In the center of the village, where the mist is more dense then usual, resides the tower where the Mizukage resides. The building is round like a cylinder, and stands with the tallest structures around in the village giving a full view of the entire village. There is a receptionist on the first floor, where she is charged with directing those who wish to get from point A to point B and is responsible for setting appointments with the Mizukage; going by the codename: Morrigan. Don't let her fool you though, she is just as capable as some of the ANBU around as she used to be a member of the corps. The Mizukage's office is at the top floor, being three floors total. The office itself has a large desk towards the back end of the room where the leader sits and works on paperwork whenever he isn't in a meeting or anything else he may be doing. He tends to add some decorations that very with his taste and some plants for a roomy touch along with a fish tank.
Additional Info Be respectful, and please knock. Do not come barging in like a manic unless it is absolutely necessary. Have some manners. Also, at all times unless we are under attack all weapons will be sheathed. Refusal to do so will result in your immediate removal by ANBU forces. And, speaking of ANBU, they are watching. Kazuhiko nodded to the ANBU in the area, his katana strapped to his back. He walked up to the secretary and handed her his badge, indicating his rank and whatnot. He was given clearance and he wandered up the three floors, putting his thoughts together. He nodded at all the ANBU and eventually was standing in the waiting room outside the Mizukage's office, holding a folder in his hands. He hummed a bit, holding his cigarette between his middle and index finger, a bad habit he was unable to give up. {Enter from Stadium}

Mika came through the tower door, walking slowly and quietly as she went to her designated location. She knew the procedure as she went into the building, she hooked the clasp on her hip pouch so it could be seen she didnt have quick access to her shuriken supply. She waited at the door to the Mizukages office quietly, unthinking and utterly relaxed.

Walking through the entrance of the large, more round building the staff quickly rose and bowed slightly in respect greeting the kage. To which he only raised a hand to put them at ease and returned the greeting, heading up to his quarters. As he approached the office, he caught glimpse of both Kazuhiko and Mika who were waiting by the entrance. Stepping between them to the door he raised his hand to the knob, the door responding to his chakra and opening itself as he turned his head slightly back. "Come in, we all have much to discuss" He stated before walking into what was now his office. Everything was set where it should be, pausing for a moment or two to feed the fishes. The breed of fish he held was, well, piranhas. However due to the dieting he gave them they were not as aggressive, but didn't mean they won't shred flesh from bone in seconds. As he passed around the desk his hands slid over the smooth surface, before pulling out the chair and removed his greatsword from his back and allowed it to lean on the wall behind him so he may sit comfortably. Raising a single hand to the water shadow's hat which rested upon his head he removed the symbolic piece of uniform and set it down on top of the desk by his right side.
Now situated, he leaned forward bringing both arms on the desk and interlocked his fingers together, resting his chin as he awaited the two to come in. Meanwhile, his mind wondered astray for he was now in the position he once defended. He knew this would be no walk in the park, as he now held the full responsibility of the village on his shoulders and it was up to him to maintain order, raise powerful shinobi to help defend the village as well as raise the next generation. He'll have to lead with an iron fist...but it'll benefit the village and those outside will know there's nothing soft in Kirigakure. Nothing at all. Taking out his cigarette he inhaled for a moment, before letting out a smooth stream of steam from the opening between his lips.
Noel took a bit of time to get to the Hokage office. After all, he had to walk through the old and ancient pathways of Kirigakure, that have been around since the moment his people were cursed. Coming out of the sheltered area, Noel arrived with his entourage of individuals before entering into the Mizukage office. Giving a slight bow to the receptionist, Noel would head towards the stairs as he already had an appointment predesignated with the Mizukage.
Upon reaching the third and final set of stairs, he caught sight of both Kazuhiko and Mika. Kazuhiko, he of coursed knew and remembered. Mika, he only remembered visually from her time in the stadium. "Jet black hair... Sharp facial features... Eyes that look beyond... She must be them." He thought, relapsing on his memories of the traits that certain people have. Noel would give a friendly smile to Mika, showing his elongated canine's that showed on both sized of his effeminate jaw, and give a friendly nod to Kazuhiko. With a dismissive wave of his hand to his guards, they would separate from Noel and lean against the wall parallel to the Mizukage door as Noel took entry into the open door.
It looked different from his last visit. Much more organized, cleaner, and had some taste to it. Very interesting. Noel would look over to the Mizukage to see what he wished to further discuss, and when was he to train with the female that laid outside the door.

Mika turned her head slightly and eyed the person coming in. Very soft features. Tomboyish clothing for what she was currently assuming to be a flat chested cutie. She turned her head back toward the mizukage and let her thoughts stray around whether to try and add this oddly attractive person to her list of people to try and aquire. She tried to push the thoughts from her mind as she had a task before her. She waited there, silently awaiting orders from her higher up.

Kazuhiko saw that the Mizukage happened to walk up and enter into the door, then two Genin followed suit behind him. He watched them walk in, then he laid his eyes on a Jounin. Red eyes gazed at him, then flickered away as if not caring. Meh. He turned his violet eyes to the Mizukage in the office, then he walked forwards and entered into the office and stood back a few feet, giving the Genin time to talk. He'd speak with the Mizukage when the other two were done.

Reaching into the desk, he pulled out a drawer and shifted through the files swiftly until he picked out two of the several and closed the drawer. Mika took a breath collecting herself before she would begin to speak. She was trying to keep her lineage somewhat of a secret. Though she did believe that those in the room could hold their tongue when it came to things she still wondered how to say it. Nodding in agreement he shuffled through her papers. Indeed her parents were in a political seat of power as they were a member of the council. Each obstacle is expected to be...reduced to rubble. Are you prepared to do what is needed Mika?" He asked with a serious tone in his voice. As any Uchiha, she has a lot of room for potential. And as such, he plans to mold her into a force to be reckoned with. But, can she accept the risks? He knows her past, what happened in the Academy. Mika nodded even as he spoke."Hai, it is expected of me by myself. I hold myself to a very high standard. All obstacles will be reduced to rubble as you command Mizukage sama..."Her eyes followed his eyes to his blade, suddenly getting a little nervous. Was he going to strike her right here? She let out a soft breath, relaxing once more. If he was to strike her, she likely wouldnt feel it. She would simply be cut down here and that would be the end of it. She watched him carefully however, mostly his hands.

Her breath and eyes spoke for her, body language spoke louder then words usually and can always depict a lie as the two can easily clash. "Excellent...I wouldn't want it any other way. Mika's mind drifted back to the day indicated byt the mizukage. The pain, betrayal, her innocence taken all in one fell swoop. She felt a stab of pain in her chest which caused nothing more than a blink from her. The thoughts moved to a glint of a blade disappearing into a sheath as she stood there awaiting death. "Your actions that day were....unnecessary. Whereas Im glad im alive today, I was prepared to die...And that man wouldnt have made it home. Bled out in minutes."She said these words with a heavy heart, eyes swiveling back to lock into his.

That, and couldn't help but have a connection due to that fateful day whether or not they want to accept it.
