Pic: Name:Futton (Boil Release) Description: A clan that dates back to the start of the First great ninja war, The Yamada Were a ruthless group of mercenaries who would sell their services to the Highest Bidder. The Yamada were ninja who could Use the byproduct of water and fire, Steam. These ninja were usually bought for the use of espionage, but it was not to say that they were not one for head to head combat. Boasting skills like the ability to blow burning hot steam in the face of an adversary, To Condensing smoke so tightly that it could be used as a weapon. These hit-men made their living through their unique affinity to steam itself. By combining these two elements in an almost instinctual manner,(not to say that they can use either element seperately) the user could completely control it. They also found that by spreading their chakras into pre-existing steam, they could control it as well. The clan though, ran into trouble after the first ninja war, and was said to be all but dead, the bloodline lost to time. Or so it seemed. In actuality though, what the user is doing is filling up their adversaries lungs with steam, boiling their lungs until they're not usable. (Can only affect jutsus of B-rank or lower) Name of Jutsu:Futton:Suchi-muhanma[Boil Release:Steam hammer] Rank of Jutsu:A Range of Jutsu:Mid Jutsu's Element:Steam Description: The user Emits condensed smoke balls from it's fists/feet that he uses to Hammer into his opponent( 4 turn length) Name of Jutsu:Futton:suchi-mubasu[Boil release:steam bath] Rank of Jutsu:A Range of Jutsu:long Jutsu's Element:Steam Description:The user concentrates a boiling hot stream of steam that virtually cooks anything it connects with Name of Jutsu:Futton:Sumoggu no gaidoku[Boil Release:smog virus] Rank of Jutsu:S Range of Jutsu:Mid Jutsu's Element:Steam Description:The User blows out a smoke, after inhaling from a cigarette, that is so concentrated with all sorts of chemicals and toxins, that those who breathe it in, slowly begin to start having nerve damage. (in two turns the character loses his balance, after three the manual dexterity goes, after four you start to lose limb control, after five temporary blindness happens. Lasts for three hours, unless treated by medical ninja.)

I edited one thing, the steam pit, I simply put that it can only affect jutsus of its rank or lower, but that's all. So if you have no problem with that change, then it is APPROVED!!! (though I might have to ask you to change one other thing, but we'll cross that bridge when it comes)

can i add jutsu later? just have basics right now... cause my bloodline has 4 levels and it would take forever to list all possible jutsu atm. Also because it has a bunch dosnt mean users will learn them all lol

Pic: ( add one when i find one ) Name: 死の神の砂 ( Originaly unnamed but over time came to be known as Divine Dust Of Death ) Description: It all started around a thousand years ago when the first blood line member of the Shinigato clan was born. At first the leader was proud of the child but was time went on, he began to fear the child as it grew older. Around 16 years after the child was born it struck down the clan leader in public claiming the leadership over the entire clan. Other clans began to fear the Shinigato clan, allowing the clan to live free from war from neighboring clans. 70 years later, not a single child was born with this rare blood line that passed through the Shinigato clan untill one day. It was a month after the leader had died of old age another child was born thus starting the process all over agian. (limit to one,but rare cases can have more, just lemme know if u wanna use it so i can explain it in better detail) Strengths: Allows the user to focus more on the bloodline instead of countless other jutsu by asking as a multi peruse jutsu (in theory) Weaknesses: Requires a lot of concentration, takes a while to learn to control it. If all chakra points are blocked and user tries to use this they will die! Ability: The user's red blood cells duplicate (which depends on the chakra level, higher level more duplication the cels can make) and emit from the user coating him/her in it, within a second it can disappear blending into the user giving he/she 'minor' armor against attacks. Once out in the air the cells harden into what resembles dust, that dust is then controlled by the users chakra which was implanted into each cell before leaving the body. The dust can be used to create clones, weapons, and various object depending on the need of the user. The user's eyes also glow a crimson red color when any of the dust leaves the body, only during that time can the power of the eyes work. Such as allowing them to 'see' chakra around them, zoom in, and see through walls and other objects. The range of this is limited based on the chakra level of the user and the level of the blood line. Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
Level1: Low amount of dust and sight is limited to 20 yards Level2: medium amount of dust and sight is limited to 40 yards level3: high amount of dust and sight is limited to 60 yards level4 (mastered): Extremely high amount of dust that causes it to form into a sandish mineral that causes jutsu to become stronger and sight is limited to amount of chakra user has atm. example: full chakra gives sight to as far as the user can see without bloodline active. To activate the User simply has to will it to. First time user has to be overwhelmed to the point of insanity.
Dust- Jutsu Name: Divine Dust Clone Level Required: 1 Range: NA Type: Offensive/Defensive Class: Ninjutsu Effect: Divine Dust flows from the user and forms into a exact copy of him/her. This clone is able to use full control of the users bloodline except for any of the eye jutsu. When the clone uses a bloodline jutsu it uses the dust from its own body not the users.
Jutsu Name: Divine Dust Katana Level Required: 1 Range: NA Type: Supplementary Class: Ninjutsu Effect: Divine Dust flows from the user and forms into a katana. This katana is only as hard as the ammount of chakra inside of it, but can also break apart and re assemble at any time after the jutsu is done. The dust from the katana when broken apart can be used for any other jutsu.
Jutsu Name: Divine Dust Minor Armor Level Required: 1 Range: NA Type: Supplementary Class: Ninjutsu Effect: Divine Dust flows from the user and forms around into a sort of invisible armor. This armor is minor and protect agianst basic knife attacks and other basic attacks that do not use chakra. A big enough force of chakra (not that big due to being minor armor) will shatter it.
Jutsu Name: Divine Dust Trap Level Required: 2 Range: NA Type: Defensive Class: Ninjutsu Effect: Divine Dust flows from the user and forms along the ground or any area that the user wishes it to. The dust quickly blinds in with its surrounding and only a trap specialist would be able to detect it. When the enemy steps or touches the dust the user is informed on whether it is the correct being or not. (hate to get a rabbit instead of person your fighting) The dust when touched will quickly surround the enemy and attempt to stick to him/her, with will allow other better situations for the user.

