Kazuhiko looked at the boy as he emerged from the shadows of the room, he sat down on top of the clone of the Mizukage and it poofed away, making him laugh a bit. He nodded to Elmina and looked at the Genin who seemed to have finished a mission of some sorts, he looked at the desk and held up a piece of paper to read, Luo Ushio had finished a mission. "Welcome back and congrats on the mission, please proceed with your report" He stated softly, smiling as he rested his right elbow on the table and held his chin in his palm.

Luo was to say the least a bit observant as well as surprised at the change in presence. It was off putting to him that who he perceived as the Mizukage was a clone the whole time. It was something he made a mental note of, an uneasiness to trust what you see in the shinobi world. Regardless, Luo proceeded with his report with a nod to preface the wall of text he was about to put forth. "I was assigned by the Mizukage to a special mission in order to test my reported deduction abilities as well as intelligence from the academy. I was assigned as head shinobi detective on a case dealing with arson and attempted homicide. I worked with another jounin named Mako, I can only assume by what I saw of his eyes his last name is Uchiha. Upon arrival I acquired all of the information of every resident, and just as well set aside the names of all the katon and raiton practitioners in the area for closer inspection. When I arrived on the crime scene, I checked for signs of forced entry, struggle, electrical fire, as well as accidents. Not one of the aforementioned was found." Taking a moment to breathe, Luo continued.
"As Mako arrived, I asked him to use his optic attention to detail to search for hair follicles, blood stains, strands of fabric, things of that nature. Upon closer inspection, he found the cauterized fuse to an explosive tag. Apparently if more than one are used in close proximity, the fuses can burn so fast that they actually retain their form, being melded together loosely by heat. Victim testimony as well as neighbor testimony states that there was an explosion from his apartment. The victim was able to survive by being ejected out of the domicile from concussive force. Upon observing the adjacent building to the exposed apartment, apart from debris destruction, I noticed something about one of the residents whose names I went over earlier. Toya Yamanaka lives in that adjacent building, apartment 2F. Compared to the victim her apartment is a mirror image, meaning her livingroom window faces the Victim's kitchen window diagonally. From neighbor testimony, Toya and the Victim were very close. However, they stopped seeing each other after her younger brother was killed on a mission he was leading."
Unzipping his jacket halfway, Luo produced the large clear bag of evidence with the smaller clear bag inside. Tossing it onto the Mizukage's desk, Luo continued with the rest of the report. "Upon inspecting Toya Yamanaka's home, we found two explosive tags. Explosive tags come in packs of five, meaning she had recently used three. Mako believed in order to cauterize a fuse, three or more needed to be used. In that bag are the two explosive tags as well as the cauterized fuse. I came to the conclusion that Toya used her family's signature technique, Shintenshin no jutsu from her window. From there, she was able to take over his body and activate the seals, while she herself looked asleep on her couch." Luo stood patiently with his left hand in his pocket, the other dangling to his side. He hoped his report was adequate enough, especially to prove his skill even as a genin.

Kazuhiko blinked his eyes as he listened silently to the Genin's words, one thing he did have to say was that he was a very thorough investigator as well as a very perceptive shinobi. He'd come up with the solution of the Yamanaka using a signature jutsu to control the victim and set the tags themselves, which was very impressive to Kazu. He didn't think that Genin would be able to figure out a mission such as this with so much information, as well as come out as soon as this. He looked at the Genin and then had a sideways smile, he knew in the depths of his mind that the boy had a knack for things like this, as well as being a very potential candidate for a personal rank up from the Mizukage, but he didn't have the authority to do so, so he would give the boy a few options to take hold of. "Very impressive indeed, you were very thorough and even came out with a suspect, I assure you this matter shall be dealt with accordingly." He snapped his fingers and three quick shadows ripped through the area in the room and disappeared, the only thing seen was a black movement in the area. "For your next move, you can either take on another mission, challenge a spar to someone, train, or wander about the village until the Mizukage comes back. I can help you get a temporary teacher for your elements if you wish to train, since your sensei is a bit.. Well, not here right now" He said softly, his voice held humor in it.

Nodding at the man's praise, Luo couldn't help but allow a small sideways grin to escape. Luo knew he had solved the case, however he had no real concept of how thorough he was. For Luo, it was the way he always had been, something he had been trained and bred to be. As the ANBU arrived to take the evidence, the man began to list a few options for him. However, there was only one option that he had previously thought about. "Well, I'm supposed to meet a friend for lunch and after we had agreed to spar, so I guess you can say that was already in my schedule. However, afterwards I wouldn't mind doing another mission of equal difficulty. I mean no offense when I say this, but most of the lower ranking missions are....well, easy. Not to say they don't have practical application outside of the mission itself, it's just that most of that practical application, well I've already begun to apply. I wouldn't mind some customized missions either, or even more tests like this one." Luo enjoyed to be tested, and if anything wanted to prove to himself that he could still be a better shinobi. He liked that about the profession, the constant improvement.

