31 trumpets altogether.
And you thought you hated them before...
They only get worse in masses. XD
At least we have a pretty good sized band to even our sound out.

about 3 trombones in my class, and overall is about 7.

we have two rows of highly spirt trompets in my section that twice the noice for Mrs. Greer (bad teacher) to deal with!!
lol we over do it some time and u can't hear the rest of the band..it funny she as theat to take ur trompets and give us toy ones cuz we play very loud and she got in troulbe with ur princal cuz the teachers could hear us all the way on the other side on the second floor we giggle

we have 8 saxophones (including me!) it's amazing how many people have a lot of claranets in there band!

In camp orchetra - 16 first violins. I was 8th chair ^.^
In regular orchestra - 9 first violins.

in our entire band (marching AND concert) there is one alto clarint. me.

Middle school:
6 flutes (5 of them suck)
3 clarinets (all of them suck)
3 saxophones (all of them suck)
2 horns (they're pretty good)
5 trumpets (they all suck)
5 percussion (there are two mildly retarded bass drummers.)
2 baritones (me and a fat stupid kid who sucks)
2 trombones (me and one who joined band this year and missed school for a long time because he broke his arm, so he doesn't know how to play. Breaking an arm for a trombone player is bad.)
1 tuba (he used to play trombone and sucked but he's good at tuba)
Yes, I play two instruments.
High school- marching
2 field commanders
7 clarinets (they're all pretty good)
3 flutes (they're good)
2 piccolos (they're amazing)
9 alto sax (they're good)
3 tenor sax (they're amazing)
4 mellos (they're the only consistently good section)
10 trumpets (the firsts and seconds are great, the thirds are thirds for a reason.)
2 tubas (they're always good)
2 baritones (they're not good, which is why I might march baritone next year.)
3 trombones (of course we're good!)
High school- concert
same thing as above but a few changes
5 clarinets
1 bass clarinet
1 oboe (allegedly)
8 alto sax
2 tenor sax
1 bari sax
2 trombones
9 trumpets
6 flutes
0 piccolo

lets see.... we have 8 yes count them 8 tubas that all march contra's and 2 others that kinda suck and don't march....and im also a trumpet player and in marching we have.....i think 27 total (without me cause i march tuba) in wind ensemble we have10 i think and jazz is6...yeah we have a big band...unsure on the rest.....

RebornAngelNer 4 trombones. crying We need more. My band doesn't have any trombones. I'm one of four flutes in a 17 person band.

marching season, 2 flutes, concert season 3 flutes and a piccolo. hehe what makes me feel so bad is that haha flutes had 2 people during marching season (freshman and sophomore, i'm the sophomore) and we had 11 freakin' trumpets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and u still could here the flutes over them at times!!!!!!! look at the video posted in "Your band's on Youtube" or whatever it's called.
