Needless to say, the steel piece of office equipment lost to the density of her titanium/tantalum chassis and was left an imprint of the back of her head; it was probably totally useless now. "Ahhh.." Groaning, Tsukiko comically fell out of Elisia's lap and sprawled out onto the floor, holding the back of her head in her hands as if it actually pained her. "Son of a b***h..." She swore as she crawled towards the door and flipped the handle, opening the door and ushering forth the freezing cold air of the main labs. "What is it?" The gynoid situated herself against the wall opposite Elisia and silently cursed to herself for both the moment being lost and for hitting her head for no good reason. It wasn't that it hurt, far from it actually, but that it was sorta embarrassing. Embarrassment. Such an emotion had not been in her repertoire before this day; this girl really was changing her. Now fully red in the face, she avoided looking at Elisia, lest the girl feel some sort of animosity towards her. ₪ ₪ ₪ ₪ ₪ ₪

Jūbantai-Taicho Eriko had been wandering around the lab but keeping close to the door so the sudden sound of metal against metal from the other side of the door surprised her and even more so with the continued sounds of movement until Tsukiko opened the door to stand in the doorway. She had been expecting the question. It would be the first thing that anyone would ask if they had an unexpected visitor yet Eriko found herself plagued with the problem of getting her answer out as cohenrently as possible.
"Well," she started, feeling out the story in her mind, "I have been recently promoted to Captaincy of the Jubantai and so, the necessity of my retrieving Bankai has increased. However, Aurelius suggested that I should look to specialize in another form of combat, namely Kung Fu but noted that my current body shape did not suit it. The suggestion came from his idea that Cho was useless and I know that she is her usefulness is not as apparent as that of other Zanpakutos." Here she paused, resting her hand on the hilt of the sword for a nostalgic moment. "Therefore, I wanted to know if you would be able to give Aurelius the permission to do what he had to do in order to increase my weight loss, only if it is possible in reality while somewhat safe." This was the first time that she had made a request of the girl and a personal one at that. If she was not suited for Zanjutsu, that would be accepted. Eriko could move onto other areas but improve all the same. Her eyes had never left the other girl's face. "I want to become better, please."

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxCAPTAIN】 Elisia was slightly surprised that Tsukiko had given in so easily. It had been much harder to convince that girl before that her father was dead and that he wasn’t coming back. Then again, maybe like she had said, Tsukiko had really wanted to actually get rid of this hatred. At least, it seemed that maybe slowly, slowly the hatred between Mochi and Tsukiko might be able to finally change. Thinking through the possibilities if Tsukiko were to open up to people a little more, she was shocked to find that Elisia had ‘hugged’ her. Alright, now this was turning into a rather interesting situation. Gently and cautiously, she hugged her friend back for a short while, unsure of what to say or do at the moment. All she could do for now would be to support Tsukiko and hold her up for the meantime. It wasn’t like Elisia herself was going through an extremely hard time like Tsukiko, so whatever she could do would be good. “It’s alright, Tsu, all of us have to go through tough times and for you, you’ve done very well under the circumstances.” She raised an eyebrow as Tsukiko said ‘thank you’ as she was slightly awkward. Her friend, whom she had thought she had known pretty well, was not acting like herself at the moment. Had something changed?
As Tsukiko stared into her eyes, Elisia couldn’t tear her gaze away and soon enough, they were much closer than before. However, a couple of seconds later, she found herself moving quickly in an attempt to help Tsukiko up. Tsukiko had somehow managed to slam the back of her head into a filing cabinet and fall out of Elisia’s lap in one go. However, as Tsukiko flipped open the lid, Elisia stood up, leaning against the side of the wall for some sort of support. That had been a little close and to her amazement, she could feel that her cheeks were literally burning and most likely, were very, very red at this moment in time. Calming herself down, she composed herself and stood smiling at Eriko. She’d have to talk to Tsukiko later, since Tsukiko seemed to be avoiding her gaze. Panicking a little, she wondered whether she had done something wrong to make Tsukiko act like that. Had she been mean? Chided her too much? Maybe she had acted too proud and scolding. Attempting to get rid of these sorts of thoughts, she instead dwelled on other matters, like why Eriko was here in the first place. From what she knew, Eriko wasn’t exactly best friends with Tsukiko but…ah. As Eriko explained, Elisia nodded. That made so much more sense.
Turning to Eriko, she grinned, saying, “Congratulations, Eriko on your promotion!” Anyway, maybe it was about time she left or something like that, since it would be good for Eriko to be able to practise with Tsukiko. Wait a second. A devious smile flickered across Elisia’s face for a bit as she stood there for a bit, thinking it through. Actually, Tsukiko might be able to open up to other people, wouldn’t she? That would be absolutely wonderful if Tsukiko did so, since unfortunately, she found it rather hard to open to people. Nodding slightly, she skipped over to where Tsukiko was, giving her friend a hug before patting Eriko on the shoulder and smiling at her. Elisia happily said, “Well, I’ll let you two do whatever you need to, so I’ll take my leave now ~” Letting her gaze linger over Tsukiko and then Eriko, she gave a funny little half-bow, before exiting out of the 12th Division Laboratory, her hopes up that Tsukiko might be able to make more friends soon enough.

