Dante felt it was time he said it. "She was... my sister. She had a fondness for humans. Whenever she had the chance, she would try to speak with them to learn more about them. One day she decided to confront the elders about eating humans. At the time I thought she was insane, but I've come to understand her feelings. Unfortunately the elders branded her a traitor. I did my best to hide her from my bretherin, but one day while she was hunting for food, She was ambushed and torn apart. When I found her, the only thing left was her head, and the amulet I had given her for her birthday." There was a bitter feeling in Dante's heart. He hadn't wanted to bring up that tragedy again.

Dante sat alone for a while. When the sun went down he stared out the window at the moon. He thought of his sister, and of April. They had the same kind of eyes...

WTH do I always screw up! I always say the wrong thing and tick someone off. Then there came the thought again "Kill yourself no one will care or notice." To teel you how long and how far I had been in the suicide planning for three months now there had been a knife in my drawer. It seems like everyday and night it calls out to me. Sometimes I'm not sure if today's the day I answer the call. Well there is only one test. I put it there. Nope then I had a different idea. I can cut myself without killing myself. So I did five times.

After some time, Dante decided to try to talk with April again. He noticed that it was quiet. A bit too quiet. He quickened his pace. When he opened April's door he was horrified to see her making a shallow cut across her arm. He couldn't look away. He couldn't move. It was as if his horror had paralyzed him.

"Dante...." I went to hide my arm but it was kinda late. I cried "It's not what you think....." Well it kinda did look like what he was thinking the blood dripping kinda proved it.

Dark thoughts began to brew in his mind. Hungry thoughts. Unpleasant thoughts. He needed to get away from them. He didn't need to see this. He turned away and ran. He didn't want to listen to the thoughts brewing in his head. He needed to clear the dark thoughts. He went to his room and climbed out of the window and onto the roof. He sat there for a while, staring at the moon. The purity of the full moon seemed to put his mind at ease.

Instead of doing the smart thing I cried and cut myself more. Then I bandaged them and put a long sleeve shirt on. Then I realized I wanted to do it again.

Dante stayed up there all night. When he woke up in the morning, he felt better. Of course, he was hungry. That brought up the image of April cutting herself. Dante flinched at that. "No... Don't think about it." He suppressed the image. He climbed down from the roof. He decided to look for April. He was hoping that he could tell her what happened.

Then I felt dizzy blood loss. I waited for it to pass. It felt like it did and I moved downstairs I was still dizzy I feel down the stairs. I didn't die but I think I went unconscious .

Dante heard a thud as he walked to his door. Fearing the worst, he threw open the door and began looking around. He saw April at the bottom of the stairs. He picked her up and took her back to her room. He put her on the bed. Unsure of what else to do, He sat at the side of the bed. He hoped she was ok...

I had this dream where I was lost and it was dark I had no clue to where I was at. All I know was I didn't see or hear anyone. I saw memories and people and places then it split in half all the bad things in my life and the other only held the good things. I looked over them again and again. Suddenly I saw Dante step from the darkness. It said "Please don't die. I've got nothing left if she dies. Please something help her." After another minute of listening and storking his hair. I cried and woke up. "Dante...."
