Artemis didn't bat an eye at her niece. " ALIS GET BACK HERE THIS INSTANT AND BRING THE BOW YOU USED! THAT'S GOING BACK TO YOUR UNCLE!" She glanced at her brother and grinned in amusement. " Yes Apollo you can go see that concert you were itching to see."

Alis whimpered as Artemis took her bow away from her, most likely for safety issues. "Oh yeah, you're not dead, so we don't have to look for a new Moon goddess. Hooray! I'm going to go talk to mother now." Alis ran back up Mount Parnassus, giggling. She loved acting like a young girl yet using correct grammar and usage of vocabulary. That was one of the things that annoyed her mother most.
((OOC: Just realized--need a Calliope! Um, Herry?...))

Artemis absently patted her nieces head before the girl vanished to go find her mother. " I"ll be taking this to my room and I'll give it to Phaestus later. That way you don't have to worry about it she told her brother. When your father takes you hunting again Alis then you can have the bow back. Not before then! I'm doing this for everyone's safety!"

{{OOC: Sorry about missing the action yesterday.}} Apollo was happy that Alis finally, erm... mastered hunting so to speak. Atleast Temi wouldn't think to try this idea again and she'd be more bearable now that she wasn't speaking asif the trip would be the death of her. He'd already missed the concert anyway and he planned to seduce the cello player later anyway so he figured he could kill a little time hanging out with some other gods.

Artemis shook her head as she headed towards her older brother's forge. " Phaestus I brought Alis's bow back. I figured you could melt it down and make something else or keep it until I decide to teach another one of Apollo's children how to hunt. A word of advice if she comes around asking to use it to go hunt don't let her have it."
((OOC: I"m going to be gone until the 4th of July. I leave for camp tomorrow morning at 6 am and will be back later Friday night so I will get on the 4th more than likely. I'm also going to be babysitting during the day in July so I'll mainly be on evenings. But after the 3rd I should be able to get on at least every evening.))

((OOC: Luna, you can be Calliope.))
Alis ran up to her mom's palace. "Mom! Aunt Artemis just taught me to hunt, and I am very bad at it, so I'm going to go get that grammar book and stay a while with you and the Muses, okay?"

Hephaestos was flirting with Aphrodite and they were beginning to get steamy -since in Luna's last post it seemed she was being flirtatious with him- surprised "Oh yeah... sure whatever Artemis. BYE!" He said hurrying Artemis out and taking the bow and arrows. He went back into his forge to his wife.

Calliope chuckled and ruffled her neice's hair. "Sure, Alisia. And say, if you don't mind telling me a little more about this hunt, I think I'll write a comedic epic about the whole affair?"
((OOC: oh now someone mentions Aphrodite. reality isn't an illusion, reality is irony. lol XD also i will be offline for most of tomorrow; i'll be online in the early morning hours but i doubt anyone else will))

heart Aphrodite lounged in a chair, filing her nails. Again, the petty godess was bored. heart ((OOC: does anyone else ever begin to wonder if Aphrodite had ADD...?)) ((acually not just her. plenty of the gods seemed to have small attention spans. maybe Rick Riordan was on to something...))

"But wouldn't that be Thalia's job?" Alis asked. "But wait--you're the goddess of epics, so...but Thalia's the goddess of comedy...maybe we should bring Melpomene into this, it was a tragedy for Artemis...Okay, now I'm confused...42!" she resolved triumphantly.

Calliope rolled her eyes and laughed, "We'll get all of my sisters in on this, if we have to." She was surprised by Alisia's lack of embarrasment, but then, Alisia was a child, so she probably liked the attention. Calliope smiled. Might as well write that epic, now that she'd said she would.

Alis rattled off every little detail about the hunt. After she had finished, she reminded her mother, "Remember to get it all spell- and grammar-checked, but I don't mind a little syntax switching. And could you please have me hunting a snark instead of a bear?"
((OOC: Lewis Carroll reference, the Hunting of the Snark))

Alis ran to her dad as he appeared on the mountain. "Dad!" she exclaimed. "Did you SEE me hunt? Of course you did, never mind. I was great, anyways. Mom, Dad's here!" she called excitedly to Calliope.
