"I don't know where Neska went, but I went to this castle that was owned by a vampiress. She could feel my power and took me in as her bodyguard. That is how I got stronger, by protecting her."
::He took a sip from his mug doing it slowly not to burn himself. He looked at her and smiled as he placed his mug on the counter slowly. He looked around the area of Orion before speaking once more. He looked into her eys with a concerned look on his face::
"I have a question for you Epithany. ."

Listening to his recounting of his time away form the establishment she raised her eye brows. Such was a strange way to spend childhood, but when she was his age she worked as a waitress at her surogate father's inn. Smirking she looked to the drink he had been preparing for her. Mixing her cocoa she sipped the warm chocolate flavored liquid she turned to the child wondering what he had in mind.
"What is it Kade?"

"When you and Daddy get married that means you'd be my mommy right? If so will you love me and Neska like we were your own children, because we don't know what it is like to have the love of a mommy. She died when we were little. . ."
::He lowered his head slightly with a few tears running down his cheeks. He looked at her his eyes watering and tears leaking from them. He sniffed slightly waiting to see what she was going to say. He needed to know::

Smiling down at the little boy she ruffled his hair giving him a tight hug.
"I'm not sure if I can replace your mommy, but I will try my best. I will love you as much as your daddy does. You see I didn't have a family myself when I grew up, but the man that raised me, I consider my father because he tried his best as well."
Kissing the top of the little boys head she smiled.
"I too will try to follow his path and try to make you feel as loved, as if I were your real mother. You have my word."
Stroking the little boys cheek she smiled down at him.

::He fell into her hug and huged her back sniffling. He looked up at her his eyes still watering but with no more tears. He siped the rest of the tears away and went back to his seat. He took anotehr sip of his coco::
"I needed to know that, i know it was sudden of me and I'm sorry. ."

Ruffling the boys hair she smiled.
"No its alright. I can understand why you had ask that question."
Sipping her cocoa she thought of her own childhood and smirked.
"We'll be a great family."
Laughing sheepishly she wondered what his sister would be like in the same situation.

::He picked up his mug and finished it off. He sighed deeply and used his mind to put the mug in the sink. He looked at her and stood up. He walked over to her and climbed into her lap. He kissed her on the cheek.
"Thank you, that means a lot to me, and it will mean a lot to daddy and Neska too."
He laid his head on her shoulder slightly and closed his eyes. He had a long day of searching for Neska with Unks. As soon as his eyes closed on her shoulder he fell asleep he snored softly. He mumbled in his sleep::
"Good Night. . .Mommy. . "

::The doors of Orion opened slowly and Unks stepped inside slowly draging his feet. His could feel the energy level of Epithany and Kade in the bar area. He made his way over and saw Kade in her arms. He smiled at them.
"Good evening love. .How was your night?"
He moved into the stool that Kade was sitting in and looked at his fiance and his little boy in her lap sleeping. He smiled once more and looked into her eyes::
"Little guy was running around all day. I am surprised he had enough energy to get back here."

Smirking patted the little boys hair.
"It was an interesting evening. But nice none the less. I just spent the night talking to Kade about things."
Leaning over she kissed Unks on the cheek looking over the sleeping child again.
"He must have been a real handful."
Finishing off her cocoa she smiled looking back to her fiance.
"So any luck in finding Neska?"
Looking past him she figured that he had had no luck in finding the little girl since she wasn't with him at the moment. Frowning she stroked the little boys hair, her experssion sour.

"I didn't see her no, but I do know where she is she just wasn't there at the time i was. I will go back with Kade tomorrow. You can join us if you want."
::Unks stood up he placed his hand on her shoulder. He hated not spending much time with her these past few days but he wanted to get his family together and around so the children could get to know their new step mother.
"Can you keep him with you tonight in your room? I think he'll like that very much. And I am sorry we can't spend more time together tonight but I am rather beat. I should head off to bed."
He kissed his fiance on the lips and his son on the forehead and made his way torwards the elevator. He looked back at her and smile. He mouth the words "I love you" then vanished::

Frowning at his abrupt departure she looked over the sleeping child on her lap. She understood his reasons for wanting to leave the boy with her but she wished he would tell her what was on his mind at times. Shaking her head, she carried the little boy in her arms looking towards the elevator heading up to her room. Riding it upward she looked down at the sleeping child once more.
"Well I guess its just you and me Kade...Your father has a weird way of working things. But he has his reasons."
Sighing inwardly she expanded her sensory peception looking upon Unks face shaking her head.
"Time for bed I guess..."
Stepping off onto the 14 floor with the child in tow she disappeared into the blinding light.

((The way he marks the height measurements, its in Feet. The numbers would be much bigger if it was being measured in Centimeters. I was around 5'9" when I was 15. Then again, I'm a weird measure.))
