A Nemesis Soquili That Needs a Rival: MercyGender Preference: Male What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A white flower Short IC Response: Mercy wasn't sure why she had made her way to the this spot and as she looked upon the other offerings she could only hope that those looking would find what they were looking for as well, of course once she saw the symbols of those looking for love or friendship she knew what she wanted to wish upon a star for - peace.
Tilting her head back she looked up at the star above "This world is full of angry evil things....please guide me to the place where I can do the most good, stop the wicked and help those in need" She asked of the star, rather hoping that it would ead her and her small bad f do-gooders in the right direction. She supposed she ought to leave a gift like all the others had and so from her mane she took a small white flower, a mare from the mountains had told her it was the symbol for peace and while it might seem odd - Mercy had come to understand that sometimes one had to fight for peace.

My True Love Soquili looking for love Parade ElegyGender Preference: Male Archetype: Dashing Rogue Acceptable Races (at least one common/uncommon or mini): Cerynei, Uni, Kirin, Kalona NOT Acceptable Races: Kelpi and Mer What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A Feather from her tail. Short IC Response: Parade Elegy grunted and she carefully pulled out one of the shorter feathers from her tail, placing it down as an offering to the wishing star. Her nose crinkled, bitter that she had had to resort to such a thing. Who'd have thought that a princess like her would have to resort to such a thing. Daddy definitely would be filled with disbelief knowing that his favorite was having difficulty finding a mate and she'd thought she'd have a following of strong males by now.
But evidently she was wrong and she couldn't understand why she was so unpopular. She was the most beautiful soquili around, right? So she should have a harem of males by now!
She stomped a hoof and glared up at the sky. "You better grant my wish," she muttered. "Give me someone tough and handsome, wishing star."

Her heart,She would really love her mother back,she loved her dearly.Without her she's grown to be a very wonderful mare.But she would be even better with her around once more. Short IC Response: "Hello Wishing Star,its me,Alina.I've come to you with such a wonderful request and greatly hope you'll be able to grant it."She said softly looked up at it."I have grown up to be a wonderful mare.My mother had gone missing when those skinwalkers attacked my family when i was just a foal.They distracted them enough so i could get away.I've been on my own until i met up with Hyacinth.Shes been guiding me and trying to help keep me on track." She cleared her throat and started asking for her wish. "I wish to have my mother back,without her I don't know what to do.I miss her quite dearly.I think with her back with me I could be even more of a wonderful mare then I am now.I wont have to depend on just Hyacinth anymore." Peering up at the bright, twinkling star, she bounced a bit with excitement. "Ooo, you are sooo beautiful, Wishing Star! My mother used to tell me stories of the Wishing Star when I was just a little foal! I can't believe you're actually HERE!"
She reached around and pulled off one of the many beautiful beaded feathers woven into her ivory mane and laid it gently on the altar. "A grateful Kawani mother gave me this as a thanks token after I healed her little boy. She said it would bring me good fortune but..." Melian ducked her head shyly. "I'd rather find my One True Love." Scuffing one hoof in the dirt she continued, "Not someone mean or grumpy, please. Or someone who will try to over protect me" Looking back up at the Star she snorted, "I may be a healer, but I'm not a fragile little maiden who needs rescuing."
Her slate blue eyes grew dreamy. "Please, beautiful Star, help me find someone who will be my best friend as well as my lifemate. There's a big beautiful world out there and I want someone to explore it with... someone who loves adventure as much as I do. Of course," her eyes twinkled merrily, "if he's breathtakingly handsome, that would be quite nice too."
Melian bowed gracefully towards the offering-laden altar. "Thanks so very much for listening, Wishing Star!" The unicorn skipped lightly down the hillside, her heart full of hope.[Edited to add link to Melly's cert]

Short IC Response: As he peered down at what remained of his latest kill, a sick grin crept on to his face. Anthrax never ever got tired of this kind of thing. He did however feel that he could do with more of a challenge. Rabbits were fun to play with, but not as much fun as other Soquilis. Looking up, his deep red eyes glowing darkly in the moonlight, he wondered if there was anyone out there who could take him on.

