You know your a band geek when you just have to sleep with your instrument, and a night light made to look like the instrument.

You know you're a band geek when you care more about practicing/socializing with your band friends than eating (guilty, though socializing in my band often involves food).
...When you willingly pay for another band member's food at a resaurant on a trip, and don't even care if you get paid back.
...When you care more about your instrument's safety than your own health in a band accident* (guilty)
...When you threaten to kill someone because they dented/scratched/messed up your horn in some other way (guilty, only to mutilate though <_<)
...When your band has so many inside jokes an outsider could never guess what you're talking about. And you have all of those inside jokes memorized.
*Band accidents include but are not limited to (all with instrument in hand, or they are just regular accidents): Getting hit with a flag, getting hit with a drum or mallet, getting run over during a set (you know the rule; if they don't move, run 'em over), tripping over feet during a set, getting pushed by band folk, in play or otherwise, tripping over intrument cases, and falling off the back of the loading bus/trailer.

XxSAYUMMxXxZOMBIExX you know your a band geek when you name your pets after famous conductors(guilty: John Philip Sousa) Guilty... I named my hamster Mozart. You name your pets after instruments... Half guilty. I wanted to name my hamster(My new one, not Mozart) Oboe. xD But my mom said no.. -_- When you treat your instrument like a temple. xD (Guilty) You call your BD "BDFL" Band Director For Life. Guilty You have to buy everything w/ music notes,instruments,clefs,etc,. on it. guilty. When you want your BD/Music teacher to sign your yearbook, just him/her.(

...when you start triple-tounging randomly... guilty
...when you play your band music on your guitar... guilty
...when your friend is playing GH3 and you play along on your instrument. I did this with "Sunshine of Your Love" I'm working on "Cliffs of Dover"
...when you mod a computer game so that when ever you have a battle, it plays your school's fight song... guilty
...when you can play On Wisconsin on four instruments... guilty
...when all you do on Gaia is be part of the Band Nerds Guild... guilty

I've almost fallen off the loading bus once. I've gotten hit in the head with a flag two or three times, I got hit in the hip with a snare drum when we did jaws, I've gotten run over a couple of times because I didn't know we had to move, I've stumbled I don't know how many times. I've been pushed by my fellow band members a lot and I've tripped over so many cases it's not even funny XD Do you have all the band jokes memorized? And the whole paying for the other band kid, we can blame our tenor XDDDD

Your music note book has instruments,clefs,notes,Sharp,flat,Natural,Keys,Valves,rotorary valves,etc,. drawn all over (Guilty)

When you buzz your lips randomly and you're a percussionist or woodwind. (yeah, I get bored sometimes. xD)
When you've complained so much about the school's vibraphone that your dad can fix its motor in under an hour (because my mom wouldn't let him otherwise, probably...now it goes at hyperspeed and it's really fun to play with it on. XD)

Everybody hates that song.. xD),and Ceremonial Procession(Most common...O.o) . I'm guilty of that. xD But not as much as the OTHER kids. xDD When you want to play EVERY instrument. Even the Contrabass instruments(I couldn't, I'm TOO small. xD) And Guilty.