Kazuhiko quirked an eyebrow at the boy with interest, then nodded calmly. "I will be sure to have a mission ready for you upon your return" He stated softly, then wrote a few things down on the piece of paper that contained Luo's name on it from the Mizukage. "Again, good work" He said, then continued writing on the paper after his short pause.

Shura cracked her neck as she wandered into the Mizukage's building. She took a look at the mission board on her way in and noticed she had completed a high ranking mission without even realizing it. 'I'll have to pick up my payment after my meeting..' Shura thought as she gave a wave to the secretary then proceeded to go up the stairs to the office. Once she got up stairs Shura noticed that the door was wide open, so without hesitating she knocked on the open door then entered. "Mizukage-sama? Do you have a minute?" Shura asked as she moved into the room stopping halfway in as she noticed someone else in the Kages chair. Her right hand immediately went to her katana, but then she realized that if it was an enemy then there would have been dead bodies and bloodshed all over the place, also people attacking whoever invaded them. So Shura relaxed and returned her right hand to her side before giving the man a slight apologetic bow before waiting for a response from him.

Kazuhiko looked at the girl who entered into the room and he kind of smiled when she reacted the way she did towards him. That was good, it meant she was always on guard and it was understandable, seeing as though he'd never met the girl before. "Ah, the Mizukage is away right now on business, so he asked for me to cover for him until he gets back. I'm Kazuhiko Sennin, how can I be of service to you, young miss?" He asked with a smile, his violet eyes dazzling with excitement.

Shura explained to Kazuhiko so that he would know some more about her besides what was in her file. "I was honestly just dropping in to tell the Mizukage of my sage training/status, and to give a mission report for the A-ranked mission I recently completed." Shura told him as she took a more relaxed pose with her left hand resting on the hilt of her katana.

Kazuhiko looked at her as she explained all her accomplishments and told him a few things that were about her, then again, he hadn't read her file, but it was on the desk, left there by the Mizukage before he left. He picked up the file and started to fill in a few empty lines with the new information that she provided for him, so now she was a sage, how interesting and at such a young age and so early in life. He liked her. "Well I'm rather impressed with your accomplishments thus far, congrats on your new sage status and I would love to hear about your mission, miss" He said softly, giving her his full attention.

Shura blushed a little as Kazuhiko gave her praise as well as congratulating her on becoming a sage. "U-um, Thank you Sennin-sama." Shura thanked Kazuhiko with a quick bow before she continued. "My report is as follows. On my way back from my sage training in the stadium I was informed from a pair of citizens that a thief had taken hostages within the blacksmiths shop, and that apparently the Thief was trying to get revenge on his friend who died the other day. In fact I was the one who killed him... So of course being a shinobi of Kiri, and being the one responsible, I could not just stand by. So I moved in on my own with the help of a lightning clone. I had the clone enter the building through the front to distract the thief while I made my way into the building undetected through the back.." Shura told him as she paused momentarily so he could take in the info and she could take another breath. "Once my clone started conversing with the thief I made my way in through the back store room and acquired a nail from the blacksmiths supplies. Then after sending my clone a unnoticeable signal to the Thief, My clone threw down a smoke bomb and I threw a lightning enhanced nail through the wall and into the back of the mans neck. While the smoke was still in the area my clone grabbed the corpse and I swapped places with them.... There wasn't any blood and the hostages saw nothing, thus the mission was a success.. The usual ANBU came and picked the body up once the hostages were out of the building, and I came here... That concludes the report." Shura finished as her blush started to fade. Although she had a very successful mission she still had a weird feeling about it all, although she couldn't quite place her finger on it.

Kazuhiko smiled at her momentary embarrassment, then closed his eyes as she got silent after she spoke. Only then when she started to talk about her mission did he pull out a mission report paper and started writing very fast on the paper, filling out each line perfectly with his nice handwriting. He wrote down every word she spoke as she spoke it, all the while, he looked into her eyes as she spoke. He spent many years in the ANBU, one had to specialize in something and taking notes and reading people like books was something that he was very good at. He finished writing when she finished talking, but there were four dots after the last word. He felt as if there was more, but didn't know why. As if there was something more to say, but he couldn't figure it out yet. "I feel as if something is missing yet.. I will say that you seem to have impeccable speed and agility for a young one such as yourself, but I am rather impressed once again." He reached beside him in a drawer and pulled out an envelope from it, then slid it across the desk towards her. It contained the ryo he owed her from the mission, a soft smile on his lips. "Good job, is there anything else you wish to tell or ask me?" He was hoping she'd wonder why she stopped her report so suddenly, when it was evident he felt there was more. His eyes hinted at it, the violet color looking deep into her aquamarine green eyes.

Shura muttered to herself as she looked down to the floor temporarily before looking into Kazuhiko's eyes with a questioning gaze. "Is it alright for a shinobi to feel guilt? because as stated by the code, we shouldn't feel anything..." Shura asked Kazuhiko in a soft yet little shaky tone. She was scared of getting scolded, but she wondered if it was alright to feel guilt even though the shinobi code said that they shouldn't feel any emotion.

Kazuhiko looked at her as she started to avert her gaze elsewhere and her actions told him that something was going on in that pretty little head of hers, yet, she seemed afraid for some reason.