The yellow scarf that she wears, since it originally belonged to her brother. Short IC Response: Lola sighed softly to herself as she stared down at her offering—the tattered golden-yellow scarf that had once belonged to her brother, bathed in the silvery glow of this strange star. It felt odd to no longer be wearing this piece of him, and as she flicked her tail anxiously, she hoped the sacrifice would not go to waste. “Wishing Star, others have told me that you can hear ours calls, our pleas. The thing is, I’ve been wishing on stars for this as long as I can remember, with no change in things, so you’re going to be my last hope…” The draft mare once more looked down at the scarf, then squared her shoulders and stared resolutely at her last chance to reunite with her brother. “This scarf I offer you once belonged to the one I seek, my brother. Something attacked us while we were playing as foals—I do not even remember what it was now, it was so long ago—and my brother and I were separated in the chaos. I came back to look for him, and all I found were his hoof prints and his scarf that our mother gave him. Wishing Star, please, I know in my heart he’s alive, and that I just failed to find him that day.” The mare lowered her head again, still troubled by the shame of leaving her brother on his own. Finally, after an extended silence, she whispered: “Please, guide him home.”

What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A few objects he has found over the years. Including an arrowhead, a five legged frog, and a few strangely colored flowers. Short IC Response: Deep down he didn't see the logic on wishing on a star. How could something so far away grant him happiness, or change his fortune in anyway. But the adventurer in him didn't see the harm in it. So one night when the moon was new and the night was clear, he made his wish in silence, simply for a girl who would never stop being curious about the world around her, and didn't mind traveling.

The feathers and ribbons that have graced her mane and tail since her birth, both a gift from her parents. Short IC Response: "Hello star...I'm sure you've probably gotten better offers...and there are others out there needier than I am..." Ciro sighed and trailed off for a moment before looking back up, "But I feel like I should as least ask anyway." She thought about how best to ask for someone that would love her. She desperately wanted another who would always be there, and wasn't her father or children. "Star, all I ask for is someone to love and love me back. Someone who will also love my children and get along with my father." Another sigh escaped her as she looked down for a moment. "Someone who won't lie about loving me forever and won't leave me." Ciro was still feeling the heartache about the stallion who once said he would be with her forever, then disappeared from her life and moved on. She shook her head to try and rid herself of those painful memories before quickly looking back towards the star. "Please, Star! Please, grant me this happiness in the form of some adventurous stallion. Please let his love be unconditional, caring and let him stay with me and my family always!"

What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? A black bird plushie, she made by herself. Short IC Response: Cora saw all the different soquili's and other people, leaving gifts for the wishing star. She stand by a tree shy about coming into the open. Since there are strangers everywhere. But she knew if she wanted to make her wish. She was going to after get over her fear, and go make her wish. She walked out from beside the tree, and walked up the hill. She walk passed the other people, and soquili's. When she made it to the top of the hill.
She sat the black bird plushie she made as a gift to the wishing star, down at the offering place. "Ummm....wishing star I know there are other people. Who need there wish granted more then mine does." She looked down towards the ground. "But I really want someone to spend my life with. I am all alone no one to be with. So please wishing if you don't mind. Could you grant my wish?" She looked at the sky one more time, and made her way down the hill. Wishing that her wish does come true.

The basket that her daughter, Ekundayo, emerged from. Short IC Response: Kayla looked uneasily up at the sky, a place she could never reach, unlike her daughter. But this hill could bring her as close as she could get and she, like many other soquili, had heard of the legend and came here to make a wish upon the bright star that shone above. The mare anxiously made her way up to the top of the hill where a pile of trinkets left as an offering for all of the wishes made, and Kayla added to it the basket her daughter had been born from, for it was she who she was making this wish for. "Star," she started, her voice barely a whisper. "I wish to find somebody good and kind, somebody who will understand me and the decisions I've made in my life, and someone strong who can protect me and my daughter. I try to keep her safe, but she... she is braver than I am, and puts herself in danger... I'm not a fighter. I love her dearly, but I can't do this on my own anymore... and I'm lonely. She can go places I can't follow." And then she seemed uncomfortable as she finished speaking, unsure of if there was more she should say, and with a muttered whisper of 'please' she made her way back down the hill.

A NemesisSoquili That Needs a Rival: Boi-TatáGender Preference: Either What does your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? Boi-Tata doesn't have much to give and has nothing but memories that are precious to him. In offering to the star, the stallion brings some of the thickest swamp vines, and the memories of his mother, and the one who he knows caused her death. He also leaves the offer of a promise. A promise for the greatest game he has yet to play. Short IC Response: It was a rare sight indeed to see the creature leave his swamp, but an even rarer a sight to see the star hovering above the lands. Boi had made the trip in the hopes of having his one and only wish granted. He wished to find his enemy, he or she who may have had any hand in his mother's death. Carefully, the stallion made his way up the hill, feeling awkward without the protection of his swamp. As he came to the top of the hill, he left his offering for the star and made his wish. He wished for his nemesis, for the greatest game he had yet to play.
