Name of Weapon:(Aoi's) Rebellion
Who Owns the Weapon:Nakaya Shouta
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it?It was made by Aoi, a friend and fellow blacksmith from his youth, to be given to him on his day of graduation. He received it early however,a s she died and he needed a pick up.

Range: It is a claymore heavy, so it's about five feet long, and about ten pounds.

Weakness: The element opposite of the one put into the blade cancels out all of it's effects. It is also rather heavy and without the training of his custom weapon style, it cannot be properly wielded. When the effects wear off, the blade seals up and will not awaken again for five posts.

Weapon Description:
The blade is long, and slightly warped inward along the middle. It has a more pointy edge, with two notches near that point. Kay also has put a small chain on the bottom that bears the two rings he received from Aoi and his other friend Tomo. The "guard" of the weapon is folded inward, and only used when the abilities are. It does have the skull and ribcage just above the hilt as well. She thought Nakaya would like that part.

Special Properties/Abilites:The blade itself was imbued by a secret jutsu that was only known to Aoi's family. She learned it shortly before she was orphaned, and never forgot how to do it. It basically enables the weapon to "come to life." By feeding it five chakra points, the skull's mouth will open and the two "bones" one the side of the weapon fold out into a guard. The rib cage will also glow, and expand/contract similarly to a beating heart. For the next five posts, the "living" weapon, can fire a single slash of concentrated energy from the blade per post, that is five feet wide and has a d ranked jutsu cost. It also has enhanced cutting power, though only slightly more so than an average blade. It will glow with the color of the users power. In addition, though it makes no difference in the actual attack, the user must pick from their elements which to feed the blade. If the blade is hit by any attack of any rank of the opposite element it will immediately end the effect. The energy wave moves as fast as a ninja of chuunin rank with equal force, but only does a d ranked amount of damage as far as cutting goes, though it could easily cut through a tree or boulder. It can be blocked by a blade, but the person could still be pushed back by it. It is also block-able by any d rank jutsu it encounters, canceling out both. For dramatic purposes only, Aoi's specter can be seen hovering behind Kay whenever the blade awakens as a mere projection of his chakra.

Please be watch over me as I battle... Kay would think as he removed the blade from his back. His opponent held his blade, also a claymore but not quite as large, as well. They both moved fast, illogically to be wielding such weapons, but fast nonetheless. In a matter of minutes the battle was already at a clear deadlock. Kay, cracking his neck, tightened his grip on the blade as his chakra poured into the weapon. Both bones along the side of the weapon unfolded, locking in place to form a guard. The skull's mouth opened wide, almost as if roaring, and black energy began to beat inside the ribcage at the base of the blade. The blade itself also glowed black as the energy coursed through it. Kay dashed towards the man again, leaping forward and swinging the weapon just out of striking distance, much to the man's conclusion. But he understood as he quickly put his blade in front of the blast of energy. He was pushed back a fair distance as the energy wave and blade grind together. The man held it off however, and wary of this ability rushed Kay again. As the two clashed, he saw Aoi's specter, a woman with glowing eyes staring at him, and was distracted long enough for Kay to outpower him, his blade denting the shinobi's as he slid back. A counter attack from Kay landed on the man's blade, grinding into the it and leaving a nice mark as he backed off. Kay, holding the weapon straight upward, would wait for the man to try and attack the blind spot. Kay would slash downward, have of the slash touching the ground, the other half boring into the man's body. Though he wasn't gravely wounded, he took some heavy damage from the effects of the attack. Falling to his knees, Kay prematurely ended the effects, Aoi disappearing without him ever knowing she was there, and he replaced his weapon, allowing the man to run with his wounds.

I'm sorry, I have to veto Gohan's approval.

I'm afraid that this is just too similar to the Weapon Master's Energy Slice ability... in fact it seems just like a watered down version of it. I'm afraid that even if it's weaker then the energy slice, that I don't really like how similar it is, especially in that it can absorb an element particularly.

You also make no mention of whether the element infused gives any kind of bonus effect to the slash.

Such a slash would also need a cooldown... like 1 post between uses. That still 3 slashes per activation.

