His luck was just nowhere to be found, and he wished he could find it. He'd had some luck, after all he had two fish, but he was hoping to get at least one more fish....though four more wins, now that he thought about it, would be really nice. He could get another goldfish and then, hopefully, tell them not to give him three more...before they could bag them and he got attached them them. He could then get a koifish.
Paying for more ping pong balls he took them and gently threw them, from above, as he tried to sink them into bowls.

She wanted one of them big koi fish, or honestly, even just a friend for her little goldfish. She'd have to name them at some point...
Raina handed over the tickets as expected, preparing herself to fling these little ping pong balls into the proper little bowls. She wanted some fish. Some golden fish. Maybe even a koi fish. That would be nice.
It wasn't gonna happen, though, as all her balls missed the mark once again. Raina sighed heavily. This sucked.
Well. She glanced to her one fish. Maybe it didn't entirely suck...95

"Sashimi. Your name is Sashimi." Kes addressed the small pinkygold fish as it swam in it's bag, frantic and unpredictable as she put it by Sprinkles. The activity make Sprinkles swim as well, faster than before, and Kes sighed. They weren't comfortable and needed air, and Kes.. Well.
One more round and she'd leave. Her new darlings needed supplies and ove and maybe she'd grab a few snacks while heading out -- for energy setting uop the tank -- and she tossed one more time, humming. Two was better than none, but...
Nothing. Well, she tried, and the girl crooned to her new friends as she turned to take them home with a pet store stop intended, phone only emerging for one call. She'd let HuiJun 'parent' for a day -- if he'd pay to get her new fish the absolute best, and she hummed, walking to go.
"Hey, so I need to cut a deal..."

Deme was back and rearing to go as he tossed the balls. He wanted a fish didn't know why but he did. they looked unique and maybe they could watch some law tv with him at home.

Raina decided she wanted to take another shot at maybe getting her current goldfish a friend. Then she could name them in pairs. Wasn't that cute?
She paid her required tickets and scooped up her three ping pong balls, ready to take another attempt.
It was, unfortunately, a failure. Maybe she should just accept she was only getting one fish today. At least she had managed to get a fish, right?

So he'd spent longer than he should have cursing about goldfish in front of probably too many young ears - at least his tactic finally paid off. "YES!" Hitch barked as he finally scored a win, gleefully claiming his prize and peering into the bag to stare at his new fishy friend.
Only to glance back at the rest, almost sneering as he remarked, "You're all gonna WISH you were this fish later, assholes, " and promptly flipped off the whole damn lot of them as he took off with his newly acquired surprise for his husband. He only just hoped this one lived longer than the first Goldie...
... he hoped the rest of those a*****e fish got good homes, though.
