~ Rein has overall complete control of Yuuri
Yami's Terms of Contract

~ Yami may enter Yuuri in contests, raffles, etc.

Breeding Agreement
~First, Second, and third breedings both owners shall receive a basket. Either may choose to co-own with another owner should they see it in their discretion. If a third basket is available both parties shall discuss the destination to where the basket shall go.
Ownership Terms of Contract
If either one of said co-owners leaves Gaia permanently the other party shall fully own said pet. I don't see this a problem since I personally know Yami, but you never know what can happen ;/ I do concur, don't lose it again razz

She does not need Mouselet's permission, though Mouselet would prefer at least AIM/PM/Shanking notification. The third breeding will be squabbled amongst ourselves in a polite and gentlemanly manner, less it involve pistols at sun up, and if that becomes the case, it's the last man standing's call. Should one of us vamoose without a trace for more than 7 and a half months (225 days, February is not to be included in a monthly count for it is a slacker month), then the last man standing shall receive the last breeding's control without the other user's sayso, but must allow for the ghostly spirit of the AFK partner to remain with half of the RP control. THIS IS... the end of the amendment. Yay.

This is a co-ownership agreement for Konu between Huroggmeten and Upside.-.Down.
Rights are divided as follows:
Huroggmeten shall retain sole Teepee rights. For simplicities' sake, Konu shall remain in Huroggmeten's teepee for the time being. His stats shall continue to be updated there. x'D
Both Users shall receive the right to display Konu in sig images, banners, herd pictures, etc.
For the time being, Huroggmeten shall retain full Roleplay rights. She has the right to make any life-altering decisions through roleplay without consulting Upside.-.Down (though Upside would love notification of some sort) and has the right to make personality changes resulting from such roleplay.
!!!HOWEVER!!! Should Huroggmeten at any time decide that she has either too much roleplay on her hands, or can no longer maintain roleplays with Konu long enough for him to be considered "well taken care of," Upside.-.Down shall receive FULL ROLEPLAY RIGHTS.
An amendment to this agreement shall be posted should such a thing occur, in which the switch is clearly indicated. Should Upside be found to be roleplaying Konu before such a switch is officially indicated, co-ownership shall be terminated.
Concerning breedings...
Each user has full rights to one breeding. They may chose a partner for Konu without consulting the other owner, and do not require written permission from the other owner to enter their pair.
These breedings will not count towards the other owner's 2-pair-per-raffle limit. (If Huroggmeten enters, Upside.-.Down's tally will not be affected and she will still be allowed to have 2 different pairs in the raffle, and vice versa.)

Huroggmeten *finally gets around to posting* >O> SO DEMANDING, UPPY!!
This is a co-ownership agreement for Konu between Huroggmeten and Upside.-.Down.
Rights are divided as follows:
Huroggmeten shall retain sole Teepee rights. For simplicities' sake, Konu shall remain in Huroggmeten's teepee for the time being. His stats shall continue to be updated there. x'D
Both Users shall receive the right to display Konu in sig images, banners, herd pictures, etc.
For the time being, Huroggmeten shall retain full Roleplay rights. She has the right to make any life-altering decisions through roleplay without consulting Upside.-.Down (though Upside would love notification of some sort) and has the right to make personality changes resulting from such roleplay.
!!!HOWEVER!!! Should Huroggmeten at any time decide that she has either too much roleplay on her hands, or can no longer maintain roleplays with Konu long enough for him to be considered "well taken care of," Upside.-.Down shall receive FULL ROLEPLAY RIGHTS.
An amendment to this agreement shall be posted should such a thing occur, in which the switch is clearly indicated. Should Upside be found to be roleplaying Konu before such a switch is officially indicated, co-ownership shall be terminated.
Concerning breedings...
Each user has full rights to one breeding. They may chose a partner for Konu without consulting the other owner, and do not require written permission from the other owner to enter their pair.
These breedings will not count towards the other owner's 2-pair-per-raffle limit. (If Huroggmeten enters, Upside.-.Down's tally will not be affected and she will still be allowed to have 2 different pairs in the raffle, and vice versa.)

Thamin Xxsky_goddessxX Thamin Xxsky_goddessxX Thamin Co-Ownership Agreement For Adaya Between Thamin & Xxsky_goddessxX Breeding Rights: - Both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX must agree on any breeding partner for Adaya and permission must be posted in the permission thread. - If the first breeding results in only two baskets, Xxsky_goddessxX will receive one of the resulting baskets. - If the Second Breeding results in only two Baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets. - If the third breeding results in only two baskets, the owner will be determined through a dice roll in the Soquili thread for one of the resulting baskets. A six sided dice will be rolled; if an odd number is rolled Xxsky_goddessxX will receive ownership of the basket, if an even number is rolled Thamin will receive ownership of the basket. - In the event that a third basket is available in any of the breedings, ownership of the third basket must be discussed between both participating parties. If Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX receive the third basket, ownership goes automatically to the co-owner that did not receive a basket due to the agreement above. - Any stud Adaya may be Lifemated to must be agreed upon by both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX. - The act of Lifemating must be approved by Thamin. Display Rights and OOC Rights: - Both Thamin & Xxsky_goddessxX have full display rights and OOC rights. RP Rights: - Both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX have RP Rights. - Neither Thamin nor Xxsky_goddessxX may interfere or post in an RP started by the other Co-owner unless permission is given by the Co-owner Participating. (For example: Thamin Starts an RP with Adaya and another Soquili. Xxsky_goddessxX May not post in this RP as Adaya unless Thamin gives Permission and vice versa.)
Notes on Contests:
- Xxsky_goddessxX May not enter Adaya into any sort of contest (RP or any other sort) without first consulting Thamin. Notes on Co-Ownership: - Xxsky_goddessxX may relinquish her Co-ownership at any time. - Xxsky_goddessxX relinquishes her co-ownership for Adaya if she abuses the co-ownership (puts Adaya in breedings without permission, Interferes with Thamins RP’s, Enters Adaya in a contest without discussing it with Thamin first, ect.) - Thamin may break the Co-Ownership with Xxsky_goddessxX if Xxsky_goddessxX is Missing from Gaia for more than 3 Months without a Hiatus notice, 5 months with a Hiatus notice. Breeding Rights: - Neither Xxsky_goddessxX Nor Thamin need to post permission in the breeding Permission thread for the other co-owner's breeding to take place. This is the agreement between myself (Celeanor) and Metaphorical Universe regarding the usdia mare Rhythm.1) Totally and Completely Metaphorical's, she can do with Rhythm as she wants ICly, OOCly, and .. um... TFOOCly. =D 2) To reiterate, Celeanor has NO RP rights and Meta has ALL the RP rights. Breeding Rights::1) Again, really simple, Meta has full control over all three of Rhythm's breedings. 2) Reiterating once again, Celeanor has NO rights regarding the breedings of Rhythm.
Sig and Display Rights::1) Meta can create her own teepee too house Rhythm and can display her in her own sig. 2) Likewise, Cele may also display Rhythm in her sig and she will remain in Cele's teepee front page until such a time where total and complete ownership is transferred to Metaphorical Universe. In Summation::The only point of this agreement is, pretty much, too give Meta a pretty pony and still leave Cele the right to break the agreement should Meta disappear and/or leave Gaia indefinitely... or lose interest in the soquili shop entirely.