Konaga Clan
Agony, Chakra, Power

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Konaga [Eternal Spirit] History : Little is known about the origins of the Konaga Clan even to it's own people. It is a clan of wanderers, varied and diverse, with no village to call their home and no record of their history or techniques to act as a guide. Konaga clan members make up an interesting group of people, as they are all intrinsically aware of who they are and can instantly feel when another member is nearby, going as far as to be able to single them out of a crowd as if they were the only other person around. Knowledge of the clan is passed by word of mouth, parents to children, and random encounters with other members which when drawn together often share life experiences and what they have learned of their people. Mystery surrounds them, but something in their blood always draws them together with other members, allowing them to pass on the knowledge through generations.
Abilities : Konaga Clan members have a nearly limitless reserve of chakra which flow through their bodies. At birth and for their entire lives, a Konaga clan member's cells are almost completely saturated with chakra from head to toe. This power does not come without a price however. Pain wracks their bodies every minute of everyday and control of their abilities is often lost, causing them to lash out and become a danger to those around them. Konaga Clan members are masters of chakra; It is their great power, and their great curse. Only about 25% of all children born of the Konaga clan survive their first week of life, and after that, only 1/3 of them make it through their childhood years.
All clan members, though the pains of growing up, learn to master and control their chakra flow and develop techniques that allow them to channel their energy, allowing them to augment their physical bodies in an enumerable number of ways. As a history does not exist, every clan member develops their own unique uses of this ability, but common uses involve augmenting muscles for power or speed. use of these techniques however normally come with an extreme price. "The Burn" as it is referred to many members is a side affect of every use of augmented chakra on the body, which will eventually cause a painful chakra burn to the affected area which creates a searing pain. Most members do not even realize the burns, but if utilized too often, the body will simply shut down for a period of time before it is able to heal. Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :
1. Chakra Limitations : A Konaga clan member's chakra is infinite, but his ability to use it without losing control is not. Though they have limitless chakra, they can only utilize a certain amount of it without the risk of going into a fit. The limitations are as follow :
- Genin : Capable of using near a Jounin's level of chakra before in danger. * - Chuunin : Capable of using near a Special Jounin's level of chakra before in danger. * - Special Jounin : Capable of using a Kage's level of chakra before in danger. * - Jounin : Capable of using levels of chakra beyond even a Kage's ability before in danger. * - Sannin/Kage : Capable of using an incredible level of chakra which rivals even that of the strongest tailed demons. *
[*Clan members essentially double the normally allotted chakra points of their rank.]
2. Chakra Augmentation Limitations : A Konaga Clan member experiences 'The Burn' whenever augmenting their physical attributes with their immense levels of chakra and precise chakra control. This augmentation takes it's toll on the body quickly and has it's limits. Chakra burn accumulates over the course of a battle and will eventually render limbs/other augmented areas unusable. Here are the limitations of Augments :
- Genin: 3 Augmentations of a body part render it immobile. - Chuunin: 4 Augmentations of a body part render it immobile. - Jounin/Anbu: 5 Augmentations of a body part render it immobile. - Sannin/Kage: 7 Augmentations of a body part render it immobile.
3. Raging Spirit : When under extreme stress/duress, or when pushing their bodies past the chakra limitations listed above, Konaga Clan members are at risk of losing control of themselves and lashing out against their surroundings. This process is incredibly painful and leaves the clan member in an incredibly weakened state as they are unable to hold back the immense wells of chakra in their bodies, which bursts forth from them during these fits. This can also simply happen randomly, though the clan member also has a 15-20 second warning that a fit is about to come.
4. Konaga clan members cannot sleep : The pain of their bodies does not allow for true REM sleep in the conventional way. A clan member must move themselves into a deep state of meditation, which often requires a couple of hours to achieve. This meditation suppresses the pain and allows the clan member to rest. Once meditation is achieved, the user's bloodline chakra seeps out of their bodies and exists in an aura around them. this aura is reactive, meaning it will lash out violently to anyone who tries to disturb the clan member's meditation. the aura is also what heals the user's chakra burns. (see below)
