PM I recieved:Rising_Demon001 I picked abortion because it is a huge discussion. Abortions to me i really dont like it but i can see the good in the veiw of the people that are or have got it done. I dont like it because its morally wrong really. Its like, say a teenager is pregnant and doesnt want it but has it anyway and kills it because she doesnt want her future destroyed because she was an idiot and let her boyfriend use a extra large condum that sliped off him while they were boneing. She would get arrested but if she had went to the abortioner place and got an abortion a day earlier it is perfectly leagal. Now i can see how peope can get abortions because they dont want there future ruined because they cant afford it. But they could always put it up for adoption and hope it gets a better home. i hope you like the essay i know i could probably add more but iy was suppost to be short. i hope i get in.

Nay from Chiku, and Yuko got this: Demonic Kittens I feel that homosexual people should be aloud to marry. It shouldn't matter who you are, or who you love. It's who YOU love that counts. Marriage is a holy matrimony between TWO PEOPLE. Not between a MAN and WOMAN. I myself am not gay, but I still feel it is wrong for two people that love each not to be allowed to share that special bondage together. It is as bad as being racist not to allow a gay marriage. As far as maritial (spelled right?) rights, those should be the same. They are two peolpe, just like everyone else, there are just a different sexuality. I hope you will consider allowing me ointo the guild. I have strong opinions, and I can give them in an intelligent way. Thank you for taking the time to read this! smile

I recognise them as a choice, a choice a woman is allowed too make. I am not fond of abortion, but then again, I'm not birthing the child, now am I? If I had my way, abortions would only happen in cases of incest and rape, or if the woman's life is in danger. Okay, back too teenage abortions. That is all fine and dandy. The kid can have one if she wants, not my problem. But I think the parents should be told. At least, after the operation takes place. I mean, I can't get prescription drugs or go on a school feild trip without my parents knowing. Why can a minor get an operation, and it is illegal for a doctor too notify the parents? Should they also have some say in what their kid does with the child? I say no. The parents might be pro-punishment and force the girl too have the infant. I think that isn't right, no matter who you are or how old you are. That's why I think the parents should be notified after the abortion, so that there is none of the 'parental control' thing going around. Should the fact that the parents have legal rights to the kid have any influence, or the fact that the parents would have to pay for their kids actions? (economically) Also, supposing a girl did go through and have a child, should the parents have a say in whether she keeps it or puts it up for adoption? I do not think the parents should have to support their child AND grandchild. I think that if the girl isn't in a stable job and the situations for the infant are less that favorable, the infant should go to a foster family. Again, I think it is horribly wrong to pin both the girl AND the infant on the parents.

Eighteen is the magic number. When a person has been alive for eighteen years, enough time for a cat, dog, cow and horse to have lived, loved, ******** and died, and enough time for half a common species to disappear and another to increase thirty-fold, then, only then, is a girl ready to get poked and a guy ready to swap his hand for a vag ("Big Talkers"; "Mule Deer"). Crock of s**t? Welcome to think-of-the-children land, also known as the USA.
The amusing thing about magic number eighteen is that it is not eighteen at all. In America, we all know the age of consent is eighteen. We simply know it, which is why it is such a surprise to get in there and actually read the laws behind this myth. It turns out that, for heterosexuals, it is true in only fifteen of these fifty states, and in some of those fifteen cases that number still depends on the age of the older participant ("Legal Age of Consent"). When viewing the data, sixteen becomes our new magic number. Not bad eh, sweet sixteen? That's what I grew up with in my mother land, and that should good enough for anyone.
I disagree with myself. Unlike their bullfighting and pickpockets, Spain has a good consent law, and I think they have got it right. Age of consent there is thirteen, which like their scenery and Rioja, is pretty nice ("Spain"). It may seem shocking to some, at first, but anyone who has seen the movie Thirteen knows what a lot of these free-spirited and rightly-justified little sluts get up to. But, am I not just saying that thirteen should be the magic number? Number yes, as a teenager is old enough to know what they are doing. I don't need to think of the children because I was one. However, with the new number I would still like to get rid of the "magic."
When I say magic, I am referring to that mystical phenomenon whereby an older man or woman, when having sex with someone on the day of their consenting birthday are ignored by society entirely, but if caught doing it the day before are ripped apart and put into separate jails and hospitals.
Simply put, even cases of sex below the consenting age need to be handled with a bit of the old upstairs. Is the older of the two a devious, conniving semi-rapist, driving around in an ice cream van and luring kids with treats and fake promises, or is he openly and honestly dating a mature and consenting twelve year old who happens to pursue and enjoy sex at a young age?
Judges should have powers of dismissal if the only pissed-off people are parents or a teacher. If the younger was enjoying things but then the relationship turned sour and they wanted revenge, but the older one also happens to be a bit dodgy, then it should also be in the power of Mr. Judge to let the offender off with a fine. Unless the man or woman is Satan, and the girl is a more than a few months under our new consenting age, then do we really need to jail them until their hair turns gray (if its not already XD) and track their whereabouts until the oil runs out and no-one can even remember what they did?
Forget about the USA and Spain and come to my world, friends. Sit back on the couch, relax, sip that Rioja and let your fifteen-year-old Latina girlfriend, the one with the forty-inch a** and the big hangers, who you picked up at the supermarket while buying condoms and junior mints, exercise her newfound going-down-on rights.