302 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 Jūnibantai Taichō Watching Elisia leave was pretty painful, her emotions were growing stronger and she hadn't helped by hugging, no matter how much Tsukiko enjoyed being in her arms. Shaking her head quickly to focus on the task at hand, Tsukiko led Eriko out of the back room and strode over to a nearby cabinet which she began to rummage through for several minutes. "You want what now? To let Aurelius do what to make you lose weight? Don't be silly, there's nothing he could do that wouldn't hurt you." Still very red in the cheeks and totally flustered, Tsukiko turned, holding out a small red box that when she opened it, revealed to be holding small green pills about the size of a dime. "It's kinda like the same pill that made Hei both a girl and a kid. Once it enters your mouth, it dissolves and releases millions of nanobots that will begin to alter your body structure, removing fat cells and anything of that nature and converting it to proteins. It's basically fat reduction surgery and a tummy tuck in a pill. It will reduce your figure to a slender one like mine. My own personal creation, thank you. They'd have it in the human world if it weren't so damn expensive for them. In any case, you just need one and that will do the trick. It'll take a few hours or so, so don't expect to see full results until we leave for Modus Exaequaris." Plucking out one of the pills, Tsukiko set it down on the table, then shut the lid and stored the pills back in the cabinet. "Well, that's it..." Casually her right hand went to her left upper arm and she rubbed it a little, letting her mind wander to events that could have been.

Jūbantai-Taicho Frankly, Eriko had not been expecting to see Elisia there but later on, she would realize that it was not that farfetched considering the friendship shared between the two girls. She smiled back at the present Yonbantai-Taicho graciously and took a minute or two to observe the other females. Elisia was her same cheery self except for that momentary grin but that was soon forgotten as the girl hugged her friend and patted Eriko with word that she would be taking her leave at that moment. The Jubantai-Taicho could help but giggle at her exit before switching her gaze over to Tsukiko, who was shaking her head in a similar fashion to when she, herself, was trying to get rid of a bad feeling. However, Eriko dismissed this quickly and followed Tsukiko, not sure how she felt about the Junibantai-Taicho becoming affected by her emotions to that extent.
The slight rebuttal was expected so she did not think too much about it apart from the hint that once again, her rash nature was showing itself. Eriko looked down into the box and before she could express her confusion, the younger Captain commenced an explanation, scientific yet simple enough for her to understand how it worked. She nodded, trying to keep her amazement to a minimal. Of course, it was her own personal creation. This is the Twelfth Division here and its Captain. Immediately, the older woman picked the pill off the table surface but did not insert it just as yet. She had to be sure that this is what she wanted: a slimmer body, better movement which would aid her fighting skills positively and the chance to grow even more as a Shinigami and as a Taicho.
"Thank you, Tsukiko," she said, popping the pill into her mouth and swallowing it whole. Its lack of taste did not sit well with her though. Eriko's neck lurched forward but nothing came out fortunately. "But, that's not it though," she continued, trying very hard not to sound as nervous as she was. Again, this was Tsukiko with whom she was conversing and they did not have that level of a relationship to be asking the other person for anything really. It had been all professional and distant up to this point. Then again, a request for a training session could not be considered anything else but professional in its totality. "I was wondering if you would be able, if you had the time of course, to help me start to learn some form of Hakuda. I know that I wouldn't be skilled in it much in time for the trip but it is worth a shot in my mind." She took a breath here. "I'm asking for a trainig session with you, Tsukiko-Taicho." The girl's flushed appearance had not been lost on her though and she appeared to be more out of it than she had realized. Eriko approached her slowly, "However, are you feeling alright?"

