Takiko did not move an inch to answer Layna.
"Just laying low for a while, Layna... I can deal with not eating for a while."
'A while' was a very light way to put it. Though telling Layna exactly how long it had been would definetly get her yelled at.
"Too many fights, the war is too hard... I'll feed later, okay?"
Though the statement seemed half-hearted. She seemed to not really care if she ate or not. Right now, the flicker of scent she caught was her only priority.

"If you want I can point you to where there's a bunch of rapists, murderers, and drug dealers." Deon's aid simply "I mean, you deserve to live, but if you have to kill someone to do so, may as well try to make the world a slightly better place in doing so, eh?" There was a slight yet friendly smile on his face as he spoke, in his mind he was only trying to help her.

With everything zephel was hearing he gave a sigh in relief. from what he heard this vampire wasn't' bent on killing who ever for blood. She was actually restraining herself from his point of view. And with the suggestion Deon gave he didn't worry much. Hopefully the world would improve slightly from the death of the wretched. He took a seat on a bench that was inside for those who got tired walking all the way up here.

"You know me, Layna, I don't take blood willingly."
Takiko sighed, not seeing any threat in the man who had just sat down. Though she concentrated on listening to any more movement he made. The darkness of Takiko's eyes looked back at Deon and Layna. The look of desperate hunger lingered on her lips, in a grimacing smirk.
"Besides, after so long... I would end up killing you before I knew what happened."
To some, her words could have seemed like a threat. The small snarl caught at the end affirmed that. Takiko was not clearly threatening her friend, though merely strongly suggesting on not asking for Takiko to take her blood.

Layna sighed. "Then I will not push it. Despite the fact that you do need to feed." She muttered. Layna met Takiko's gaze with a look of kindness, only caring for her friend.

Deon shrugged and remained silent. Takeo, whoever this vampire was, dident seem to be interested in talking to him, and beaks of her now unstable state from the lack of feeding, Deon dident want to annoy her, thus perhaps becoming her next meal. Instead he just looked upwards, and stared into the heavens.

Decided that the girls matter was none of his business and stood up. He walked back over to the ledge that could look over the city. He sighed and wondered where to go tonight. He was bored and none of his friends were available. Anyway he tried to avoid his friends since a full moon wasn't far away from now anyway. "What to do, what to do...Maybe central park got something interesting tonight." He looked up at the waxing moon.

Layna's eyes widened slightly, and she whirled to face the speaker. "Zarathos..." She squeaked in surprise.

Layna returned the smiled, and rushed forward, giving him a tight hug. "Zarathos...Oh, I have missed you!" She whispered.

Zarathos wrapped his arms around her in return"I've missed you to Layna.I'm so sorry that I left."He said almost drawing to tears.

"Shh, it's alright." She whispered to him. She kissed his cheek, before letting him go. "Zarathos, I would like to introduce Deon. He has become a good friend, and he is a major troublemaker." She said, motioning toward Deon.
