"Well, I would be the one to decide that. You thought I simply ordered fries for the pleasure of it. If I detect any extra dose of grease within them you'll be in some serious trouble young lady."
Maka teased with a wink at the end of it. Apparently Aislin was even sharper than she currently thought she was. After all it was already the second time Aislin read through her. What a marvelous surprise. then again this might complicate a few things here and there, but at the time it didn't bothered the Spartoi at all.
"Well then, let's get to order right away."
Stated the blonde meister; having shared the order and the waitress gone with it, Maka took a quick glimpse to the side window upon Aislin's question.
"hmm... I would say it's still pretty low. Yet not impossible."
The spartoi gave once more a fading smile.
"I remember that few times, despite the odds, we had snowy winters in death city."
Maka giggled, forming a smily face on the window yet the form of the head was rather awkward for a human, the supposed hair ended up being a pair of ears. And the shape of the head like a poorly drawn impersonation of an Immortal (Lycan).
"Maybe if we are lucky, we may have one of those this year."
With a rather mischievous giggle she added.
"However, there is one place in Death city that regardless of the season it always snows. I wonder if you've already found it."
With that inquisitive look in her eyes. It was almost as if Maka was challenging Aislin to find it.

"Huh?"
Oh no, that defying look on Maka's face. Aparently she was provoked by Aislin's words.
With a quick step, invisible to the naked eye Maka was already sitting next to her child, an arm entraped her neck gently but it would be futile trying to break from it at this distance.
"Are you telling me you are ashamed of your mama and papa?"
Turning straight to her, there was this gentle glance that anyone in that room or looking through the window, thought it was but a kind and warm moment between mother and chile.
Sneaking her lips past her line of sight, she placed them in a descent distance from Aislin's ear for her to listen properly.
And so, the devious Maka began telling the tale of Her first date with soul with all the embarrasing moments with a Luxury of detail so real that It was impossible not to picture it in your brain.

Of course being the first date there weren't parts of it that wouldn't be suitable for a minor. But After Aislin's reaction Maka was so tempted to tease her that she couldn't help herself to it.

Maka giggled just as soon as her Daughter run away into food safety. For once, she understood how Spirit sempai felt when he teased her most of the time. Yet unlike him, she would refrain from going any further, besides she was also hungry.
Thanking the waitress and thanking for the food, she would help herself with the delicious treats they had brought for them.
"Well that's what you get from making fun of mama's love stories. Soif you don't want a little bedtime story tonight then you'll learn to respect Kaa-san and Tou- san's stories."
Even now, she could see how Aislin resembled Soul. Good looks aside she could still hear the not cool line, or at lease she imagined it to be have done so. Being an expertise meister had it's perks.
"However, back then, about the snowing place. I wasn't talking about Soul and me. Truth, we indeed were together back then but it was about a mission. Where we met. Him."
That aside, Maka dropped the subject as if it had never happened.
After all, there were still plenty things to caught up with Aislin.
"So, how's your life going on lately?"
The meister was indeed interested in the latest details about Aislin's life. Sometimes she felt kind of off. Which wouldn't be much of a surprise considering the limited times they got to see one another.
"How is dear boyfriend doing?... oh what about your partner? Is he or she a Deathscythe now?"

"Well... that sure looks like a puzzle. But don't worry, it means the right one hasn't shown up."
With a wink she tried to cheer her daughter up, in fact Maka didn't seem upset the slightest.
"So don't worry, one day you'll find the right partner and with just good work and effort you'll find yourself crafting your first deathscythe. However did I head partners? I get the feeling we could get at least a story or two here."
She giggled. Of course she wasn't going to force her into telling about it if she didn't felt like it.
"Besides that means I get more time with Aislin chan, isn't it?"
The spartoi grinned. She knew Aislin was special, not because she was her daughter, but she could feel a great potential in her. There was no need to rush things.
"So, Aislin... about your weapon gene. You told me a while ago that you've mastered it. Is this true or you were planning on impress me by saying that?"
There it was again, another glitter in her eyes. Curious Maka was analyzing her child. She had a proper age and by the spoken records so far she should had the right condition for it.

As expected from her daughter, she couldn't lie, the amazing deductive skills made her proud of Aislin, but that alone wouldn't save the white haired meister.
"A mission? No. But it does involve me. And may I remind you I'm your mother. Tou-san is not here to save you from it."
Without anything else she had a bit from her snacks, giggling in excitement for what there was to come.
"Oh, but it shouldn't be ready. At least not for now. But be sure once it's ready you and I would have a serious talk about it. So, you may rest for now."
Assured the spartoi while observing her cute daughter.
"It's good to hear you two are in good therms. Perhaps we may try something. Isn't it exciting Aislin chan, you an me and the weapon genes."
Maka was probably within a delusion by now. Then again everything related to her daughter brought happiness to her life. She would have to thank Spirit for that.
"But, taking that aside. Tell me, is there anything I should know by now?"