5. Healing from Chakra Burns : Requires a full cycle (6 hours) of meditation. After this meditation, all damage done by 'The Burn' is removed, unless the user has pushed themselves far beyond the brink, and have experienced the 'Raging Spirit' causing them to move into a fit. After this, a clan member could need several days to fully recover.
6. Dulled Senses : A Konaga clan member has learned to deal with pain their entire life. Their bodies have been beaten, and their thresholds of pain have been heightened due to this. As a side affect however, Konaga clan members experience a phenomenon called 'The Numbing' which disconnects them from the world by partially deadening their sense of touch.Weaknesses :
Extreme Pain - A member of the Konaga Clan is in pain 24/7. the shear amount of energy that is stored in their body creates a constant pulse of pain in their system. their bodies have learned to cope with the pain and suppress some of it, but the pain is always there like a constant ache. the only way to truly suppress it is a deep meditation which takes several hours to reach.
Raging Spirit - Under very stressful conditions, or sometimes randomly, Konaga clan members can go into a fit as their wells of chakra overflow, causing them to lose control of their body and their abilities. The pain during these times is unbearable and the Clan member lashes out at their surroundings in an attempt to discharge the energy. This often comes in the form of explosions of chakra off of their body, often mixed with their element of control, which can devastate the area around them, though leaving the clan member relatively unharmed. After the fit subsides, the clan member is left incredibly weakened as they struggle to cope with the pain they feel throughout their bodies.
Chakra Burn - Every use of augmented chakra on the body will eventually cause a painful chakra burn to the affected area which creates a searing pain. Msot members do not even realize the burns, but if utilized too often, the body will simply shut down for a period of time before it is able to heal. As such, even with limitless power, a great price can be paid for abusing it. Chakra molded through seals is much more easily and effectively controlled and can be released at higher levels without much pain...it is direct chakra to body augmentation that is truly harmful.
No Genjutsu - Konaga clan members are incapable of molding or utilizing Genjutsu techniques. Their shear energy levels do not allow for the precise balances of energy required to cast the illusion.
Strengths :
Nearly Limitless Chakra - Those of the bloodline which survive eventually find themselves to have a nearly limitless supply of chakra. This ability gives them amazing endurance in battle and allows them to use many more high level techniques in a given day then even most sannins or kages could.
Chakra Control - In the process of life for a Konaga clan member, to even simply stay alive, a complete mastery of chakra formation, augmentation, and control is necessary. As such, Konaga members are masters of these things and are able to use chakra beyond the normal capabilities of others, bending chakra almost effortlessly around their body (without the need for hand seals) to augment both their attacks and defense.
Body Endurance - From birth, the body of a Konaga clan member is forced beyond it's normal limits and must adapt or be forced to shut down. As a member of the clan progresses in age, the body grows stronger and stronger, learning how to cope and hold the enormous wells of energy at bay. This gives all Konaga clan members incredibly conditioned muscles for endurance and metabolism and specifically gives very fast healing to burns on the skin. This conditioning also creates an enormous threshold for pain, allowing a member of the Konaga clan to push himself far beyond a normal person's limits.
Genjutsu Immunity : Just as Konaga clan members are incapable of molding or utilizing Genjutsu techniques, so also are they immune to it's effects. The same forces which prevent them from balancing and controlling a genjutsu's delicate form also overpowers any attempt for it to be used on them. A Konaga clan member is immune to any Genjutsu that is their rank or below. Anything above their rank, they are highly resistant to, but still susceptible. (One rank above, Highly resistant - lasts for 1/2 the normal time ... two ranks above, Somewhat resistant - lasts 3/4 of the normal time)
(When a Genjutsu user attempts to use a Genjutsu on a Konaga clan member, they second they try to access the user's chakra system to weave the illusions, they feel the pain of the Konaga clan for a split second and are dazed out of the technique, in many cases with the visual effect of a chakra-shaped dragon's head attacking them... which is a visual manifestation of the Konaga clan's chakra.)
Jutsu / Augmentations :
Every Konaga Clan member is different and has developed individual methods of use regarding body augmentation. Certain techniques are basic, such as using chakra in your limbs to increase the power behind an attack by 3-7 fold (3 at Genin, 4 at Chuunin, 5 at Jounin and Special Jounin, and 7 at Sannin/Kage), or pushing chakra into your legs to double your speed, or jumping distance, but others are more complex. Using the format below, a clan member can post their ability in their profile, ONLY after having received permission from Cobra, who has approved of the new jutsu. Once approved, the technique must be added to this post and to your profile.

