: biggrin arc giggles getnly to himself, his extremely weighted boots take the brunt of the explosion, disintegrating off of his bandaged feet as he flies into the air, and he immediately shifts into Shunkido, all movement slows down to nothing::

: biggrin arc reappears upside down, his feet planted into the ceiling as he stares down at the oncoming attacks from the foxes and he frowns:: ::He raises both his arms level to his shoulders and he furrows his brows, angering himself in order to sharply raise his ki and manifest it into his palms, each palm holding a small ball of ki until he fires them both down at the oncoming attacks:: ::Immediately after the blasts are fired they grow exponentially, ballooning outward and growing ever stronger as they feed off of Darc's internal ki pool::
((Simply said, the longer they remain the stronger they get. And they should take care of your foxes.))

:: my foxes use more hand seals, and a halo appears right in the front of the blasts. Kanji appear in the halo, and then a light flash appears, and the halo is full of yellow enegy. it has become the portal used by my clan for many millenia, the Yo-Ko seal. it will absorb the blasts, and grow with them until they stop. and out of the sky, a seal falls on the ring:: anyone with out Yoko mishima blood will take extra energy to move :: and as i finished the senence, the sky turns black, and millions of arrows begin to fall to the arena:: remember the blast that went into the sky, these are them forged by the Uppers. this is my clans second, but not most powerful kenki genkia. :: i then begin to charge again, my foxes moving in a formation then we all move simultaniasly at you, with your speed::

well, you dont think that flesh stops them? ::the arrows fly bettween us, and my foxes and i also move at the speed of Shunkido, because i learned it through my Fox eyes. i then begin to use a set of seals, that then begin to track you again:: if these hit, its over.

The heavy hiss of static can be heard permeating about the out reachs of the arena. Flaring into a view a swirling blue vortex of energy stretchs into existence. Stepping into view she pushes aside her emerald hued tresses which drape across her eyes. Tilting her head she gazes at the bout in progress. Having been watching the match from afar in her room she decided to get a better look from the arena itself.
"Hmmm...interesting technique. Deviates from the normal usage I've seen of late."
Finding a seat she settled lightly crossing her legs. Raising her hand to draw a rune, a orb of pale energy swells into view in front of her. Smirking she dismisses the spell returning her attention to the fight at hand. She had not seen either fighter in action prior to today, but analyzing other technique was always interesting.
Apparently ninjitusu is becoming more prevelant these. The mana usage involved seems to be comparable to conventional spell casting.
Grinning she sat back stepping away from her thoughts to view reality once more.

Having felt she had collected enough data she proceeded to depart from the arena heading towards the stairway leading upward into the main corridor of the Orion. What came to mind was a dip in the hotspring to ease her mind and body. All work and no play made one very dull as far she knew.
Studying was not something she dreaded but it had its time and place, just like relaxation. Making her way into the large circular room she gazed about the area, tracking several fading mana signatures crisscrossing the entire structure. Some were of people long depart and others of those at rest in their rooms. Regardless activity was at a all time low.
Making a beeline across the central most point of the she headed down the doorway leading to hotsprings. The acrid phosphorous fumes flooded her nose as she came closer. Despite being a man-made structure, Deity had done well to make it close to a true spring. Finding a spot of dry ground she settled down just taking in the amibience. In due time she would dip in. Sometimes savoring the moment proved to make the experience more worthwhile.

From the rafters a strange holwing echoed as the shadows above rippled. Like a flaming darkness they danced acros the ceiling in a lavishing display of wild passion. Burning with a dark spirit as somehting came forth. A grossly morbid hand that reached forth, held back by the sticky shadows that licked the air like hot flames.
The hand being followed by an arm, that arm and the rest straped down by leather bondings. Chains rattling as the dark being fell to the floor with a thud! His hair swaying over his face and twisting horns that reached to the heavens. The watery shadows settling above as the monster rose to his 6,4 frame. His neck cracking as he looked about. His face masked in a mass of chains that hid his every detail. His body doused in a fighter outfit of solid black and dreary gray.
His mind aflare like his eyes that showed a deathly pale white glare. reaping his orbs across the room as if searching for prey. It had come to pass, Samayou Tamashii had returned to Club Orion......

Waking admist the hotsprings she made note of having dozed off. Wiping away the condensation that had formed upon her lenses she blinked dumbly about the room feeling a little light headed from being in such close proximity to a heat source for so long. Mumbling a phrases she summoned forth her staff in a crackle of energy. Standing shakily to her feet she studied her surroundings finding them much the same as she found them when she had arrived. Supporting her weight on the staff she sighed not sure what to make of the moment.
Interesting place to take a nap girl. Had I been in the water they would have probably found me floating face down.
Groaning a bit she found her clothing damp to the touch as if they had been recently soaked. Removing her over coat she heaved it aside hoping to be able to move more freely. Sliding off her glasses she set them atop the pile.
What a dull state of events...at least I didn't bring one of my books here. It would have been ruined by now.
Settling back down she hugged her knees gazing at the springs flowing before her. If she had any ideas of continuing with her plans, it would be a good idea to rehydrate first before attempting a death wish. Closing her eyes she expanded her sensory perception scouring the facility beyond her bounds.
Catching view of a bottle of water within a cooler in the bar area, she invisioned herself grasping the space around it. Focusing further she invisioned grabbing hold of the bottle itself and then the cool water within. Having achieved this mindset, her minds eye focused upon the air surrounding her grasping hand. Summoning forth mana from within and the great beyond, she felt the cool sensation the bottle against her skin. Grinning she proceeded to uncap the bottle and take a long pull from it.
Wow that's really good when your thirsty...
Finding a seat beside her clothing she took a deep breath, taking in the ambience.
"Another quiet day."

Having sufficently rehydrated she made it her mission to carry out her plans in the hotspring. Summoning forth a towel in similar fashion to the bottle of water she proceeded to undress. Wrapping the towel tightly about her torso she proceeded to neatly fold her clothing and set them beside her over coat. Staff hand she placed a spell upon its length to monitor her time in the spring, as to prevent over stimulation. Sighing her gaze shifted towards the water. Squinting she frowned cursing her poor vision without her glasses. With all her magical ability and extra sensory perception, without her glasses she couldn't see her hands in front of her. Squinting she carefully made her way over towards the phosphorous scent of the spring before her. Making her way towards the edge she proceeded to test the temperature with her toes. Recoiling back from the heat she wrinkled her nose in exasperation.
Well if it was supposed to be warm, it wouldn't be called a Hotspring would it.
Banishing her apprehension she proceeded to slide slowly into the hot liquid sitting upon the spring basin. As she sat the water flowed over head submerging her briefly. Scrambling to the surface she sat up properly finding her skin lightly reddened despite its dark hue.
Not too slick Pith...
Adjusting to the temperature she sighed outwardly feeling her mind wander from the bubbling pool about her. Getting used to the water she found she was beginning to enjoy it as it was supposed to be.
Hmmmph..the interesting concept of molecular stimulation by way of infra red energy. Reconstruction of damaged tissue should theoretically be enhanced by higher celluar division rates brought on by heat. That would make for a interesting spell. I shall have to make note of that.
Pleased with this theoretical musing she closed her eyes letting her mind wander over different thoughts, such as Unks. Despite enjoying having him around again, she strangely found herself off studying away from him. This was something she definately had to alleviate. Why put all that work into getting him back if she was just going to neglect their time together. Love was always so trying.