So... the element channeled doesn't give it any added benefit?... it just gives it an elemental weakness?

...what elements can you channel?... only those available to you?

Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it?The crazy black smith lady who beats him for getting hurt to much.

Range: It is a six and a half foot blade from hilt to tip. Five foot and a half foot blade, one foot hilt.

Weakness: The long, massively heavy sword is hard to handle and make it so the user must have immense strength to ever hope to wield it properly (+2 base strength). Almost all the attacks used with this sword will be one rank slower than normal, due to it's size it is also hard to swing at angles. Not impossible, but considerable difficulty will be apparent to anyone watching the assault. The blade also had a dull edge (Reason shown in the description.) Due to the way the weight seals were burned in the crafting of the sword, once they are activated they can never be deactivated, making the sword eternally heavy.

Weapon Description: This looks like your normal, black Nodochi, it has a sleek black sheath, and it's hilt has a cross pattern of black crosses and white diamonds. The blade itself is a bit different then most though, it has a blades edge but it is a dull one, with the weight of the weapon being so high if the blade was razor sharp the impact would chip, or destroy the blades edge. The dulled blade however will prevent this, and allow the damage the weapon creates be mostly done by its weight.

The crazy women Suna calls a black smith is a cunning thing, when Havik walked into her shop, and she was done beating him for the his fresh batch of wound he told her he needed the heaviest, longest sword she could create. Instead of going out and finding really heavy material, she simple crafted the blade from normal steel, but her smelting method was anything but normal. She took weight seals, placed them inside small steel "gloves" (kinda like putting your id into your wallet, that little snug area for it.) Then smelted those pockets into the sword. When Havik picked up the sword and activated the seals, the weight of the weapon caught him by surprise and he dropped it... putting a whole in the womens floor, and earning him another round of whack a badger.


Special Properties/Abilites: The weapons only trust property is it's weight. With that weight however, come a few ability's, and awesome ones mrgreen (1000pounds!!)

Any basic attack with this sword is slower by one rank. Just because you block this sword does not mean you get away unscathed, the weapon can easily smash through many different forms of cover, and can also send a enemy nin sailing though the air even if it was blocked by another weapon.

If a kenjutsu technique, or maneuver is used with this sword, and the user as 2 or more ranks of strength than the rank of attack. A extra 5 stamina can be paid so that the attack is not slowed by one rank.

Any kenjutsu move used with this weapon that is C rank or above will have a after effect, that is caused by the weapons weight moving through the air so powerfully. This is also almost undetectable, it is not cause by chakra, so the only way to see it is if dust, or some type of small debris is swept up in the gale.

C ranked after effect: Almost instantly after the sword passes though the air a stiff wind will follow behind it. The gale is strong enough to deflect small projectiles, and push a ninja back for a few feet. It won't do much harm to the person hit with it, but it will most likely catch them off guard.

B ranked after effect: This level of the effect inflicts a bit of damage to the person hit. Able to cause loss of breath, or daze the target depending on how they are hit with the gale. At this level all types of normal projectiles can be knocked away (Windmill shuriken included.)

A ranked after effect: At this rank smaller Shinobi (Any one at 180 or less) can be lifted off the ground by the gale and thrown for several meter. It will also feel as though the nin were struck by a dull blade which mimics the power of the Kenjutsu strike used.

S ranked: This level any one can be thrown by the gale, they will be thrown hard, almost enough to go through a tree. The gale will also carry 2/3 the force Havik sword normally would, and it will mimic the kenjutsu strike used.

The rang of the after effect starts out two feet around the area the blade passed through, and grows another two feet for every rank. Making the S ranked area effected eight feet around were the blade pasted through.

Alright... I can approve that. Just add those cooldowns I mentioned to you. I can't allow you to just continually spam such a technique.

I can except the +2 term, fits Havik perfectly, and will make it hard for most people to use it themselves.

I don't really know if it would increase it exactly... but it wont be the same as getting hit with a normal sword, it will be like getting hit by the arm of a crane lift. I am not sure how to rank that.

Lower which cost?... give me specific changes to work with.