Oh em.. never really thought of that it was just a kind of side effect of everything but if u dont like it thats fine ^^ ill take it out lemme know i just thought it would be kinda cool as a assassin or something to be able to see a bit ahead of you so you can plan out attacks and stuff like that.
EM heres something... when the blood duplicates it allows more oxygen to the eyes allowing them to work alot better?

Interest, You already made a clan. Was that one going to be the clan for your RPC, or this one, Because you cannot have two RPC's, and an RPC cannot have 2 clans

I was unaware of the one character limit until after my character was made. the steam release character was the test character, But seeing as i'm permitted only one, i'll just scrap the one i have for the one i want. Feel free to keep the Futton things I made, and do whatever you like with the clan.

Name: Blessed Curse. Description: Blessed Curse is a kekkei genkai where the user's natural chakra element is boosted. There are no levels of this kekkei genkai and the user is born at maximum power. However these powers may remain dormant for years. Since the user is born with an immense amount of raw power trapped in such a small body, it is known that the baby might loose a nerve damage (such as senses) or even their life. However only children born with higher than average powers suffer from such a toll. There are also cases in which a child is born with normal amount of chakra but almost perfect control over their element. Strengths: AS: +10 chakra points Gennin: +15 Chuunin: +20 Jounin: +25 Sannin/Kage: +30 Weaknesses: The chakra is uncontrollable at times and can kill others as well as he user if used for a prolonged period. May only train two elements a combination release may be attained but not mastered. Ability: -3 posts for training, -2 chakra cost, only for jutsu of the selected element(for people who chose chakra control. Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:Fire: Forked tongue Users of this jutsu were born with a greater amount of fire chakra. Users of this jutsu must wear a muzzle or mouth cover of some sort. The amount of cover needed changes as their control over this jutsu increases.To access this the user must justu remove the muzzle/mask.
Wind:all seeing. Users of this jutsu were born with a greater amount of wind chakra. Users of this jutsu must wear a blindfold or eye patch. The amount of cover needed changes as their control over this jutsu increases. To access this the user must justu remove the blindfold/eye patch.
Lightning:Loud and Clear. Users of this jutsu were born with a greater amount of lightning chakra. Users of this jutsu must wear a set of headphones or special earrings. The amount of cover needed changes as their control over this jutsu increases.To access this the user must justu remove the head phones
Earth: Skin deep Users of this jutsu were born with a greater amount of earth chakra. Users of this jutsu must wear a muzzle or mouth cover of some sort. The amount of cover changes as their control over this jutsu increases.
Water biggrin eep Breath Users of this jutsu were born with a greater amount of water chakra. Users of this jutsu are born with gills that can open and close, though when open they become the main source of oxygen. The user must open the gills in order to access the chakra.
