Take Rock Lee, un-poof those ginormous eye brows of his, then compare him to young Hashirama.
How funny would it be if Rock Lee was actually a Senju, but no one ever knew because something was prohibiting him from using jutsu. I mean, since they know he can't use it, they wouldn't have done the Chakra nature test on him either.

Uchiha Roxas I have something that will blow your mind... However, it has a spoiler in it so if you haven't read the latest manga do not read.
Hashirama in the latest manga was revealed to have a third brother that died young called Itama. This brother had half black hair and half white hair. Now Zetsu, is a clone of Hashirama. This has been confirmed.
Here it comes though... Itama has black and white hair, split down the middle. Zetsu is made of two halves: Black and White.