334 xxxxxxxxthe Sun locks the Heavens xxxxxxxxthe Moon eclipses the Night 博士月子 Jūnibantai Taichō Tsukiko jolted, Eriko's final words bringing her back to the present. Images faded from her mind as she was brought back to the cold reality of her being unable to express a simple feeling to her friend. It was heart wrenching, or would have been had the automaton had anything of the sort. Upon seeing the close proximity of the new Captain, Tsukiko unconsciously slid back, widening the gap between them like she were infected and Tsukiko wanted nothing to do with her. She turned even redder, if this feat were even possible, and averted her gaze. Unable to wipe Elisia's smiling face and other features of the girl from her mind, she began to fidget nervously and murmured her response in such a manner that it was impossible to distinguish from nonsense. "I-I-It's n-nothing.... r-really.... I don't... particularly... have a problem." She cast her gaze down at her connected fingertips which she had been tapping for quite some time now. "I uh... "
Shaking her head quickly once more, and tossing long black locks from side to side, Tsukiko tried to ignore the thoughts running through her head. Finally finding a break in her thoughts, Tsukiko plowed into a real answer for Eriko's request, speaking without pause so she wouldn't start thinking again. "I don't teach well, but if you can watch me, then I'll be alright with using Kung Fu on you to demonstrate." Turning her head, Tsukiko scanned the area, located her katana lying on the couch in the back room, retrieved it and started for the door. "Just don't forget that I hit really hard, there's no way around that. Feel free to back out if you want." Just as the tinge of red around her cheeks had started fading, it came back in full force as she stopped talking. Images flooded back into the forefront of her mind as she slipped out of the door and headed towards her Training Grounds, completely forgetting about changing out of her leisure clothes.

Jūbantai-Taichō Eriko kept her eyes on Tsukiko and was amazed by the manner in which the girl was acting. The sudden movement to put more distance between them threw her off even more as did the intense flush of her cheeks. She recognized that nervous blush. It showed almost hwo she was feeling for herself a few minutes ago in Lee's office. Eriko knew it was not for her or because of her immediately, not even entertaining the thought that the gynoid was attracted to her but it had be someone with whom she had come into contact quite recently. The psuedo-reddening of her cheeks and unsettled behaviour was that fresh. Feeling a bit amused by this different side of Tsukiko, she grinned at herself and listened well to the more coherent of her responses. Eriko nodded as the warning was taken to heart. She had been trying to improve her observation skills and there was no better test than that of watching to learn in her opinion. Tsukiko still seemed emotionally distraught. Maybe she should try helping her sort out those emotions and obtain a clearer mind. Chances were that emotional instability might not be the best thing to have while fighting someone who was not as familiar with that style of combat. She tapped the bottom of Cho's hilt reassuringly for herself as well as the spirit before stepping out of the Lab and following her current training partner.

467 ┏xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┓ Aurelius - Infinitus ┗xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx┛ Arriving at the door, Aurelius, unlike other beings, was not deterred by the steel door in front of him, nor was he hindered by the access pad or the several other security devices that littered the wall. A simple wiggle of his fingers and the tumbler shifted and the door swung open, allowing the boy access to the labs. Once he stepped inside, the door shut behind him and he began to float over toward the cabinets that lined the wall. As he rubbed his forehead, he took a few moments to toss a few questions towards his power before he determined what exactly it was that he needed from this laboratory in order to change his appearance. Upon getting his answers, he quickly located a tube of age-deceptions pills that Hei had tucked away away in the back of one of the cabinets. Once he had retrieved it, he popped the tube open and tilted it, dropping one of the pills into his hand. He studied it for a half-second, then popped it into his mouth, swallowing it as soon as it hit his tongue. There was a puff of smoke and in the boy's place was a handsome man who looked to be a little over twenty, clearly this was what Aurelius would have looked many millennium ago had he not traded his body for power. Aurelius pocketed the pills so he could consume one any time he pleased
Dropping to the ground, which was only a few centimeters below him now that he was much taller, Aurelius strolled into the back room, found a mirror and examined himself in it. "That'll do it. I've been waiting to see what this felt like for the longest time and I must say, it's rather interesting." This change had taken away the Shihakusho and reverted his clothing to what it had been before he was frozen, only this time they were larger so they would fit his bigger body. A black belt held up a black pair of jeans while a loose-fit casual dress shirt adorned his torso, and his feet remained bare to complete the man's strange attire. Pausing for a moment to throw another question to the universe, he got his answer, then rummaged through a door to find his necklace, the Quincy cross and slid the chain around his neck, attached the two ends and sidled out of the room with a somewhat bored expression plastered on his face. "What to do now... I've got an hour or two to kill, may as well cause some mischief." Smirking, Aurelius waved his hand, causing the door to unlock and swing open, closing tight and locking only once he was outside. Pocketing his hands, Aurelius vanished, his moves being punctuated by the sound of a Shunpo.
