Now he'd gone and done it. He'd pissed off the dragon and she (Alex now knew it was she since she was able to get a look at the dragon's underside) was beyond reason. Alexiel turned around to face the stone guy and the dragon's tail. Now, fancy hand movements were not needed, but they did help Alex to focus the movements of whatever objects she was moving, in this case it would be beach sand.
The beach sand right in front of the dragon swirled upwards into the dragon's face. Indeed, the creature should have a hard time avoiding the sand, which would hopefully blind it...
Alex could already feel her headache getting worse. She was going to need a ton of aspirin and a lot of alcohol after this was over. 'We have a problem... your stone friend pissed off the dragon.' Alex's voice rang in Vahn's head.

His eyes widened even as a large glop of stuff drooped over his face. She had said.... stone friend...
There was only one guy... that he knew... only one person that could possibly be out there right now.
How, why, or when... it didn't matter. Not right now.
All Vahn knew at the moment... that the number one rookie of Leviathan Stadium... 'Stone King' Shouyin himself was out there.

Kira roared in fury as the sand whipped across her face. Rearing up on her hind legs, she bounded sideways so that she wasn't sandwiched between her attackers. Growling, she sneered at the both of them before taking her talons to the sand. Within a minute, she had completely submerged herself beneath the dunes.

Alexiel blinked, looking around at the sand. Where had the damn beast gone? "Why the hell did you have to piss the dragon off?" This was stone boy's fault. Devil had been right, this was not a good day. 'Beast went back underground... I can't fight her if I can't see her...' Alex would of course keep her companion in the loop, more for the sake of making sure he was still alive...

Using the same tactic as before, Kira's head and neck sprang up from the sand directly behind the Child of Stone, intent on snapping it in two between her powerful jaws. She lunged lightning-fast with an earth-shaking roar.

Wikipedia Sand is a naturally occurring, finely divided rock And Shouyin was barefoot, as in, his skin, was coming into contact, with a whole lotta rock.
UH OH SPAGHETTIO.
Shouyin, while no weirdass ninja from some village of sand, but he could focus his energy through this terrain, and as such, control limited amounts of it. As the dragon tried to come up underneath him, Shouyin's right foot would shift, and the beast would find its jaws trapped above ground, before the jawhinge so it would quite a test for the beast to close its mouth on the half-golem. This was basic usage of the Alter ability, altering the shape and density so that the surrounding sand turned into a platform of solid rock, almost assuredly heavy enough and dense enough to keep from the dragon just pushing itself up all the way, or breaking it in its mouth.
Grinning, Shouyin would grab one of the creature's nearest teeth in both hands.
And rip it out of her mouth.

Premolar decidedly snapped off, Kira roared in pain. The smell of lightning filled the air as she superheated the sand and rock for a twenty foot radius around her into a smoky glass. It took her a moment to wriggle free from her glass tube, and she promptly fled to the crashing waves, dripping blood from her mouth.

Jostled around and getting his body changed in position, he had just about enough of being engulfed in all the saliva and other goop. His jacket was already starting to smoke here and there.
He wasn't going to last much longer.
Rearing back with his left leg, while bracing his right leg against what could pass for solid wall, he shot out with a sharp kick.

"...might be lookin' to sell cheap!"

Shouyin, tooth in hand, jumped up as the heat underneath him became unbearable, high enough that he got one hand on the dragon's upper lip. As the dragon was rearing upwards he'd take the messy snapped off end of the tooth in both hands, which would hopefully be serated and full of nastiness, and simply run down the dragon's flesh as it went up, grinding a long line of -pain- down its back as it tried to escape.
Cue a hop off onto the sand while Vahn kicked his way to freedom.
OOC: Snapped makes me think of splintering wood and whatnot, so sharp edges.

Alexiel was hopping backwards away from the superheated sand that was starting to melt the bottom of her boots and when hopping wasn't fast enough, she literally threw herself with her own telekinesis. Landing a few feet out of the range of the glass, she rolled to a stop and scrambled to her feet in time to see the stone guy attacking the dragon again.

((Yes, Kana, you would have about one to two full minutes to make an attack while she's freeing herself from the ground and running like hell for the water.))
The tooth scratched a deep line along the scales of Kira's neck before bouncing down to her heavily armored back, where it was mostly ineffective. But the combination of the attack on her neck and kick to the kidneys made her roar in a combination of pain and frustration. She continued her dash towards the water, starting to shake herself out of whatever had come over her. What... augh... my mouth... sorry... she thought to anyone in range.

Alexiel didn't have much time, she had to slow the dragon down. One arm shot out in the dragon's direction, aimed towards the sand under her feet. A little bit of concentration and Alex pulled her hand back in a grabbing motion. The sand under the dragon's feet shifted and it was as if Alexiel had pulled the ground right out from under her feet, so to speak.
