Victor Creed Tony Masters Apparently, Deadpool is Baraka. How can he be the Merc with the Mouth if he has no mouth? I don't care much, actually. I think it's a great character, but I'm not a rabid fanboy, and I've seen Hollywood screw up too many of my favorite characters to be surprised. Baraka doesn't have PUNCH LASER eyes, does he?If he did, Sub-Zero wouldn't be able to clean the floor with him. It's looking like this is the filmmakers responding to, and completely misinterpreting, the fans desire for more Deadpool by making him Weapon XI and having him and Logan brawl at the end. The guy playing 'Weapon XI' is Ryan Reynolds' stunt double. Of course, by sewing his mouth shut, taking him out of costume and essentially making him a completely different character, he isn't really Deadpool, now, is he?

But seriously the failed experiment thing was just taken so far out of hand.

Tony Masters Which is actually a nice segue into Keanu Reeves, since he completely raped the character of John Constantine, though I don't think we can entirely blame him for that. I always liked to think that since Neo was essentially drained of emotion by the "real world" that Keanu played him well. I watched the Matrix recently, though, and found my analysis based on a vague recollection of the movie to be way off. He tried to inject emotion into the character, but fell completely flat, leaving us with hilariously bad delivery on already bad lines like "Whoa." and "I know kung-fu." The Matrix is brilliant in concept, and that almost makes it a good movie, but it's execution was poor. You want to make a Bill and Ted movie? Cast Keanu Reeves. You want to make anything else? Don't. I won't get into why The Matrix as a concept has far more acclaim than it's earned, but I will say that Carrie-Anne Moss has talked in interview about the instructions that the Wachowski brothers had for the actors and the tone that was set for the production and that generally coincides with Reeves' unusually wooden performance, not that he's ever been a talented actor in any respect.
On a completely different subject however, Breaking Bad is an astounding series. Other than the acting, I really have to say that they did a great job portraying the production, sale, and use of methamphetamine as I've done a great deal of research into it. They're careful not to show too much of how to do it, but they showed just enough that I could easily tell that Walt started out using a recipe referred to as "Red, White, and Blue." xd

Hello gamers. Just passing an opinion on...if you get the chance...do yourself a favor and get Mass Effect for XBOX360 or the PC. It is amazing. If you do go the PC route, I would suggest getting it off of Steam because there is no SecuROM DRM involved. It's only 20 bucks.

When it came out didn't the name "BioWare" make you buy it without thinking?

To be fair, I jumped on the train a lot later than I'd care to admit too. Rented it late last year when the video store's copy of Rock Band was too scratched to play and they let me choose a new game. Didn't even know it was BioWare until I got home, which is saddening, since the original KOTOR had been my favorite videogame (well... modern videogame) since it came out. My biggest gripe with KOTOR was the turn based combat, and Mass Effect fixed that up pretty good. I hope they continue that trend with The Old Republic, (ie. the MMO) but it won't be too big a deal if they don't.

Sam Jackson just signed a 9 picture deal with Marvel Studios, and effectively extinguished any hopes for a decent incarnation of Nick Fury to make it to the screen. (Or, really, anywhere outside the comics.) RAAAAAGE. Though the concept of a 9 picture deal is ridiculously cool...
