if your couple has not been added, I am pretty sure you have missed something on the first page and you should look back at the form you posted.
as for Thamin, Cuter'll enlighten on why that co-ownership clause won't do the trick. the breeding raffle thread is a place to post forms for breedings, and breedings only.

Thamin I am relinquish breeding rights to Adaya during this breeding raffle as agreed upon through Sky and My co-ownership. Ahhh, I really hate to sound like a pain in the butt, Thamin, but the new amendment really can't be put to effect because it's really isn't official practice to allow for permissions to be granted within the raffle thread itself. If you were to decide per individual raffle which of you two would be claiming potential ownership of the basket, it would have to be written as such for who gets what right every time the raffle opens, but in the co-own thread. (So if Sky decides in a future Colorist A's raffle that she doesn't want claim, she has to amend the co-own agreement to state such for that specific raffle, and vice versa if you decide you dont want ownership of a basket in a specific raffle). There's an example in another thread that contradicts that.
It says if they get the slot in september then they may not try again til November.
The way the days fall / etc - it's been two months, hence my confusion?

I'm just a bit lost as to what counts as two months then >.<
